A budget hotel that in most ways a good value. A bit shabby but what you should expect.

Toilet was clogged, night staff person was asleep. the mattress was akin to a hammock. The bathroom door was almost impossible to close, they had removed the strike plate trying to fix the door. Caulking had been smeared into the tub drain using a finger, we were leery of using the tub, fearing it might not drain. The whole motel looked like their maintenance person is not competent at all, wall were patched poorly, wall colors did not match the many patches. Plus the price off $75 a night was way to much, maybe $30 a night. Will never go back.

It’s was an amazing place there were no cockroaches an the office was set up for Christmas an the staff was very polite an it just was a great time an would stay again

Not a good hotel. 4 cockroaches crawling around. Checked the sheets for bugs and found public hairs in both beds. Did not do enough reviews before booking here, now my wife won’t talk to me. Just a dirty and gringy hotel. Sorry for the bad review, but stay somewhere else.

We stayed at this hotel after a gators game and the receptionist was very kind are room had a very comfortable bed nice hot showers and a descent Tv. Only bad thing was a strong smoke smell but definitely worth what I payed for.

Stopped late for the night. Sorry to say you get what you pay for so my expectations were low but…I still felt I overpaid for a very poor stay.
Hot water was excellent, and the woman at the front was Great but that’s about it.

We stayed there because we had no choice. We couldn’t find anything in Gainesville like we normally do. Place was old and outdated. Room was clean but basic. Towels looked dirty and we found roaches in room. Water pressure and hot water was great. Staff very nice and welcoming.

Pictures were not up to date with the facility. Door locks were not sound and no deadbolt. Dead cockroaches on the floor by beds. Very poor hotel.
