Booking was cancelled when I arrived although I had intimated about late check in (between 21.00 - 22.00 Hrs). The front informed that no room were available and it is full. Then when I started calling other nearby hotels who were offering rooms at high prices, he informed that room at higher rates are available with him too. I had to take it as it was already too late in the night. The breakfast was cold and meagre.

Stayed for three days.. Each day we complaint about the hot water issue but not solved until vacate the room. I got fever after the three days cold water shower in this winter. Room was smelly like smoke and not that clean. Don’t expect the quality of all other Ramada in this location.

Lamentable hotel. Quizá en su día fue algo. Hoy no llega a un 3 estrellas. Servicios penosos. La habitación la limpian....si reclamas cada día. Dicen que están muy ocupados (y el hotel está al 5% de su capacidad). Buffet para desayunar muy pobre. Limpieza muy justita. El lavabo se cae. No entiendo como la Cadena Wyndham permite esto.

Dear Ramada by Wyndham Alkhobar, I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the numerous failures we encountered during our recent stay at your hotel. Our experience was marred by a series of egregious errors and oversights that reflect poorly on the competence and professionalism of your establishment. Upon our arrival at 4 pm, we were informed that none of the three non-smoking rooms we had booked were available, despite our timely reservation. After a half-hour delay, we were reluctantly provided with two rooms, one of which was a smoking room, in direct contradiction to our explicit request for all non-smoking accommodations. Furthermore, our ordeal continued when we discovered that none of the rooms were equipped with towels, rendering it impossible for us to take a bath or freshen up after our journey. Despite repeated requests, it took an astonishing two hours before we were finally provided with the basic amenity of towels. This egregious oversight compounded the frustration and inconvenience we had already experienced due to the delayed room availability and the initial allocation of a smoking room. Such neglect of essential guest needs is utterly unacceptable and reflects a profound lack of attention to detail and guest care. In addition to the aforementioned issues, the mishap involving the third room, which was already occupied by another guest upon our arrival, further exemplifies the disorganization and incompetence that plagued our stay. As paying customers, we expected a seamless and comfortable experience, but instead, we were subjected to unnecessary stress and discomfort due to the multiple failures on the part of your staff and management. In light of these egregious failures, I intend to leave a scathing review detailing the myriad issues we encountered during our stay, as a warning to potential guests considering your establishment. Furthermore, I implore you to take immediate action to rectify these systemic failures and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Dear Ramada by Wyndham Alkhobar, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the experience my party encountered during our recent stay at your establishment. Despite booking three non-smoking rooms well in advance, our arrival at 3 pm was met with significant delays and a series of unacceptable inconveniences. However, after an hour of waiting, we were informed that the room was available, only to discover that it was already occupied by another guest who had been checked in erroneously. The cumulative effect of these errors resulted in a distressing and frustrating experience for myself and my companions. We expected a seamless and comfortable stay but were instead subjected to unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I am deeply disappointed by the level of service we received and feel compelled to share our negative experience with others. I intend to leave a scathing review detailing the myriad issues we encountered during our stay, in hopes that it serves as a warning to potential guests considering your establishment.
