Get to feel and learn about the culture. The staff give there time so informative and passionate. Prepared to organise days out trips excursions. So very proffesional. Thoughtful about how you want your holiday experience to be. Very quiet so can sleep undisturbed. Breakfast is filling tasty and will keep you going all day. Please have the 3 course evening meal tasty fresh bread olives figs. Great choice cooked to order. Requests changes to meal not a problem. All your needs met. My visit to Morrocco what a place out of this world. The people make this place a little gem and so unspoilt untouched. Una experiencia inolvidable en familia los chicos de animación únicos ismail y lucian son increíbles El camarero de la barra de la piscina Adil muy atento siempre con sus bebidas ya preparadas en general el Hotel es fantástico la comida el aquapark, la piscina interior, nos ha sorprendido muchísimo lo bien que está todo, las chicas de la limpieza, la recepción, un viaje inolvidable, la gente de Marruecos son fantásticos LO RECOMIENDO MUCHÍSIMO.

¡Estaba aquí en octubre de 2016, pero no tenía Tripadvisor entonces. Estaba con mi amigo y tuvimos una hermosa estancia! El hotel es un hotel con un buen personal, y todos nos gustaron y nos dijeron lo que podíamos hacer en el centro de la ciudad ese día, el gerente de hotel siempre nos ayudó con precios y nos dio un mapa y nos explicó mucho sobre la ciudad. Nos sentamos con él a la noche y bebíamos té y no nos sentíamos incómodos en ningún segundo en el hotel, incluso como dos jovenes en un hotel con personal principalmente masculino. La primera noche que dormimos en la otra casa (existen 3 casas) que no era tan agradable, pero estaban totalmente reservados y la mañana siguiente podíamos incluso elegir nuestra habitación. El hotel es un hotel con una gran cantidad de habitaciones, pero me gusta el concepto, ya que era un hotel pequeño con ＞20 habitaciones y el personal conocía a todos sus huéspedes. El hotel está muy bien, todos los días tenemos una especialidad de desayuno marroquí diferente. El conductor de la nave también nos ayudó a conseguir un taxi en el centro de la ciudad y le dijo al conductor de taxi que nos hiciera un buen precio quedarse allí otra vez!

This is the fourth time we have visited Morocco and we always ask for “Abdou” by name. He is an excellent driver, safely negotiating busy town centres and motorways alike. He always keeps his vehicle in immaculate condition. He has an excellent instinct for what interests us, local markets, historic places and we feel safe and well cared for with Abdou. He chooses local guides personally. He finds places to eat that offer good food and good value. When we arrive at a Riad, he always ensures that we and our luggage are safely conveyed to where we are staying. We are on a 4 centre tour this time which we would not have wanted to undertake without Abdou.
