I understand this place was supposed to be budget-friendly, but it was extremely noisy. There’s a bar downstairs and the music was thumping until 1 a.m. – an hour past quiet hours. We didn’t expect it to be silent, but music going on after midnight is really too much. Another thing worth mentioning is that the showers are located in the basement. To take a shower in the evening, you have to walk through the bar area full of people, which feels quite uncomfortable. On top of that, the showers were dirty and poorly maintained, which made the experience even worse. Overall, it’s fine if you just need a cheap place and don’t mind loud music late at night, but it’s definitely not a good choice if you’re hoping to get some sleep or a clean shower

Except no kitchen there, everything prefect. Very nice location.

房間枕頭套上有粉底印，公共浴室地上很臟，而且在負一層，去浴室洗澡的話要穿過一樓酒吧，非常不方便。廁所衞生一般，我住在二樓，晚上一樓酒吧的客人上來二樓上廁所，半夜12點酒吧嘈雜的聲音才會停下來。

おしゃれめなホステルにバーレストランが付いている形態で、実際は飲食営業の方が盛んそうでした。 レビューを見たところ以前と経営者が変わったようで、以前案内に出していた滞在者用キッチンはなく電子レンジとケトルのようなものがあるのみでした。廊下のコンセントも充電させないためか潰されており、サービス内容は充実してる印象はあまりありません。 立地は分かりやすく部屋も清潔感はありました。貸出アメニティ類は何もなく、雰囲気的にシャワーの使用は控えました。 自分が借りた個室もベッドと机、椅子のみでハンガーなどもなく極限にシンプルな作りです。とりあえず寝るための宿だけ一泊とるなら問題なしという感じです。

我和老婆訂的是這間旅館的雙人間，滿大間的，而且房間門已經是使用電子鎖！ 1樓是餐廳，check in也是在餐廳櫃檯，入住有附贈餐廳的免費飲料一杯。廚房有簡單的微波爐和熱水壺可以使用。 洗澡間在地下室，一定會經過1樓餐廳，感覺有點奇怪，而且男性還是有可能走錯進到女性的洗澡間，這部分在隔間設計上有點怪。 旅館後面有酒吧，在晚上打烊前都會很吵，即使關閉了隔音氣密窗還是蠻大聲的；而且該旅館一樓的餐廳門的門弓緩衝不太夠，關門會影響到樓上！

性價比高 市內景點近 離教堂和主街近，超市不遠 一樓酒吧很熱鬧。停車場很近

Restaurante del Hostel, en el centro de Akureyri. Tienes diferentes platos donde poder elegir. El producto está bien (sin ser espectacular) y el precio, si coges además el Happy Our de 14:00 a 18:00, no está mal (dentro de que todo es carísimo en Islandia).

Incredible hostel, super friendly staff, delicious food at the restaurant! The dorms are spacious enough so it doesn’t feel too crowded. They have a sauna in the bathroom, you just need to ask someone at the reception to heat it up before you go, it was so relaxing!

The prices are reasonable at first glance, but the service feels careless and indifferent. During my four-day stay in town, I noticed that the front doors slam so hard they echo painfully inside, and management doesn’t seem concerned about fixing it. As for the menu, nearly everything is heavy and unhealthy, with very few lighter or wholesome options. If you do find something that looks decent, it’s overpriced compared to the quality. The one redeeming factor here is the happy hour—drinks are fairly priced and enjoyable.

The conditions at this hotel are extremely poor. The rooms lack basic amenities, including toilets, washbasins, chairs, and towels, and provide only two beds. The second floor has about eight rooms, accommodating over 20 people, but everyone shares just two toilets and washbasins, which is highly inconvenient. A noisy bar downstairs adds to the discomfort. Most unacceptable is the pricing policy: the earlier you book, the higher the price, and reservations are non-cancelable. I booked a room six months in advance for $300, while a week-long stay was only $150. I strongly advise against booking here. This is not a standard hotel; it’s the worst I’ve ever stayed in—overpriced, poorly equipped, and far below typical hotel standards. We visited this bar everyday on our trip. The food was great and the whole feel of the bar was cozy and relaxed. The drinks selection was vast! The staff really look after you and remembered us so greeted us like locals. Such a great find! We wish we would have stayed here also.

Great place with a great atmosphere. Really enjoyed our time there. Good coffees and hot chocolates too. I’ve forgotten the managers name (Mog-something)- a fabulous Polish man and he was hilarious, hospitable and had the best energy. Highly recommend
