We were this hotel last year but until now i have stomach problems because foods was awful. Just first day they cooked fresh foods after that for one week they warmed all of them everyday. We poised all the 5 days. They didn’t clean room because i put my hair in the floor of the bath and at the evening i saw them there too. Towel had hygiene problem too because after trip i had skin problem.

Staff are very poor customer service need to teach customers level talking v rude over all rooms nice but it’s v difficult to communicate to staff no one speaks English

It was a huge disappointment! Almost no English speaking staff! No presence of management! I asked about the star classification of the hotel! Only lies! I have to admit that I liked very much the Spa Center! Food is like a canteen food! No quality food or drinks! Stay away from Armas Lara Hotel. Manager Eyup Oztunc is a real manager! He did all the best to make clients happy! He have a friendly approach and his English is very good! If you stay at Armas Lara Hotel, do not miss Spa! Ask for Rosa if you want a perfect massage!

Don’t know how anyone can give this place a bad review - for what you pay it’s amazing. Great helpful staff, plenty and varied fresh food & drink. Lots of couples & families. I travelled alone and the hotel was perfect for me. Please take no notice of the bad reviews book & have a lovely time :)

Loved it! Came here with my friends this summer. Service was good, rooms were immaculate. Turkey is a beautiful country and this hotel definitely lives up to it. Would absolutely come back here next summer!! Definitely reccomend this hotel if you're looking for an affordable and beautiful place to stay.

Had to change the room twice due to issues with the room including blocked drains, noise, lights are not working etc. terrible service overall

Öncelikle Otel cook guzel . Bar ekibinde Selcuk ve Havva dan cok Memnun kaldim. Güler yüzlü Servisi icin cok tesekür ederim. Harikalar muhtesemler. Хороший отель, бар отель) бармены просто топ) вернусь еще раз)

Otel yeni ancak bir çok şey çok özensiz, havuzlar küçük ve çok kalabalık, zemin diye satılan odalar bodrum kat sakın almayın, rutubet kokusundan nefes bile alınmıyor, her yerde acayip bir kuyruk hamburger yemek için mesela para Ödemiş olmanız yetmez illa güneşin altında 50 kişi bekleyeceksiniz, gözleme mi istiyorsun, bekle sırayı gelsin sıranız ama desin ki kişi başı 1 adet, e hanım çocuklara da alacaktım , veremem onlarda sıraya girmeli, çok sinir bozucu gerçekten. Bar da içki kalitesi berbat, ağzınıza sürmeyeceğiniz asla bilinmeyen markalar. Gittik marketten kendi içkimizi aldık koyduk masaya içtik, ha birde iki gece barda buz bitti o kadar yani, neyse şef falan bir şey buldukta buz temin edebildik. Bitti kelimesi sizi şaşırtmasın bu arada, Türk gecesi var restoranda her yer kebap ama ayran hemen bitiyor. Kebaplar hindiden yalnız onuda ekleyeyim, alakartta ki Ali nazik bile hindiden. Olumlu olarak da yazacağım şey yemekler ortalama üstü lezzetli, mutfak fena değil, tabi yetişirseniz yoksa bitti kelimesini hemen duyacaksınız.
