Hotel bonito, habitaciones cómodas, personal de restaurante muy servicial. Lástima que no puedo decir lo mismo del personal de recepción. No hablo inglés fluidamente y me cuesta entenderlo si me hablan muy deprisa, mi impresión es que no se esforzaron por qué les pudiera entender. Pedimos cambio de dinero en billetes pequeños para poder dar propina a los camareros y el personal que nos llevó las maletas y, después de una larga explicación que yo no pude entender porque hablaban muy deprisa no nos dieron cambio. Lo siento mucho por el resto del personal que fue muy amigable y servicial, pero se quedó sin su merecida propina. Después de varios días de estancia en hoteles en los cuales nos han atendido de maravilla, éste me ha decepcionado en atención al cliente.

Below things were not good 1. Blanket cover were torn 2. Towels were very old, even if they have cleaned them nobody can still use them 3. Asked for sugar packets for that they refused and asked to get them from their kitchen 4. No geyser and no television. They didnt recharge it even after so many requests. Such hotels should not list amenities which they cannot deliver and accordingly should reduce their prices. I would only recommend this hotel to bachelors because family cant stay here.

First of all location of this hotel is awesome, mid range boutique hotel , pure veg food best for jain and Hindus , they provided us room heater. Staff at front office are very helpful. The rest of everything was good I highly recommend this hotel for family and couples

I’m at a loss of words really over the way we have been treated at this property. Starting with our welcome by Anandita who sweetly upgraded our rooms and even got me an SOS medicine for my 2 year old son. Couldn’t thank her enough. She was always just a call away and has a contagious smile. I’m sure one will never miss noticing her lovely smile. Then comes our in house lounge champion Nishant who has tremendous knowledge of what he does and I’m sure he will achieve great things in life. His preparation of mock tails is just amazing and one cannot miss it if you’re there having a good time. He was totally hands on with my son. Thank you so much. He is someone we will never forget and always cherish knowing. My son found a big sister in Vandana who has helped me feed him, chase him, babysit him while I eat and make sure all my son’s fussy food needs are met with. A huge thank you for making this trip so much more relaxing and worthwhile. And then there were Mr. Piyush who loved to hear my son speak jumbled words and Mr. Tabrez who would instantly arrange for anything and everything my son wished for. They were literally genie for him. Lol. I personally want to thank Biman, Mr. Mohit Sharma and two more of their colleagues who have taken us on endless buggy joy rides as requested. From the FnB team, I personally want to thank everyone especially their head - Mr. Ravindra, their executive chef, Mr. Anshu, Mr. Khan and Sachin, Shoaib and Priyanka for taking care of our food on priority basis and catering some really delicious meals for us. This property has tons of amazing activities lined up for little ones which include camel cart ride, horse ride, outdoor play park, indoor play area, geese feeding, cupcake making and so much more. If you have a little one and need some much needed time out, this is the place to be. Since it was also our anniversary, the staff managed to celebrate it with us and make it extra special by decorating our lovely room and also arrange a candle lit dinner. It was the perfect evening I had in a long long time. Thank you so much everyone for making our stay so memorable and everyday spent in this property is going to be etched in my heart forever. I wish everyone a wonderful journey ahead in their lives and I’m grateful for every little thing you all have done for us in any way 🙏🏻 I cannot wait to plan my next getaway back here again.

Hi, I have just conducted one business meeting at your hotel on Jan 20, 2023. I would say “it is all about finding the right team of people to work together. In order to do this effectively, the right leaders need to be in place too” The same was found true when I conducted this business meeting. It was really great experience, good ambience, great quality dinner. My all guests really enjoyed it lot. But here I would like to pay sincere regards to one of your teammate Mr. Jai Singh Shekhawat. He is the *** to make the show great success. Even after lot of hurdles he managed each & every thing in very well manner. Of course, He managed out entire guests very nicely. He is very soft person. Even though when our guests were increase from 25 to 65. He managed it very well. Although I can understand that there is very big team. But he was the front player Infront of us. He made us very easy & comfortable in each & every aspects. He cared out whole guests like he was managing his own guests. He has proven that apart from hotel love kush there is no great place in kishangarh which can provide us world class hospitality. Ultimately it was really awesome experience for our entire guests.
