The service was great. Right from the beginning Nasser checked us in at the reception he was super friendly with lovely smile all the time. Nasser, Hema and supervisor Mohamned were very helpful in getting me my 3 rooms on same floor. Sandeepani in dining area was one great soul who serviced me everytime I went for my meals. Amena did a great job with my room cleanup service. All staff members were super helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to all traveller's interested in visiting Ajman.

Having stayed at this hotel for many years I have to say that I was bitterly disappointed with this trip We booked a King Sea View Room on a half board basis which I understood to be Bed Breakfast and either lunch or dinner I have a problem with my hip and when we got to our room i was disappointed that on previous occasions we had managed to book a room with a walk in shower The room we were given had a shower over the bath and the sealing around the bath at the tap end was all breaking away which subsequently caused the water to seep through and flood the bathroom floor To get around the issue of the Shower situation we agreed to occupy a suite at an additional 200 Dirhams per night, the room in question did indeed have a shower but unfortunately as it was located on the top floor I experienced a huge problem with air coming from the taps bidet etc which as i explained to them must be caused with air in the system To my surprise a lady on reception admitted that there was an issue with the plumbing on the top floor and despite several visits fro engineering the problem was not solved fully. The other thing I complained about was that the Half board in their terminology actually means bed breakfast and a 50Dirham contribution to eat lunch or dinner. When I pointed out that 50 Dirham didn’t buy a burger and chips in the sports bar the comment I received was that Burger and chips fell under the heading of a La Carte which in itself seems ridiculous. The holiday was pretty much ruined by these events but would comment that the staff working in the restaurants and indeed the guys who take care of the guests on the beach and around the pool were exceptional in their professionalism and care offered to all the guests as was the Food and Beverage manager who went out of his way to listen and take on board the issues we experienced. When we originally stayed at the hotel it was managed by the Kempinski Group and unfortunately all I can say is that the overall experience we endured over our 10 night stay was far from what you would expect from a 5 Star establishment

We stayed this time 5 nights in the Oberoi Beach Resort Al Zorah. It was the fifth time we were there. The driver from the hotel picked us up from the airport and also brought us back to the airport. Very nice service. We arrived at 04.30 am in the morning in the hotel and the checking in was very quick so we could sleep a couple of hours and then we went to breakfast. The breakfest was this time in buffet and also you could choose something from the card. The breakfest food in restaurant Vinesse was very good. On the same day we arrived we did a trip to Dubai with the driver and the car from the hotel in the afternoon for going up in to the Burj khalifa en saw the Pearle show. Every one must see this show it is a great show. The other days we stayed at the beach and at the pool. The lunch and dinner are also very good in Vinesse Restaurant. We hope next time we will visit the new villa's and the new pool and restaurant are also ready. Thanks to Yadna from the Vinesse restaurant and george from concierge and munish the driver from the hotel.

Me ha gustado la estancia en este hotel. La recepción en la recepción era muy amable y muy apropiada. El cuarto era grande y limpio y con una vista maravillosa a la playa y al mar. La playa es una playa privada, la playa y las camas son muy limpias y se encuentran toallas colocadas del hotel. Me ha gustado especialmente el atardecer de la playa. Having stayed at this hotel for many years I have to say that I was bitterly disappointed with this trip We booked a King Sea View Room on a half board basis which I understood to be Bed Breakfast and either lunch or dinner I have a problem with my hip and when we got to our room i was disappointed that on previous occasions we had managed to book a room with a walk in shower The room we were given had a shower over the bath and the sealing around the bath at the tap end was all breaking away which subsequently caused the water to seep through and flood the bathroom floor To get around the issue of the Shower situation we agreed to occupy a suite at an additional 200 Dirhams per night, the room in question did indeed have a shower but unfortunately as it was located on the top floor I experienced a huge problem with air coming from the taps bidet etc which as i explained to them must be caused with air in the system To my surprise a lady on reception admitted that there was an issue with the plumbing on the top floor and despite several visits fro engineering the problem was not solved fully. The other thing I complained about was that the Half board in their terminology actually means bed breakfast and a 50Dirham contribution to eat lunch or dinner. When I pointed out that 50 Dirham didn’t buy a burger and chips in the sports bar the comment I received was that Burger and chips fell under the heading of a La Carte which in itself seems ridiculous. The holiday was pretty much ruined by these events but would comment that the staff working in the restaurants and indeed the guys who take care of the guests on the beach and around the pool were exceptional in their professionalism and care offered to all the guests as was the Food and Beverage manager who went out of his way to listen and take on board the issues we experienced. When we originally stayed at the hotel it was managed by the Kempinski Group and unfortunately all I can say is that the overall experience we endured over our 10 night stay was far from what you would expect from a 5 Star establishment

Había una estancia increíble en Zoya la semana pasada, y cada persona que me cuidó contribuyó a hacerlo inolvidable. Todo es perfecto: la ubicación, la comida, los servicios, las actividades, las instalaciones ... No hay nada que quejarse de: Zoya es un lugar increíble que resolve todos sus problemas ofreciendo una burbuja de paraíso durante su estancia. Todo es limpio, nuevo, moderno, tranquilo, y la cocina es excepcional, pero lo que me golpeó más: la gente. Zoya es sobre todo una estructura de tamaño humano, donde cada miembro del personal te llama por su nombre, sonríe sinceramente a ti, y te hace sentir como un verdadero huésped, como si cuidar de ti es realmente lo más importante. Un lugar donde el guardaespaldas se apresura a traerle una toalla antes de llegar incluso a su salón solar, y donde cada noche alguien toma el tiempo para iluminar un incendio y mantenerlo para que pueda relajarse en un ambiente mágico bajo las estrellas. Gracias a Clarice por la organización, al médico y al dietista por su atención, a Maya por su atención especial a las habitaciones, a Nimi por las increíbles clases de yoga que da, la atención que da a todos, y su extraordinaria voz que alivia su estancia, a irlandés y a toda la equipa de spa por su profesionalidad, competencia y bondad, a Mohamed, Shara, y a toda la equipa de restaurante por su sonrisa y bondad, a Manish por su ayuda y profesionalidad, A la totalidad del equipo de atención médica (enfermeras, fisioterapeutas) y a todas las personas que tuve la oportunidad de reunirse durante mi estancia.

We stayed this time 5 nights in the Oberoi Beach Resort Al Zorah. It was the fifth time we were there. The driver from the hotel picked us up from the airport and also brought us back to the airport. Very nice service. We arrived at 04.30 am in the morning in the hotel and the checking in was very quick so we could sleep a couple of hours and then we went to breakfast. The breakfest was this time in buffet and also you could choose something from the card. The breakfest food in restaurant Vinesse was very good. On the same day we arrived we did a trip to Dubai with the driver and the car from the hotel in the afternoon for going up in to the Burj khalifa en saw the Pearle show. Every one must see this show it is a great show. The other days we stayed at the beach and at the pool. The lunch and dinner are also very good in Vinesse Restaurant. We hope next time we will visit the new villa's and the new pool and restaurant are also ready. Thanks to Yadna from the Vinesse restaurant and george from concierge and munish the driver from the hotel.

Me ha gustado la estancia en este hotel. La recepción en la recepción era muy amable y muy apropiada. El cuarto era grande y limpio y con una vista maravillosa a la playa y al mar. La playa es una playa privada, la playa y las camas son muy limpias y se encuentran toallas colocadas del hotel. Me ha gustado especialmente el atardecer de la playa. Con el paquete All Inclusive se pudo encargar café, cola, zumo, Sprite, etc. y agua en la playa. La comida sabía muy bien y había una selección alternativa cada día. ¡Estábamos muy entusiasmados por el buffet!! Los sirvientes son muy amables. Hay una gran piscina y una piscina cubierta con grandes sillas de cama. Todas las instalaciones fueron muy limpias. ¡Puedo recomendar este hotel y me gustaría volver! 😍

The service was great. Right from the beginning Nasser checked us in at the reception he was super friendly with lovely smile all the time. Nasser, Hema and supervisor Mohamned were very helpful in getting me my 3 rooms on same floor. Sandeepani in dining area was one great soul who serviced me everytime I went for my meals. Amena did a great job with my room cleanup service. All staff members were super helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to all traveller's interested in visiting Ajman.

He estado en este hotel varias veces, también a su sucursal en Al mina, puedo decir desde mi visita más perfecta y no hay problema, el personal es agradable y accesible, especialmente la Sra. IMANE, a la que hablé por teléfono, me guió sobre la ubicación. Agradezco eso. Mañana estaré allí el 7 de mayo para quedarme una noche y sé que tendré una gran experiencia como siempre.
