Clean and updated room with small kitchen that has everything very nice helpful staff 10 min walk to center I had a large balcony (but there is no privacy between the other balcony ) and the balcony is off the bathroom which was a bit strange ….very quiet room nice stay

4-night alojamiento Upside: (1) Espacio - concepto de apartamento de servicio limitado. Cama de dormir, baño, WC, cocina, sala de estar y balcón (en la mesa de cena) (2) Situación - cerca del supermercado y gimnasio (no afiliado a Adagio); distancia a pie a la antigua ciudad (3) Lavandería - situado cerca de la recepción; recibe pagos de tarjeta de crédito; pero sólo hay 1 lavadero y 1 secador, así que planea adelante (4) Calma - los apartamentos en el interior no tienen ruido de calle y se enfrentan a un agradable patio interior Downside: (1) Acondicionamiento - aparentemente, Había una deficiencia de aire acondicionado que afectaba a algunos apartamentos, incluido el primer apartamento que nos asignaron en el check-in. No se ha mencionado ninguna de las correspondencias que recibimos antes de la entrada, ni tampoco se ha mencionado en la entrada. La respuesta inicial al preguntar por qué el apartamento no se está haciendo frío fue la oferta de un fan en pie, lo cual fue totalmente inaceptable debido a las altas temperaturas de verano (＞30C) en un apartamento de cara al oeste (suelo de la tarde). No sería muy cómodo dormir, incluso con un fan en pie. Después de más preguntas, incluyendo sobre el horario de reparación (seguros días!), de repente se dio a disposición otro apartamento, con aire acondicionado que funcionaba. Como Adagio forma parte de una marca hotelera internacional importante, la cuestión podría haber sido mejor tratada ofreciendo a los huéspedes afectados, ya sea previamente o en el momento de la entrada, la opción de (a) transferir a una propiedad de clase similar (en red o de otro modo) a ningún coste; b) reembolso completo; o c) aceptación ”informada” de apartamentos con aire acondicionado defectuoso, de forma totalmente transparente.

Es una lástima que sólo puedas volver a 14h. falta un pequeño refrigerador en la habitación. Deberías poner una nota al hotel que hay autobuses cerca. Sin embargo, tranquilo limpio.

This business needs a huge overhaul. It is unacceptable to rob guests with such terrible accommodation. I had booked 10 days in this place. Upon my arrival after a long trip with my heavy backpack, the receptionist ignored me as I waited for her to greet me. What a greeting! 'You will need to bring your rubbish in the bin before you leave; you will be given fresh linen in four days; you need to sign in to the internet every time you use it; you will need to do the dishes before you leave' etc...No welcome words, only orders. I felt I was signing in to jail! I have been in hostels in the past, am well travelled and I manage my expectations, but this was far worse than any hostel, airbnb, hotel, or residence I have ever been to. Upon entering my studio - I would not call it an apartment, I found the shower head dirty, the wastebasket dirty, the walls bare of any decor except for a cheap frame. There was only ONE plastic hanger in the closet, with all the others broken. In the kitchen, there was a 2oz bottle of washing detergent and not much at all, not even a coffee maker, just a kettle. There was only one roll of toilet paper for my 10 day stay. No one was ever at the reception except early in the mornings. You could not reach anyone in the afternoon or evening. When I ran out of toilet paper, I asked on my way out to have a few rolls dropped in my room. Upon my return that night, nothing. Luckily I met some guests who were sitting outside (equally unhappy with the residence), who saved me and were most kind, bringing me a roll. When the next morning I asked for toilet paper again, after having left a note at the unstaffed reception desk, I was finally given some. But fresh towels after 4 days? The response was ”well, I don't know, I have to ask my colleague...” I could not believe the staff's attitude. I was happily able to find a place 8 days later and could not leave soon enough. (Unfortunately, in high season and at the last minute, accommodations are nearly impossible to find in Aix.)

El desayuno es bueno y el ambiente es bueno. Vale la pena recomendar a todos

We have spent one night in this hotel a few kilometers from the center of Aix en Provence. The check in was quick and smooth and our room spacious and fairly clean. It was a pleasure to enjoy the swimming pool on a hot day like the one we had. It was a good stay and very good value for money considering the high prices in high season.

Pour les points positifs : - la chambre était grande et agréable (suite). - l'environnement dans la pinée était calme. - aparcamiento fácil - desayuno correcto Para los puntos negativos (por desgracia ...): - invasión de hormigas en la parte del salón de nuestra suite - la piscina naturalmente filtrada no nos ha embalado en absoluto (color verde y algas) y no de sombra por 40 grados. - habíamos pedido que pagáramos en cheques ANCV à l’arrivée, mais l’hôtel nous débita le montant de la chambre sur notre CB. - service complètement à revoir... J’ai oublié un vêtement dans la chambre. Sólo unas horas después de que nos fuimos. He tenido varios interlocutores durante tres días. Deberíamos recordarme, pero aparte de un joven domingo por la noche, que no ha encontrado nada nadie ha hecho nada y la ropa se ha vuelto misteriosamente volátil. Estoy decepcionada porque me parece que un hotel de 4 estrellas debe ofrecer a los clientes un cierto standing. ¡He pedido que se le recuerde a un responsable! ¡Aún estoy esperando!... ¡Qué mal!
