Wow what an amazing place to stay the staff are lovely and friendly. The rooms are something else modern merged with some history . A highly recommend this property within feet of some really great restraunts. When arriving by train exit the station turn to your left and cross the road walk a few meters up the hill where the buses go .. when you reach the park on the left to walk through the park and follow the road ahead and you will get to the accomodation a lot faster. The roads are narrow and you will pass a lot of shops and eateries its a 10 minute walk to the accomodation.

La struttura si trova in una posizione centrale di Agrigento ma abbastanza accessibile anche con la macchina, bella vicina piazza a 5 minuti a piedi si può trovare parcheggio libero o convenzionato con una spesa minima nel multipiano. La stanza era dotata dei vari confort, carina e ben arredata, unica pecca la luce automatica che si accende di notte al passaggio delle persona nel disimpegno del bagn, il letto comodo nella normalità. Mi ha colpito il pagamento delle bevande nel frigorifero e anche del caffè, ma capisco che per la struttura é un costo, sono scelte giuste per offrire un buon servizio. La colazione buona e su ordinazione entro la sera prima, la sala colazioni molto accogliente nel cortile patio della struttura. Gli Host cordiali e gentili educati pronti a forniti indicazioni sui luoghi da visitare e dove mangiare. Una scelta buona per chi vuole stare in centro storico ma anche andare a visitare i luoghi della cultura agrigentina.le chiese, la valle dei templi, etc. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

La ubicación del hotel es excepcional, con vistas al Valle de los Templos, que está a 10 minutos en coche, así como de Agrigento, el hotel está en las afueras. Tiene parking, el hotel es muy amplio, con muy buenas instalaciones, piscina, etc. Tienen su propia huerta y los productos son ecológicos y de muy buena calidad. El desayuno es estupendo, todo natural y en un espacio con muy buenas vistas, todo muy agradable. Si cenas allí, la comida es muy buena, pero escasa y cara. Camareros muy atentos. La habitación de una tamaño normal-pequeño, pero el cuarto de baño es muy incómodo, con muy poco espacio y mal diseñado, no se comprende en un sitio así.

hermoso hotel, hermosa ambientación. Habitaciones cómodas y bien decoradas. WC cómodo y algunos amenities. Cena y desayuno excelentes! pero como reciben muchos grupos de turistas y todos cena /desayunan a la misma hora el lugar es muy ruidoso. En el desayuno faltarían más máquinas de café. Ubicado muy cerca del Valle de los Templos y un centro comercial y supermercado a lado

Bueno, que decir después de leer las críticas, casi todas negativas, estaba a punto de cancelar todo, pero tan pronto como llegó tuve que volver a creer. aire acondicionado funcionando, piscina en perfecto estado, pecado único de agua alta min 1,60 , mas. 1,90. Localización excelente para una visita a los templos de Agrigento.algo sobre la limpieza, como hojas de palmeras secas, dejadas alrededor, cerca del parque de estacionamiento, es decir, con un poco más de atención merecería las 5 estrellas. No me pronunciaré sobre el restaurante porque no he comido, sólo desayuno dulce y salada.. Personal en la recepción cortesía y disponible.

Con reservas hechas en ******* desde hace más de 2 meses, por 2 noches, 4 personas, llegamos al hotel luego de manejar más de 12 horas. Teóricamente el check in era a las 1500 hs. Llegamos poco más de las 2200, cansados, con ansias de duchas, comer algo y descansar. Que podía fallar? Bueno, en la habitación no había toallas.....y lo peor.....en el hotel tampoco. Intento llamar a recepción a fin de solucionar el inconveniente......el teléfono de la habitación sin cable. Será bluethoo me pregunto? Y bajo directamente a la recepción. Respuesta sobre el teléfono....NO FUNCIONA...y por que no lo tiran? O es para la foto? Respuesta 2 NO TENEMOS TOALLAS....Y NO PUEDO HACER NADA......mira si cuando voy a pagar te digo no tengo dinero? Lamentable, de lo peor que he tenido que pasar. OJO, EXperia es también cómplice.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for a week during our holiday to Sicily. We selected the bed and breakfast option, not all inclusive. Our first impression of the hotel was second to none, the decor and presentation is beautiful, certainly looks like a 5 star hotel! The receptionists on arrival and throughout our stay were also exceptional, very friendly and approachable with no doubt that they would do anything for you. However, this is where our compliments end. We felt during our stay that we were not valued as other guests and we did not understand why. Things like, waiting staff not being as smiley and approachable as they were to other guests, forgetting multiple drinks orders throughout the week, cocktails coming in different forms in the same night (the Sicilian passion cocktail first arriving as a frozen daiquiri form then half an hour later another arriving as a liquid). One waiter started to take our order at the bar and whilst my partner was mid sentence the waiter walked off and started serving somebody else. We also did not feel that sweeping round our feet at the table in the bar was appropriate when we were eating our meals. Our room although lovely with a beautiful view, wasn’t cleaned every day. This is not something that would bother us ordinarily as nobody changes their sheets at home everyday but in a 5 star hotel, you expect room service every day, which did not happen and clean sheets more than 3 times in a week. For bed and breakfast we had access to the buffet in the morning which was nice if you don’t want any warm food. Multiple different types of fruit, yoghurt, pasties and cakes but the bacon, sausage and egg was disappointingly cold every morning. Coffee is exceptional though! There are restaurants within the hotel that are equally lovely in decor as the rest of the hotel and the food was very nice. However, one night in one of the restaurants we were dining with no more than 5 other tables. Whilst we were eating our main courses, one of the waiters came out with two meals and a jug to accompany, it was clear that the waiter was unsure of which table the food belonged to as he was walking around aimlessly. He then put the jug on our table and walked off. Confused and thinking that the jug was an accompaniment to our meal, I picked it up and had a look but decided to leave it. In this time the waiter came back with the same two meals, picked up the jug he had left on our table and took it to another table and gave them their meals along with the jug. Thankfully I hadn’t toughed the sauce in the jug or actually eaten any of it, little do they know I could’ve had an allergy to something in that sauce or heaven forbid I could of cross contaminated something from my meal into the sauce and then it be taken to the correct person with an allergy or intolerance. Thankfully this did not occur but we were both astounded that this had happened at a 5 star restaurant. All of these things may be small but they a
