"Verdura Resort may be Sicily’s best resort. There is no stone left unturned when it comes to service and hospitality here. Anything little thing I wished they could have done - they did. - Messy wires from phones, they wrapped. - Quick responses related to reservations and transportation, they managed. - Leaving your car at your doorstep and help with luggage, they were there on the dot. - Convenient check out since you had an early flight, they accommodated so you didn’t have to go to the front desk. - Need a cart to go one place to the next, they were there in less than 3 minutes. - Child ordering adult meals, they adjusted for kid prices. - Booked with Chase Reserve and associated benefits, they did it all without you even whispering it. Their attention to detail is second to none and by far the most hospitable resort I’ve been to. One small critique… because the resort is so large and spread out, I think they could be more creative with events or activities. If it’s peace and quiet you’re looking for, nothing needs to be done otherwise."

"This is a very quiet and unique hotel. All 25 rooms have private swimming pools. The warm and thoughtful service plus the unique natural scenery of Sicily are worth staying for a few days. The restaurant charges a lot but the atmosphere is great! If I go to Sicily, I will stay there for a few more days!"

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely wonderful stay at Mangia’s Torre Del Barone Resort! We spent a fantastic week at this resort — everything from the view to the food to the vibe was just perfect. The property itself is beautiful: right by the sea, super clean, and full of that relaxing Sicilian charm. But what really made our stay unforgettable was the amazing service, especially from Gianluca Interrante, the Hotel Manager. We had a small issue during our stay, and Gianluca went above and beyond to take care of it. He was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy. Not only did he fix the problem quickly, but he also surprised us with some special VIP touches that made us feel truly valued. Thanks to him and the whole team, our week turned out absolutely perfect — and honestly, Gianluca deserves a huge part of the credit for that. Can’t recommend this resort enough. We’ll definitely be back!"

"Hotel con piscina. Aceptan perros. Está a unos 15 km de Agrigento, pero las carreteras para llegar son complicadas. Estrechas, con cuestas y toca parar cuando viene un coche de frente. El desayuno está muy bien. Tiene una zona de aparcamiento fuera del hotel en la que hay mucho espacio. La cama muy blanda para mí gusto, pero no incomoda."

"Nice structure very minimal but well clean.Location out of hand,services only available in car.Facing the beach,peak it is full of myrses and with uncommunicated bath ban.Buffalo breakfast varies but with non-fresh products and The hotel is very comfortable and mostly uncommon."

"We came off-season; the hotel was empty, beautiful architecture, very clean, and quiet. Our room (the cheapest) directly overlooked the parking lot. Power outages abounded, no upgrades or other assistance was offered, and the hot water came and went, unbearably. The breakfast was simple, but the dining room was pleasant. In season, it must be very, very noisy. The hotel is far from everything; a car is essential. In short, I wouldn't come back, too bad."

"Our stay at Borgo Giallonardo was one of the highlights of our 18-day trip to Sicily. The service was outstanding and the food was exceptional, we ate there 3 out of the 4 nights. The design of the property is exquisite, combining traditional accents with a fresh modern twist. Our suite was comfortable, spacious, quiet and well appointed, by far the nicest accommodations we had during our time in Sicily. The location is an oasis of olive trees and grape vines, all which are highlighted at the restaurant. We used it as our base to explore the area, and felt compelled to take some time to enjoy the resort-like feel and beautiful view of the hills and the mediterranean. IMO, it deserves more than 3 stars. We would go back in a heart beat!"

"Run down room. Booked a room which looked good on their website. On arrival the room I booked was not available as problem with plumbing apparently. If I knew I wouldn’t get the room I booked I wouldn’t have stayed there. For the owner all the rooms are the same. Well it is not the case. My room was in poor condition. Why on earth the owner is advertising a room he can’t provide. That room should not be advertised. I booked on the 22/10 and on my arrival on 12/11/25 the plumbing was still not fixed. Same with Breakfast he knows he can’t provide it but no mention on his website. Once again he told me problems with plumbing. Got a refund of 5 euros per person. He charged me twice for the visitor tax, luckily I noticed on my booking that I had already paid. He refunded me the next morning. The TV is extremely small. You can hardly see it from the bed. The bathroom was in poor condition. A cockerel close by wake you up at 4am. The family room was close to the entrance gate and the parking so very noisy when people are going out. A total disappointment."
