I checked into Hotel Areeba on September 18th, and I was assigned Room No. 206. I had previously discussed cleanliness and hygiene concerns with Ruchi Chouhan two days prior to my arrival. However, upon entering the room, I was disappointed to find that it was not adequately cleaned. There were flies in the room, the curtains were heavily stained, and there was an unpleasant odor. During the night, I placed a food order while Rahul was on duty. Unfortunately, my food took over an hour to arrive. In the morning, I approached Ruchi Chouhan to address these issues. However, her response was unprofessional and unhelpful. She did not provide any assurance or assistance, simply stating that there was nothing she could do. I am deeply dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the room and the service I received during my stay. I hope that the hotel can take appropriate measures to address these concerns and ensure a better experience for future guest.
