Going to this hotel was a nightmare; after entering my experiences are as following 1.Light in the lift was not working. 2. In the corridor there were insects and gutkha spits 3. Discarded furniture was kept in the corridor, with empty alcohol bottles, which had attracted mosquitoes and flies. 4. Bed sheet had spit spots, though they changed it after multiple requests. 5. Curtain was broken, wasroom was unhygienic 6. In the night we saw cockroaches in the room, that's when we decided to leave the hotel and booked another hotel, but the staff harassed us and didn't allow us to checkout, we spoke to the GM of this hotel through one guy's phone then they allowed us to checkout. 7. I forgot my blazer in the room, which when I went to collect in the hotel, they refused to return, when we found it in the room, this guy in the picture ran behind us to hit us. 8. Staff threatened us saying ”This is not Delhi we can hit you and show you that this is Agra” Please be aware before booking this hotel that staff is aggressive and unprofessional ***** with all the issues i mentioned above.

El hotel es agradable, la habitación también era buena, el desayuno también era bueno y el Sr. Sonu Sharma fue bueno en sus servicios ... Me gustaría advertir que, me quedé en la habitación 211 con mi hermano y hermana en la casa, significa 3 personas. En el momento de la entrada, me ofrecí claramente en el conte de recepción para hacer mi habitación 3500 All Inclusive para 3 personas con desayuno. Recepcionista negó por lo mismo. Pagué la cantidad total de INR 3920 para 3 personas y también tuve matrícula en la habitación. El punto es que la factura que tengo es para sólo dos adultos, lo que significa que la persona engañada y manipulada el sistema. No mostró 3 personas en tge system sólo 2 y sólo pidió 2 IDs, pero en Arruval & Departure Register he mencionado 3 entrada de huéspedes. No sólo esto, tenemos 3 té de la mañana personal en la recepción primero pidieron dinero, no lo tenía pidiendo UPI, pagué por UPI en su cuenta pero no recibí una cuenta de la INR 160. Staff were very friendly. I was ill during that time and they arranged luke warm water for me and even helped us in traveling agra even though it was not included in their services.

El personal es atento y cortés. Cuando nos fuimos, también nos dimos a cada uno de nosotros un dulce empaquetado hermosamente. Vale la pena quedarse en Agra.

Small cockroaches are everywhere in the hotel. If you leave a tea cup on table after finishing your tea. After sometime you will find one roaming in the cup. At night they take over the floor, as soon as you dim the lights. Rats in the kitchen are other pests.
