"We were a group of eight and went there for luncheon. We ordered in advance by telephone because it apparently takes them some time to prepare the meals. The restaurant is in Assouindé right at the end of the village by the sea. A thatched roof low building with withened walls and the sandy beach that streches in as the floor. You're right in the village centre and all village life happens around you. Young men play football on the beach, others take a bath. Boys ride their horses, girls carry snacks in platic containers. Live TV galore. Nobody pays attention to you. Sun beds are placed under shelters to protect you from the sun. A lovely place. The food was good. The staff is there to help you. I enjoyed my stay a lot."
