Had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property, the views from the room were incredible, and the staff was superb! Special thanks to Afework, Tilaye, Sileshi, and Sefiw at the lounge for their tremendous service, as well as Beheilu, Befkadu, Aschalew, Legesse for their excellent service elsewhere around the hotel, and Danawit at the reception for a super smooth check-out process! Hello Hayat Regency Management, Overall, my experience was excellent, although I was unable to extend my stay and had to switch to a different hotel. Firstly, I'd like to commend the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel in general. The service provided, both at the restaurant and reception, was exceptional. Additionally, your internet service is among the best in town, which, as a Google Engineer, I can attest to. However, I must address an issue regarding the parking entry, which was quite challenging. Despite the availability of ample parking spaces, the entry point was poorly designed, making it difficult to maneuver in and out. I even sought assistance but unfortunately couldn't find any. I hope this issue can be addressed. Furthermore, there seems to be a communication gap regarding the parking, as those directing customers to the lot should clarify whether it's manageable for new arrivals. It was disappointing to be guided to the parking lot by someone representing Hayat Regency, only to find it inaccessible. Thank you for considering this feedback, and I hope it contributes to enhancing the overall experience for future guests.

Upon arriving the reception staff greeted me with smiles like a long lost family member. The appartment was amaizing, well designed with more than enough plug points and all the appliances you can think off, most I didn't even use. But the best part of the stay is not the amaizing food and drinks it was the friendliness of the staff, they made my 2 week stay feel like home and I am sad to leave. I will devinitely recommend this hotel, it is simply the best I've stayed in in Africa, and I've been to a lot! Wish there was 6 stars!

We have found excellent treatment by the entire team at the hotel. Only there are some people in the restaurant who do not respond to our requests except for the person who is called Teddy. He is a very wonderful person, and he was the one who helped us with everything. He is really a special person. Also, we will not forget what the two people gave us, Nati, the hotel manager, and Teddy, the room manager. The hotel is located in the central, safe area. Security guards are always outside, and your bag always needs to pass their security check, which is assuring. Unfortunately, I saw roaches in the room I was initially allocated. I first saw it (they were relatively small; perhaps a local version of it) on my second day, and I had to borrow an insect killer. I further saw two more (which I killed) on my fourth day. When I complained this to the receptionist, she was frowned to hear about my insect problems, but did not look surprised. The cleaning manager told me that he will vacuum and then perfume the whole room. I am sure he did it, but unfortunately, another one (this was looked more like a bed bug) appeared, so I asked for a room change. The reception agreed, and I got another room. I stayed in this room over the next 10 days without problems (occasionally flies entered, but that was it). In hindsight, my initial room was directly two floors above their restaurant/kitchen, so perhaps these insects came to my initial room through drains.  Other than that, it was an ok stay though wifi could be very patchy sometimes. Also, cleaning ladies often failed to change my used cups, and placed them again in my room as if they were new. Breakfast was always good, while some dinner menus were better than others (but you can also try Radisson Blu's restaurant too; it's literally next door; their food is more expensive but very good; and their wifi was far better) Overall, if you have sufficient money to stay at Hilton or Radisson Blu, no need to stay here. Otherwise, I would still consider this place as an option.
