Excellent cleaning and very friendly staff! House keeping staff are super friendly and efficient! Jeba, and pyo were lovely. Gym is great and the pool is really clean, there’s also a great breakfast and ladies salon next which is very helpful. We extended our stay by 2 weeks!

I was very happy with the stay there and even more because the cleaning lady named “War” brought a smile to my face every morning with cute little heartwarming notes she would leave after cleaning. Her cleaning, folding and decorating skills are great!The food and the room were also exceptional.

Excellent hotel for long stay. The entire staff is great. They’re attentive, friendly, welcoming and professional. The restaurant staff are consistently excellent. Room cleaning staff is among the best I’ve had. Irvan has always exceeded expectations, and is an excellent addition to the entire staff.

I was there for one week, the overall experience was very nice, the room services team are professional ( specially this Guy IRVAN), the room is clean all the time, variety of food in the restaurant, will not hesitate to come again in the nearest future.

My two-week stay at Park Arjan by Rotana has been pleasant. The property is nice, and they have a great pool. The staff deserves a special mention for their exceptional hospitality. Throughout my stay, they have been consistently courteous, attentive, and friendly. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay.

So this is probably the 5th or 6th time staying here… glad I saw a familiar face at the breakfast… Vinod has been here for a while and always remembers me by name when I come for breakfast … such a great gesture! There are few new people such as Chef Shahhal who’s fantastic and very helpful… deserves some Sort of recognition in my humble opinion. Also Chef Richelle is good hearted and attentive, not an easy task to get her to smile tho being overwhelmed running station to station. Overall, this hotel is one of my favorite in the city and maintains a good quality. Alaa was present upon check in and was super cool, didn’t even know she could speak Arabic… caught me off guard :) See you again my friends!

Great staff and great hotel.i recommed to my family and friends I enjoy staying with Rotana Food is expensive buy goid and tasty. I do not like the non smoking policy. Its unhealthy for me as a customer and rotana staff. So appreciate a smoking section outside and Non smoking sections
