Definitivamente no es un hotel de 5 estrellas debido a la dirección. El hotel es nuevo, buena vista, no tiene acceso a la playa, la ubicación es buena si buscas un lugar tranquilo, la comida es correcta y el personal es amable y educado, pero realmente son muy malos organizados y administrados, cuando hay de ellos frenan, ninguno cubre su posición y el bar de la piscina estuvo absolutamente solo durante todo el día y cada vez que necesitas algo tienes que ir al restaurante para llamarlos, nosotros y más invitados nos quejamos pero no pasó nada. Intenté hablar con el gerente y explicarle la situación, pero me negué a hablar con nosotros.

I have been to Puerto Galera before and accommodation was a real struggle. The quality around White Beach was really poor and they were old and tired. So coming this time I wanted to find something better. Looking at these pics this hotel looked amazing. The hotel is situated around 10 mins drive from White Beach. That is considered close. And there are plenty of Tricycles to take you back to the hotel at any time. I thought this location was great. The view from the hotel was amazing and featured two swimming pools one being a Infinity pool. The infinity pool was quite deep. The rooms were big and comfortable with good air con. There is little to fault the hotel on. I had a room next to the pool and the only issue was there was a light you couldn't turn off and that light attracted half of the islands bugs at night so I couldn't leave my door open. Secondly the hotel is built on the steepest hill you have ever seen. I am not exaggerating when I say that. It is so steep that riding a motorbike it couldn't even make it up the hill lol. The staff will help you with the bags and its prob only a 5 min walk but in the heat it takes a lot out of you. If you are not fit or you were of the older generation I think you would struggle. I rented a motorbike which i would suggest if staying here so its easy to travel about. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to PG.
