Clean hotel with nice big rooms and great facilities, the microwave and fridge were great added extras. My husband has a weird obsession with showers so he loved the rain shower haha. The staff we dealt with were all very friendly too. We will definitely be back again.

Las habitaciones estan muy bien pero el Desayuno es basico y de calidad mediocre

Dirty plates with leftover food outside room on arrival with used glasses left along corridor & left for hours. Asked to be moved twice and reception said to phone restuarant as not their issue! Finally removed around 10.30pm. On departure receptionist did not ask how stay was or offer any conversation at all other than ‘you have car park still to pay’. Our guess was that she didn’t want to receive any feedback! Very disappointing and poor overall experience (I don’t normally leave reviews).

Check in and arrival was very straight forward, however, directions to the offsite car park were a bit confusing. Our room was an accessible room and was a good size and had amenities such as hairdryer, microwave and an iron. We had an issue with the cleanliness of the room to an extent, there was lots of dust on both bedside lamps, there was dirt marks on one of the storage compartments too. There was also water marks on the toilet seat. We were out all day from 10:00am and had switched the room light to be serviced. We had returned around 3:30pm to find the room had not been turned down, with no fresh towels and we had to ask staff. We also had dinner at the restaurant which was not a great experience. The food was average, slightly overpriced for what we got and the service was poor. We would not recommend this to other visitors. We also noticed that staff didn’t hair their hair tied back and this was noticeable it was in other diners food as they walked by our table. Overall, our stay was fine, the room itself was fairly comfortable but all in all, we wouldn’t return. We feel it was overpriced based on 2 nights stay.

Staff friendly and professional. Hotel very modern. Room nice and clean and with all usual extras, plus a fridge and a microwave!!!

It says on site that nearest parking was trinity centre. So we parked there over night only to find out while struggling with luggage wind and rain there is parking at hotel.

Checkin was great, very friendly and a free upgrade which was fantastic as it turned out. The room was lovely and had a separate seating area with a desk, which was fantastic as I’d an online meeting to do with video, so it was a great layout.

Parking entry and exit is tight but very handy compared to most of the hotels in the city centre. Receptionist could have been friendlier and sent us a very long way round to get to the room. We discovered a much shorter way later. The room was good with the usual facilities and amenities and very clean. We had a drink in the bar with family and that went well and next morning we had breakfast there. The breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet was good but unexceptional but they also did other items and the omelette was huge. We'd stay again and for longer.

Third time my husband & I have stayed here. Staff are always wonderful & rooms really comfy! We'll be returning again at some point!
