La habitación era limpia y fresca, bastante moderna y simplemente decorada, con las comodidades que esperaba -en seguida, ducha, televisión e incluso un caja fuerte. La cama estaba cómoda y las cucharas y camas de buena calidad. La ducha también era muy limpia, pero siendo pequeña se volvió bastante vaporizada cuando se duchó y me di cuenta que los puntos de molde comienzan a aparecer en el techo - quizás ventilación inadecuada? No he oído que el VMC se apagaba y no había interrupción separada para hacerlo - sin embargo, la ducha y los toallas estaban limpios sin escena. No teníamos desayuno, pero el personal en el check-in y check-out fue muy agradable. El hotel está a unos 10 minutos del centro de Agen y por lo tanto tomamos el coche para comer en la noche aunque hay unos pocos restaurantes (pizza) a pie. En general, no hay quejas y buenas cantidades de dinero. Bien hecho.

Viajamos con 2 niños (1 bebé de 1 año y medio). Cuando reservamos en Booking, pedimos una cama de bebé, y incluso llamamos por teléfono diciendo que si no hay disponibilidad, debemos cancelar la reserva (Reservar nos daba la posibilidad de cancelar gratis). Nos aseguró por teléfono que no habría problemas. Cuando llegamos al hotel no había camas de bebé .... no hay disponibilidad, todas las camas habían desaparecido ...(al menos nuestro...). Después de un viaje de 8 horas en coche, casi no dormimos. Tuvimos el bebé en medio toda la noche, que se movía todo el tiempo y vigilaba para que no cayera de la cama. Es un hotel donde hay muchas familias que viajan y pasan una noche mientras se mueven en coche, así que estar preparados para tener hijos y permitir que la gente descanse sería el mínimo para este hotel. No estás preparado para eso.
