Habitaciones buenas, comida buena, bares personas felizmente servidas, desayuno buen.. pero las personas en la recepción deben ser alegres ! No he visto nadie sonreír. Quiero quedarme siempre aquí si toman las medidas necesarias de lo que escribí. He venido a este hotel desde hace muchos años y la gente me conoce que siempre se queda en el hotel Djeuga Palace. Este hotel necesita ser renovado, si no pueden perder clientes. Sobre todo las habitaciones del 5o piso deben ser completamente cambiadas. Bueno, puede haber errores, me siento afortunado de que la responsable de la recepción y la recepción, Sra. Thomfeun Berthe, me haya dado una hermosa habitación superior para calmar mi ira. Es una mujer muy responsable y le doy las gracias sinceramente. Además de ella, los agentes de seguridad en uniforme amarillo y los técnicos del hotel son muy útiles. Trató de hacer todo lo posible para resolver los problemas. Las habitaciones están bien, la comida es buena, la gente del bar sirve con placer, el desayuno es bueno. . . pero la gente en la recepción debe ser feliz! Nunca he visto a nadie sonreír. El hotel es fantástico. Está muy bien situado (en Bastos, el barrio de las embajadas de la capital), con una gran variedad de restaurantes alrededor. El servicio y las instalaciones son de primera calidad (igual a cualquier hotel de cuatro estrellas europeo o norteamericano), pero sí, con precios igualmente enormes: no puedes esperar a que las facturas sean baratas aquí. La luz, la chica en la recepción, es fantástico. El servicio de navegación aeroportuaria es la mejor opción posible para llegar a esta última a un precio razonable (diez mil francos).
