Hotel bueno, me sorprendió lo grande que era, el primer día nos dieron una habitación que tenia un problema con la calefacción y era excesivo el calor que se sentía en la habitación, esto teniendo en cuenta que ya estábamos en primavera y los días eran calurosos, la solución fue cambiarnos de habitación, sin embargo sentía que la nueva habitación tenia el mismo problema aunque a esta al menos le funcionaba un poco el aire, lo mejor para controlar el calor de la habitación fue dejar cerradas las persiana exteriores para que no calentaran la habitación y dejar el aire a -5 con las ventanas abiertas, así se soluciono el problema, buena habitación, cama confortable, baño correcto, desayuno bueno sin ser excelente repetitivo no había nada diferente pero correcto. El personal habla ingles perfectamente ya que nuestro Alemán es bastante básico. La ubicación muy buena eso si en la parte oriental donde todo es mas aburrido a mi parecer. Volveríamos por la ubicación y por que para lo que ofrecen el precio es correcto.Desde€72

El Hotel esta en una ubicación inmejorable.
Buen trato del personal, habitaciones muy limpias, y buffet de desayuno espectacular.
Sin duda alguna recomendable.
Si quieres visitar la ciudad este hotel cumple con las expectativas.Desde€79

I'm really surprised by the low reviews as this wasn't our experience at all. Yes it's a budget hotel, so I wouldn't expect a 5* star experience BUT our room was modern, clean, spacious and comfortable (the pillows could be a little plumper). The bed was two twins pushed together but this is common in Germany and the nordic regions, so not unexpected plus we both love having our own duvet and, after travelling, we now have this at home too. It was great to have a free bottle of water in the room and we also bought soft drinks from reception when we arrived. We were on the top floor (14th) and we had no issues with the lift. Staff were friendly on arrival and we even managed to access our room one hour early with no additional fees. We didn't eat in the hotel as we were there to enjoy Berlin, we got up early to have breakfast in central Berlin and had dinner before returning to the hotel. Public transport in Berlin is amazing and there are numerous tram stops near the hotel. We used the M6 most often (5 min walk from the stop to hotel) to Alexanderplatz and beyond but also used another nearby stop to use other transport connections to move around the city. It did take quite some time to get to and from the airport as you do need to make connections but everything was easy to do and we never experienced any late running services. Would we stay here again, maybe...we would not hesitate to stay in the hotel again but only if we didn't have early morning flights (which we did)! This meant that when we arrived, we had to carry our heavy bags around the city centre to make the most of our 3 nights (the hotel was too far away to go there to drop bags and then come back). We were so tired, that we chanced heading to the hotel early to see if early check-in was possible and they were very helpful. On our last day we had to get up at 4am as we were on an early flight home and it took more than 90 mins to go from hotel to airport, we would loved to have stayed somewhere near a station with direct airport links to get that extra 60 mins in bed. So if you don't have early morning flights, then definitely go for it and get a Welcome to Berlin card as that covers all of your travel including from the airport to hotel. La ubicación está a tiro de piedra de la estación central. Vine a Berlín para el maratón y pude caminar hasta el punto de partida. El único punto negativo es que no hay hervidor de agua en la habitación para que yo haga agua caliente.Desde€82
