Apartamento limpio y confortable Hay muchas ventanas para que pueda ver claramente la vista, la cocina, el baño (incluida la bañera) y la cama están bien. Sin embargo, las condiciones de limpieza no son muy buenas y el televisor, el agua caliente y la lavadora no funcionan correctamente. Creo que canto 3 noches y 4 días todos los días Puedes caminar hasta Newtown Beach. McDonald's (McDonald's), Starbucks (Starbucks Jolly), etc.están cerca. Hay restaurantes y supermercados. Pero estoy un poco decepcionado con las comodidades. La piscina está en mantenimiento... Esto es como un condominio.

Me encantó quedarme en Felicity Hotel desde entonces porque es muy conveniente y sin complicaciones. Tienen un servicio de transporte gratuito para dejar y recoger en el aeropuerto de Mactán. El ambiente es agradable y el personal es muy amable y servicial, especialmente su conductor Kuya Efren, quien solía recogerme y dejarme durante mi estadía.

A Korean-run establishment in the middle of nothing interesting. The hotel itself is a decent motel with somewhat overpriced and limited bar, very basic (and the same) breakfast and a decent swimming pool. The greatest downside is that it's in the middle of nowhere. There is nothing of any interest within 10 minute walk of it, nor are there any transit options (aside from taxis or trikes). It might be a good option to stay for the dive shops, assuming you're looking for basic and clean, but it's a 15 minute walk to the beach.

This place is fabulous. Staff is top notch, very friendly and helpful. Some of the best food I’ve had in the Philippines. Lovely place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or your favorite drink. Clean swimming pool with seating around. Library with plenty of reading material. Large ceiling fans and standing fans to keep you cool in the garden room while you eat or sit at the bar. Easy to get a grab ride to airport or shopping malls. Looking forward to my next stay.

El hotel estaba más lejos del aeropuerto que esperado. Estaba también en una zona bastante cruda, pero el personal era muy amable y útil. La habitación era grande y tenía todas las comodidades que necesitaba. Comí desayuno en la puerta de la puerta y fue delicioso :)

Проживали в этом месте с 02 по 06 мая 2024 с семьей( 2 взрослых, 2 детей). Апарты оставили двоякое ощущение. Сначала о плюсах: удачное расположение, поблизости хорошие рестораны, супермаркеты, до могилы Магелана можно легко прогуляться пешком. Номер достаточно большой с отдельной спальней, где двуспальная кровать и вместительный шкаф, отдельно кухня-гостиная, где два диванчика ( нам хватило разложить один, чтобы уложить двоих детей). В номере есть хозкомната со стиральной-сушильной машиной -это стало приятным сюрпризом. Всем проживающим дают пропуск на хороший пляж Savoy, туда ходит шатл или можно дойти пешком. Пляж хороший. На территории хорошие чистые бассейны. Нужно понимать, что это не отель в классическом его виде, никто не будет убирать номер, менять полотенца и постельное белье и т.п. Целью нашего 4-х дневного пребывания на Мактане было посещение юга Себу ( купание с акулами, черепахами, сардинами, водопад Кавасан) и экскурсия на остров Бохоль. Из этой точки есть экскурсионные маршруты в нужные нам места. Теперь о минусах: отсутствует комната хранения багажа, мы прибыли за 3 часа до времени заезда, поскольку ранний заезд был невозможен, хотели оставить сумки и пойти прогуляться и поесть, но выяснилось, что комната хранения багажа платная и совсем в другом здании и туда по жаре с сумками нужно еще дойти. Но самый главный минус это какой-то ночной клуб-караоке прям под окнами отеля. Музыка там играет очень громко начиная с вечера до глубокой ночи (2:30 ночи!!!). Громкость такая, что у нас на 8-м этаже вибрировали окна! Спать практически невозможно! Представьте, что у вас выезд на экскурсию в 4:00 утра. А музыка долбит по-полной до 2:00! Это конечно сильно ухудшает качество отдыха!!!!

Era la primera vez que me alojaba en Mactán. En primer lugar, lo bueno es que el hotel en sí tiene un precio razonable y está bien equipado. Puedes comprar mangos y flotadores de mango cerca y enfriarlos o congelarlos. También hay un hervidor para que puedas preparar café. También hay un balcón donde podrá disfrutar de la brisa del atardecer. La mejor parte es la vista desde las escaleras de emergencia. Me quedé en el quinto piso y pude ver el océano desde las escaleras de emergencia y hacía mucho frío. Me alegro de haber podido desayunar mucho también. La ubicación está a unos 20 minutos en taxi desde el aeropuerto. A veces los atascos son terribles. Cerca hay un lugar parecido a un mercado con restaurantes para turistas. No se puede evitar, pero el inconveniente es que está un poco alejado del mar. Además, el mar en Cebú suele ser propiedad de hoteles, por lo que si quieres disfrutar del mar, lo mejor es alojarte en un hotel que sea propietario del mar. Este hotel es muy recomendable para aquellos que no están interesados ​​en el mar pero sólo quieren disfrutar de Mactán. Hay bastantes japoneses, por lo que algunas personas pueden sentirse seguras.

The breakfast buffet were so good. They cook the egg as per your request and as the way you preferred, serving fresh from the pan❤️. You can totally enjoy the delicious breakfast with the mesmerizing sea view. The place is just along the main road easy access to taxi and very close to the airport, staff are accommodating early check in available for pay additional, bed are excellent quality soft pillow and heavy blanket it’s really good place to stay plus I notice the bath room is centrally heated just keep the door close to keep the warm it’s just the bath tub a bit higher I wish there is a step tool you can you. Internet is good speed I will stay again this hotel and recommend for single and family travelers. Very spacious room had ref and keetle to use.

I needed to depart this at 4AM because my flight's departure time was 6AM. I knew that it was difficult for the hotel manager to get up early but actually she got up and tried to give me a good service. In fact, though Grab taxi couldn't pick me up due to GPS discrepancy, the hotel manager talked to the Grab driver in order to lead to the correct position. Thanks for her huge supports, I could reach to airport on time. (btw, your back view when you were on the bicycle was so cool and reliable. LOL) Thanks a lot.

The room is enormous, and also the bathroom. There’s a kitchen inside and 2 tables to work. Definitely, is one of the best places where we stayed in Southeast Asia. The staff is helpful. There’s an Italian restaurant in the round floor, and also a store and a laundry (they wash and dry everything in hours). The grab to airport is cheaper than the service offered by the hotel.

We booked two rooms and we were only able to get one room when we checked in and the other room an hour and a half after! We followed up multiple times and complained about how the room wasn’t ready when it’s already the check-in time. They told us that the staff was already on the way up to bring the key card for the other room yet it took a long time (given the fact that the rooms were just at the second floor, above the lobby) when we followed up for the third time, we were told that the card was being brought from the main wing that’s why it’s taking so long like? we literally got the key card from our first room on the front desk lobby below our floor (ocean wing). They are also very strict about the room capacity that you have to pay 3k plus to pay for an extra person unlike other four-five star hotels. The room was also dusty, my boyfriend kept sneezing non-stop when we went in the room and had to take anti-histamine. Facilities were great though.

Habitación ＞ Ventajas: Muy limpio, con una cama king size y varios enchufes para cargar la batería. ＞ Desventajas: La vista al mar fue un poco decepcionante y se veía más una obra en construcción que el océano, que estaba bastante lejos. No había bidé ni ducha junto al inodoro, y al principio la ducha no calentaba lo suficiente (tuvimos que llamar al personal para que lo arreglara). Servicio ＞ Ventajas: El personal fue muy servicial, nos atendió en todo momento e hizo todo lo posible por atender cualquier solicitud que tuviéramos sobre la habitación y los servicios del hotel. El spa también era muy agradable y quedamos encantados con la calidad del masaje que recibimos. Lo mismo se aplica al personal de recepción, que nos ayudó mucho a organizar una sesión de moto acuática. ＞ Desventajas: N/D Ubicación ＞ Ventajas: Buena ubicación en la isla de Mactán, con playa privada, relativamente cerca del aeropuerto, lo cual fue una gran ventaja. Desventajas: Está un poco lejos del centro, así que el trayecto hasta el centro comercial Ayala fue bastante largo. Sin embargo, no es una desventaja si piensas pasar la mayor parte del tiempo en el resort. Servicios: Ventajas: La habitación en general tiene todo lo necesario, como cepillo de dientes, artículos sanitarios, etc. Desventajas: No había agua de cortesía en la habitación cuando llegamos; tuvimos que solicitarla a través del servicio de atención al cliente. En general: Buen hotel, con algunas pequeñas molestias, pero buena relación calidad-precio; me alojaría aquí de nuevo.

Es un gran hotel, pero creo que es un poco sobrepreciado. Parece claramente un hotel popular para coreanos. Disculpamos casi todos los huéspedes durante mi estancia aquí eran coreanos. Incluso partes del menú y las bebidas en el restaurante eran coreanos. El desayuno es un hotel decente y el personal es útil y amable.

Nos alojamos en el hotel por 3 días. Muy hospitalario, el personal es magnífico. Las habitaciones están limpias, el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. El desayuno es bueno, pero en algunos lugares tendrás que esperar a que te entreguen la comida. solucionado rápidamente. Se puede ver y oír la construcción cerca del hotel, pero personalmente no me irritó ni me despertó, como dicen en las reseñas. El lado negativo es que el servicio en el restaurante y bar local es muy lento, faltan la mitad de los platos del menú y los precios son mucho más altos que en los restaurantes vecinos. Hablando de restaurantes, hay lugares normales cerca, pero para llegar a ellos tendrás que caminar o tomar un taxi, al menos 750 metros por la carretera pasando por barrios marginales y obras en construcción. Una política muy extraña con respecto a la comida “propia” traída desde fuera del hotel (se espera un cargo por descorche de 250 pesos), esto estaría bien si al menos de alguna manera se llenara la variedad del restaurante y la tienda local. La playa está formada por pequeños guijarros, cercada por el mar casi hasta el final por boyas que llegan hasta las rodillas. Entiendo que esto es típico de Cebú, pero tenlo en cuenta de todos modos. Para su información: se requiere un depósito de 2000 pesos por día por cada habitación o mediante tarjeta de crédito.

I’m beyond amazed. The place are relaxing views, magnificent room views, comfortable dining and beautifully romantic area. The beach are clean and clear like crystal twinkling by the sun rays. Unfortunately, Got stung by a jellyfish and the staffs acted and ask about my wellbeing and so fast to close the beach and did the best thing action to avoid for other guests to get stung and do the protocol by putting red flag as warning sign and inform the other guest about the incident. They had immediately responded/managed to implement another activity to avoid boredom to pass time since the beach were unaccessible for the guests to enjoy which ai think are best for all ages can join and even small/children guest would enjoy. It’s a perfect weekend getaway.

Fue una pena que debido a la pandemia se redujeran drásticamente los horarios de uso de instalaciones como gimnasios y ludotecas o se cerraran algunos lugares~ La piscina era muy espaciosa y la vista de la laguna también era genial. ¡La ubicación de la plantación está ubicada en una esquina que es un poco incómoda para moverse sin un automóvil existente! ¡El hotel le llamará un taxi por $1! En cuanto todo se normalice, creo que podré disfrutar de todo cómodamente en el resort.

Puedo quedarme sin causar ningún problema porque hay accesorios de cocina allí. La presión de agua en el jardín es un poco débil, pero puede lavarse sin problemas. Muy bueno

The resort was hit and miss and left me with mixed emotions. Starting with having to fill out a form while still sitting in the taxi at the entrance gate and having to walk with my bags From the road to the front entrance of the lobby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Facilities were quite nice with three pools and beautiful views. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and the hot water was on demand. There was limited staff. In a three night stay I never saw any maid service servicing any rooms on my floor and had to go looking for supply replacements. The food in the restaurant was hit and miss - good salmon, good tuna sandwiches, stay away from any salad and the club sandwich - and quite pricey. P420 for a basket of french fries. If you were sitting at a poolside table the view was great but you had to get up and go looking for the wait staff every time you wanted anything. No one ever came and checked on you. Everything, including the front desk, closed up at 9:30, lights off doors locked, so you couldn’t sit by the infinity pool in the evening and enjoy a beer and the night sky over the sea. it’s in a gated community and taxis struggle to find it. If you arrive after maybe 9 PM you can find the gates to the community closed and you may be walking the streets with your bags, not particularly comfortable nor safe. The facilities were well-maintained but the resort does not seem to be focused on the individual or small group spending a weekend and appears to be more interested in large functions.

I love the staff. They’re very accommodating and when it terms of customer services they respond with courtesy and politely. However, the location wasn’t at the Center of accessibility such as pharmacy and malls but the good thing is that the staff will guides you when you need something to buy. In summary it’s 9/10.
