El Clearwater Beach Hotel es un hotel pintoresco a 1 cuadra de la playa de arena aterciopelada en el Golfo de México. Hay numerosos lugares para comer y una heladería bañada a mano justo enfrente del hotel. Nuestra habitación estaba muy limpia, la cama era muy cómoda y el personal de recepción fue extremadamente amable. Yo recomendaria altamente este hotel. ¡Definitivamente nos volveremos a alojar allí!

I chose this hotel because I've stayed at Courtyards before and wanted that experience. I was a bit disappointed that the hotel was undergoing a major remodeling, and the elements of this brand were not there, yet the hotel was charging full rate (~$250 per night). While I'd have to say the staff members were very nice, as well as our room, the entire sitting area downstairs was entirely boarded up, the workout room was unavailable, and the breakfast area only had a very limited menu of pre-made items. The price of a stay should have been much less since their normal amenities weren't available.

The hotel itself is just ok. It's generally pretty scruffy. It has a VERY high occupancy rate and worn and grimy furniture is a product of that turn-over. With the exception of the manager the staff is especially friend, helpful and professional. The breakfast is quite good for a budget hotel. I had a suite and it was very roomy. The towels were plentiful and fluffy. The bed was firm. The sofa and chair were both ”well-used”. Separate semi-kitchenette counter, sink, and refrigerator. The refrigerator was missing some interior parts i.e. a bar on the door and the drain so water accumulated in the bottom of the frig. I've stayed there twice and would again because it's reasonably clean and.the price is great for St. Pete area.

Having been displaced from our flooded home in the City of St. Pete Beach it was extremely challenging for us for several weeks after Hurricane Helene and Milton finding lodging for not just my husband and myself but for our 2 dogs as well. I was so fortunate to finally make contact with Emma who is the general manager, she was so gracious and helped me book my stay, I started out booking 5 weeks and have recently extended our stay until mid-December. The Beach Suite we are staying in has been totally remodeled with all the new trends, the king size bed is so comfortable, we have 2 smart TV's, the wireless internet is fast and secure, This is a perfect home away from home for us. I must say Amanda is the manager on site, she is so caring and genuinely such a sweetheart, along with Laurie who really took care of my needs and was extremely timely in getting back to me. They have both made us feel so welcome. The grounds are very well kept, with 2 beautiful pool areas that are extremely welcoming, I have noticed this boutique resort has an incredible client base, the guests that we have met here are very nice young couples and the families are so adorable. I will most definitely be booking at St. Pete Beach Suites when our sons and their wives or our friends come to visit us in the future. This location is very short walking distance to Upham beach and its white sands, Paradise Grill, Rick's Reef, Twistee ice cream, Giuseppes pizza, and a few blocks farther are Oyster Shuckers, Buoys, and Corey Avenue. It was a miracle this place had no flood damage and I feel it was spared so we could lodge here while we rebuild.

El hotel está un poco outdated aún así los cuartos son ultra cómodos y amplios. El servicio al cliente es buenísimo y cualquier cosa que necesites la resuelven en minutos. Lo que más nos gustó fue la localización del hotel, está Justo en la playa ( desde la piscina puedes ver el aterdecer, tienen un bar con música chèvre) y tienes Publix ( super conveniente para comer económico por q la comida del bar es fea y cara ), licorera, chuck fil a. Starbucks etc al cruzar la Calle! De lo que pagas en resort fee te dan como $15 diarios para gastar en comida, 2 cocktails de bienvenida y 2 botellas de agua. El parking tmb entra en el resort fee ! El lugar de verdad que vale la pena!

Nos gusto mucho este hotel supero nuestras expectativas, la limpieza, el servicio, las habitaciones el orden en los diferentes lugares nos soprendió gratamente y hizo nuestra estancia muy agradable, un desayuno con las opciones básicas huevos revueltos, salchichas, wafles, cereales lo necesario, una buena piscina y amplio parqueo, con uchas opciones cerca de compras supermercados, tiendas etc sin duda de volver a la zona volveremos a hospedarnos alli

Perfect location on the beach. The hotel staff is very accommodating. The staff have gone above and beyond when asked for anything. We were able to get a late check out easily. The bartenders are the staff that check you in as well, but they all know how to make great drinks. Chad is a great conversationalist and had great recommendations for dinner in the area. I would definitely return here but I would take advantage of the kitchen that is in the suite. I would recommend going to the grocery store and getting lunch food if you are spending the day on the beach because there’s nowhere local to grab a quick bite to eat.

Al final Samantha, el gerente de la mesa de frente le tomó tiempo para escuchar todo mi bragamiento sobre el gran servicio prestado por todos los que arriba y escribió los nombres de todos que he encontrado durante mi estancia, así como ser amable , comprensivo y así sucesivamente De todo mi corazón, gracias a todas las estrellas de rock que me han hecho muy agradable y seguro mi estancia y estoy tan ansioso de volver en el futuro próximo. Espero que todos se reconozcan por ir más allá y más allá, porque realmente merecen todo el reconocimiento por todo el trabajo duro que hacen todos los días.

Muy bonito.s, hotel tranquilo algo fuera. Las habitaciones fueron muy limpias, el personal muy amable. Sólo la piscina podría haber sido un poco más limpia.
