Basically the hotel location is very convenient and we can find local food easily. The only problem is the hotel lift which obviously not for commercial usage and its very slow. It’s having limitation to have max 3 person per ride. Hope hotel owner will make something for improvement.

El hotel rechazó mi solicitud de cancelación. Vine aquí por trabajo. Es una molestia para mí ir a buscar algo de comida antes de ir a trabajar. Es realmente angustioso. - A veces, el baño olía mal debido al humo del cigarrillo que salía del respiradero del inodoro. Quizás debido a su mal funcionamiento o algo así. Espacial con salón y una gran cocina equipada con caldera, microondas, secador de pelo y nevera. No obstante, su limpieza estaba en duda. Nos quedamos en el dormitorio con baño con baño. La habitación huele, por lo que tuvimos que dejar la puerta abierta toda la noche. A lo largo de eso, nuestra cama también huele muy mal. La pantalla de ducha se desplazó de su alineación y parece peligrosa. Al llegar, nos dieron una tarjeta y una contraseña WiFi y el día siguiente comprobar la fecha. 1. La contraseña Wifi no estaba correcta 2. Verifique la fecha también fue incorrecta Lo que les sacó, les proporcionaron una nueva contraseña y confirmaron mi fecha de salida es 2 días después. El día siguiente, no pudimos entrar en el apartamento como número de pin para el bloqueo ya no era válido. Así que todo el grupo de ancianos y niños tuvieron que esperar a alguien para volver a poner el pin. Preguntó qué estaba mal, simplemente dijeron error de sistema. No se les disculpó. No podía cambiar el hotel también en medio de la noche, ya que había pagado 2 noches y trasladar a 4 ancianos + 3 niños a otro hotel en el último minuto durante las vacaciones escolares de junio no es una broma. The external of the hotel is beautiful. Location is good, close to some attractions like 姓周桥, Ferry post (pangkalan raja uda), heritage street arts, and some really cultural shop lots and aisle. It was not noisy and busy at night like Georgetown too. Room was clean and buffet was also better than expected, the variety was wide enough. The hotel is basic hotel with no gym/pool but has a free parking attached to it. Would definitely come back again!

This hostel was great, quiet dorm, quiet people, different areas to relax in. I booked this hostel because it has an elevator as I have a broken leg. The staff were helpful on a daily basis. Good food sold next door, drinks sold at reception. Grab taxi and food delivery daily. I enjoyed it here and I would stay again, good location not far from love lane area.

狹長形的房間，分為臥室跟茶水間，中間走道則是狹小、轉身困難的獨立廁所，洗手得到浴室，唯一採光是在走道，非常神奇的設計，第一天入住時，是由打掃的小哥幫忙開門與給予鑰匙，是個印度裔的小哥，只會簡單英語，要我們有任何問題都透過what's app 跟管家聯繫，除此次外，整個住宿期間沒見過酒店人員，即使經過一樓服務區，住了一星期，不算短的時間，沒有現場人員服務，遇到問題無法有即時的回應，加上偶然間發現我提早一個月預定的房間價格，竟然比一週內的同時期價格每晚差距一百多人民幣，等同我提早預定還比前幾天才預定貴了近900人民幣，房價差了近1/3，令人咋舌，是服務降級，還是宰肥羊呢？本來看評價滿分，希望好的住宿能夠提升旅遊的滿意度才預定的，結果是扣分要素，很可惜！

Owner was quick to response and promptly address any questions. Place was perfect for a family trip and very near Gurney Drive Hawker Center and Gurney Plaza. Will come back to stay when going to Penang. Recommended!
