Arrived by train from Paris and walked to hotel. Room was on their second floor (quite large) at back of hotel, so very little noise from surroundings. Everything was well done without being over fussy. Breakfast was traditionally French with huge croissant, baguette, jam, cheese, yogourt etc….all delivered with a friendly manner. On departure, the owner booked us a local taxi that came to the door (we weren’t sure if taxis could travel down the narrow street, but access is fine) to whisk us to St Pierre de Corps..the out of town railway station. All perfect

I spent five nights in the Silver Linden studio apartment and loved it. The Central Parc and the apartment surpassed my expectations - and I am quite particular about accommodations. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable, and was decorated with thoughtfulness and style. The kitchen was very well-equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home - there was even a salad spinner and bottled water. The bathroom was spacious and luxurious. The apartment has very large windows that overlook a beautiful and tranquil park. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, which was very appreciated during a July heatwave. The Central Parc is in a lovely historic mansion and employs very helpful staff members to assist guests with check in, check out, etc., during the day. The Central Parc is an easy 10 minute walk to Tours' charming historic center. There is also plentiful street parking, making it a very convenient home base for touring the Loire Valley. I'm looking forward to making a return visit!

Como un niño nostálgico que ha vuelto a estudiar en Tours durante diez años, hay que decir que este apartamento tiene todas las comodidades. Solo toma 3 minutos tomar el tren y es muy conveniente ir al castillo y al centro de la ciudad. Hay una mini cocina en el estilo de apartamento, donde puede hacer su propio té, comprar alcohol y preparar comida rápida conveniente. Reservé el tipo de habitación más barata porque viajaba solo, pero la habitación para mí estaba frente al campanario de la iglesia y la cama era súper grande y cómoda. Puede que no sea tan grande como una gran habitación de hotel, pero una típica residencia francesa es así. El saneamiento es muy bueno, pero el problema es que no hay limpieza diaria de la habitación.

We booked the hotel for 2 nights. On arrival a very nice and helpful receptionist. I didn’t booked breakfast because we didn’t want to wake up early. So while sleeping longer in the morning both days the maid went into our room and was extremely embarrassing. Never happened before. We reported to reception which agreed with us and said will raise with the management. When we checked out we were informed that we will receive 2000 points as good will, in our account which never happened. We didn’t asked but when you say that you will do it and you don’t it doesn’t look good.

Chose this hotel because we wanted to spend the evening in Tours city centre. This was an Ibis Styles and proved far better than the standard Ibis we had stayed at the night before. The room was spacious and pleasant (without the very budget feel of the standard Ibis). The breakfast was fine once you tracked down all the things you needed! Ibis have egg-boiling machines, which are fine provided that some slots in the machine are free and not being used by other guests. Otherwise you have to wait for them to claim their eggs and then wait for yours to boil. Can take some time! I'm guessing this system reduces the number of eggs that get used. Personally, I'd be happy with some ready to go, hard-boiled eggs as an additional option. Another reason we chose this hotel was for the secure, private parking (extra charge payable). Was surprised that it wasn't possible to reserve this in advance. Had we arrived to find the car park full, it could have been a problem as this is a busy part of the city. One thing to note is that the surface-level car park is entered through a narrow arch and you need a wide turn to get the right angle. This can be problematic in heavy traffic. It's probably best to approach on the other side of the road and to turn across the traffic. The staff were helpful and friendly. They advised us how to take the tram into the tourist area in the city centre. In fact, you can walk there in about 30 minutes if you prefer. Would happily stay here again, although it took quite some time to drive through the heavy traffic to get there.

The location is fantastic. Although the hotel does not have any private parking, there is free parking all around the building so was easy to find a convenient spot. The main town centre is about a 20 minute walk away however there are lots of local restaurants near by. We booked our stay through the TRIP website stating we needed parking and a dog friendly hotel. Neither were true, no hotel parking and no dogs allowed although the hotel were great and still allowed us to stay with our hound. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious enough and the bathroom was ensuite. No complaints. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Hotel only a few minutes away from the highway. Nice room with big bed, good shower, separate toilet a bit tight if you want to close the door, OK for one night. Hotel restaurant open on Sunday, exceptional in France, good food and a very nice and professional Colombian waittress. We go back !

Es muy malo que mi colega reserve. La mala razón es que no puedo pasar mi tarjeta de crédito. No es solo una tarjeta de crédito asegurada, sino que las dos tarjetas de crédito de mi colega no funcionan correctamente en la recepción del hotel. Al final, solo puedo encontrar restaurantes chinos para cambiar euros. Efectivo, muy repugnante es que el hotel también cuestionó la autenticidad de las monedas. No admitieron que hubiera un problema con sus máquinas POS. No solo tenían problemas con la máquina POS, sino que incluso el sistema de deducción tenía problemas. Ctrip también me ayudó a pagar el hotel. También falló. Así que la próxima vez que viaje, no volverá a alojarse en este hotel.

Hôtel excelente. Comenzamos por un edificio remarcable: una arquitectura de época, decoración exquisita y personal agradable y disponible las 24 horas. Recomiendo el restaurante y el spa. Un momento inolvidables. Gracias a todo el equipo.

En primer lugar, no podíamos entrar en nuestra habitación, había un problema con la tarjeta de habitación, acabamos de tener que usar una llave. No un gran problema. El diseño de las habitaciones en términos de privacidad y consideración para cualquier otro compartir con usted es bastante pobre.
