El hotel es muy agradable y tiene un buen trabajo con las cabinas. Mi única gripe es con algunos de los conductores de autobús--que me deje claro, los conductores de la mayoría son gente maravillosa, pero algunos son simplemente rudos. Si los signos en el autobús indicaban claramente dónde iban a continuación, reduciría la necesidad de preguntar sobre dónde va el autobús (especialmente porque el signo dirá Magic Kingdom, en lugar de su verdadera próxima parada, Wilderness Lodge). Apenas llegas te recibe el staff del hotel, super agradables y sonrientes, el check in fue rápido, luego llegamos a la habitación super linda, con vista al lago, desde la habitación, en la noche, se pueden ver los fuegos artificiales de Epcot y Magic Kingdom. Pedimos comida a la habitación y exquisita, igualmente el desayuno con Goofy y sus amigos. toda la experiencia fue sonada. Mil veces recomendado

Navegar por la ubicación pasada es muy fácil de encontrar, porque es autónomo, no muy lejos de Disney, la habitación del hotel es muy grande, lo único es que nuestro baño es tan grande que no hay bañera, solo ducha, esto muestra una bañera en la página de reserva. El desayuno también es bueno, el restaurante está fuera de la ventana, genial.

Este hotel se siente como una pequeña comunidad con dos piscinas al aire libre 🏊‍♀️ y lavandería. Creo que este hotel es el más rentable. La llave del hotel es la pulsera de Disney. Al mismo tiempo, también puede vincular sus entradas al parque. ¡Lo más importante es que tu nombre estará grabado en él! Después de hacer el check out, ¡se lo daré como un memorial! !! ¡Impresionante! El restaurante está en el vestíbulo y tiene características muy americanas, básicamente algo de comida rápida. Para el transporte, hay teleféricos que conducen directamente al Reino Animal y al mundo futuro, y los autobuses se conectan al Reino Mágico y Hollywood. En general, vivir aquí realmente se siente como unas vacaciones y es muy relajado.

My Wife and I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel's convenient location allowed for easy access to Epcot, and the prompt room service added to the convenience factor. We were particularly delighted with our room's excellent view of Epcot, allowing us to enjoy the fireworks display right from the comfort of our room. Although our stay was enjoyable, there was a minor issue with what looked like a (band-aid) in the hallway inside our room. However, I took the initiative to remove and dispose of it before my wife noticed. We came down to request a room change for other reasons (as I decide not to mention the prior incident).... to have a shower instead of a bathtub and to avoid a connecting room setup. The check-in representative at the front desk was exceptional, displaying a fantastic attitude and providing us with helpful assistance. Despite her diligent efforts, she was unable to accommodate our room change request, which was a disappointment. Nonetheless, I believe she should be commended for her excellent customer service. Aside from this minor setback, the property itself was well-situated and offered a pleasant ambiance. However, I did notice that the room we were assigned did not match the pictures displayed online for its corresponding category, which was a bit disappointing. Considering the overall experience, I am uncertain whether I would choose to stay at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve again. While there were some minor inconveniences, the hotel's location and other positive aspects contributed to a generally enjoyable stay. In summary, our visit to the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve was marked by convenience, prompt service, and a great view of Epcot. Despite encountering a minor room issue and the disappointment of not getting the exact room as depicted online, the exceptional customer service from the front desk staff and other positive aspects of the property would be the only reason we would choose to possibly stay here again in future.

Quiero destacar que este hotel nos hace el check out muy triste. Es un ambiente tan familiar, las habitaciones muy cómodas, personal excelente y capacitado que, realmente cuesta mucho salir de ahí. Desayunos son increíbles!!! Las personas de cocina muy atentos, muy dispuestos a ayudar y muy amenos! Fanny, Nancy, Miguel, Natalia y Ginger excelentes personas que vamos a extrañar mucho y esperamos ver la próxima vez que estemos allá. Se agradece el social en la semana, lindos momentos para conocer y sentirse aún más en familia. Realmente un agrado de hotel como ha sido las tres veces anteriores en Htls StayBridge. We booked this room for quick access to the Skyliner. We were pleasantly surprised by the room theme and all the decor around the property. The restaurant on site has tons of diet friendly options. Overall excellent experience from check in to check out. We will definitely stay again.

Couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience. Stayed Club Level. We checked in at the Security entrance. By the time we pulled ahead several hundred feet our Concierge was waiting curbside for us as we pulled up to the front door. His staff unloaded our vehicle as he spoke to us and walked us up to the Concierge desk. After offering us beverages he began to link up our Magic Bands, explained how to use the Fast Pass and made our first ride reservation for Soarin. Went over any questions we had, told us to grab some snacks and get over to Epcot and they took all our luggage to our room. Room was spotless with origami animals made out of the towels. Food at each session was enjoyable and fresh. When we would get in for the night, we were always offered cocktails to take to the room. The kids would go back out and were offered cocktails to take on their walks. They even put their drinks in disposable glasses, so they didn't have to pay for drinks at the pool. The pool is the best of any Disney property. We had a few late-night trips to the ”quiet pool,” which didn't have a strict closing time. Each time passing the desk we were greeted by name and asked if there was anything they could assist us with, directions, reservations, ideas for the day/night. The Yacht Club is more reserved and quieter than the Beach Club. Yacht is for the older crowd. Ale and Compass has the main restaurant and the bar area off to the side has a separate menu which we enjoyed when not wanting a sit-down dinner. There are several quick stop places to get for on the go also. Location can't be beat as it is a 5-minute walk to Epcot. The ”friendship boat” is a short boat ride to both Epcot and Hollywood Studios. This is our family's favorite resort and the Club Level completely put it over the top. Well worth the expense for it. Book your trip to the Yacht Club, you will not regret it.

El hotel es muy bueno. Limpio y espacioso. Por la pandemia hacían la limpieza cada 3 días pero eso es algo normal en esta situación. La decoración es excelente. Los restaurant son muy buenos aunque la relación precio calidad no es de lo mejor. Se tiene acceso sin cargo al estacionamiento de los parques mostrando la tarjeta del hotel. Está a pasos del Boardwalk y de Epcot. Ahora a no engañ****. Por estar dentro de la propiedad de Disney tiene derecho a usar el nombre Disney World pero no es un hotel administrado por Disney por lo que no hay Magic Band ni se puede relacionar una que compres con una tarjeta de crédito como en los hoteles de Disney. Tampoco hay acceso a la transportación de Disney excepto una lancha que te lleva hasta Epcot o Disney Hollywood Studios. Hay colectivos contratados por el hotel para ir solo a Magic Kingdoms y Animal Kingdoms. Si tienes en cuenta esto y lo aceptas es un muy buen hotel. Si quieres el paquete completo de la experiencia en un hotel de Disney entonces déjalo pasar.

I don’t understand these bad reviews. I think we had room 2532. No frills, view of the trees with balcony. Fine by me! The room was clean! 2 Queens and pull out comfortable twin bed. The cleaning service was fantastic and friendly! Bell service friendly and helpful! And here is the BEST part of this building - steps to Epcot. I won’t stay anywhere else again!!!! The Marketplace was very clean and stocked and the service was great! Plenty of seating if you want to have a sandwich. Beaches and Cream is a must do. The quick service ice cream area is wonderful. Everything is clean and fast service! The pool service great too. Clean! The employees who greet you are very nice. Maybe i haven’t been as fortunate as others to go as many times to compare but I have to tell anyone looking at this hotel give it a try because you might be like me, grateful to be able to afford a stay here and you won’t be disappointed. We went to Epcot round and round and round and a boat to HWS a couple of times. We just never stopped we loved it. It’s truly magical and so don’t sweat these bad reviews, make the most of it and enjoy it. We walked over to Yacht Club for lunch too. Their Marketplace is nice too much larger but the hotel itself is much different if you like that style go for it. It’s very elegant. It’s Beach Club for me and I thank everyone i came in contact with bc I was very blessed to be there with my family. It was so memorable.

Muy buena ubicación, la experiencia general de Disney es buena, hay un autobús de enlace en el parque, puedes abrir la puerta con una pulsera mágica y hay un servicio extendido todos los días. El servicio es muy amable y dio muchas sugerencias de juego. Renovación general nueva, limpia y cómoda. recomendar. El servicio de Ctrip es muy bueno.
