Muy bonito hotel indio. El nombre significa Lakshmi Goddess Hotel. Tiene una historia de casi 30 años, pero el trabajo de mantenimiento es muy bueno. Hay un camarero dedicado en cada piso y es gratis. La ceniza sagrada tiene el mismo olor y textura que la isha, y hay repelente de mosquitos smog por la tarde. Está muy bien de salud, por lo que se siente muy cómodo. En realidad, hay tres Bhagavadhas en la habitación. Se siente muy viejo y las páginas son amarillas. Ya. Es una pena que no haya desayuno, pero hay una muy buena tienda al lado. Hay fideos en la tienda. Ubicado en la bulliciosa zona de Coimbatore, viví en cuatro tiendas cercanas, esta es la más rentable, si desea experimentar el auténtico hotel indio, esta debería ser una buena opción.

The team at Grand Regent took care of every minute detail to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay at the hotel. Like their Manager mentioned, it was truly a home away from home in all aspects. They cook food with their own prepared masalas and everything had a homely touch. Even the lobby and premises were little different from a typical hotel set up. The rooms are very spacious and had balcony and outdoor seating arrangements to relax. Apart from all these, the hotel location makes it very convenient and accessible. Would definitely consider only Grand Regent for my future visits to Cbe

Estado por una noche ...Habitaciones congestionadas sin espacio para moverse. Parece un estudio situado en lugar de una cómoda habitación para estancia. Parece confundido. Me quedé aquí en 23/06 hasta 24/06 noche.. En la mañana de 24/06 i estaba pedindo una taza de café a las 0600 horas . Pat ca,me la respuesta de In Room dining ” Leche no disponible ..Make your Tea at your Room ” Cuando dije que incluso los bolsos de té y el agua no estaba disponible en Room Hotel fue rápido en enviar 2 bolsos de té y el agua ! El hotel se ha ido a la calle hasta el 0830 para café y Milk.We salieron a la habitación @ 1600 horas para encontrar una habitación con niña de polvo no limpiada y toallas no cambiadas. Incluso cuando me inspeccioné en noté polvo en la mesa y el baño . El mantenimiento de la casa es muy pobre . En realidad, cuando me inspeccioné en uso la sala de descanso en el lado del lobby y me sorprendió a encontrar una astuta urinaria y WC . Me di cuenta de esto al Gentil*** en la recepción En general, este lugar no es bueno para la estancia higiénica y para aquellos que prefieren un servicio rápido y cortesía.

This was our third stay here this year. The rooms are clean and contemporary, and the window can be opened on request (which was something the senior citizens in our family wanted). The suite room we tried once seemed to be a combination of a standard room and a kitchenette area. The deluxe rooms are quite spacious (and wider than the suite), and very comfortable. The toilets in both have sliding doors which do not lock. The staff are very cordial. The food was very tasty and customized for us (no chillies, no chilly powder!). The breakfast buffet was very good too. Our first stay was based on online reviews. For subsequent stays, we didn't consider any other places as we were very comfortable here the previous time - Zibe has become our first choice to book in Coimbatore.

1 booked this hotel from Yatra for 2 days for 7k. Visited the hotel around 9-9.30 and requested for a room but the Hotel reception is denied early check-in. Must say Hotel is big but their standard is small. I have told them that I am a revisiting customer accompanying my wife today who is a doctor on a posting in Ganga Hospital. Further told them that my friend is staying with you for 2 weeks. Reception staff simply ignored they seem to oblige only if I do direct reservation or pay extra 2k for 2 hrs. I asked them to connect me with ***ager, they instead connected me to their immediate supervisor. The staff here is willing to give the room for direct reservation but not to the guest coming with a booking from yatra/ MMT etc. I have seen few customer checking out in front of me and when I pointed them they said house keeping hasn't come yet and it will take time for them to clean. I have even requested to give them temporary room for 10 mins so I could take shower and go to the hospital. They did not oblige. Been to ***y hotels of same and higher star. They always oblige for early checkin and upgrade if it's available. Also, in my experience room cleaning takes 15 mins. I waited at the reception for an hour in anticipation of getting the room. Room needs little overhauls. Bathroom flush do not work properly. Hair dryer, room slipper missing

My family and I stayed for 3 nights here and we cannot praise enough the level of service we enjoyed.the dining room staff ***aged by Karthik were spot on, esp the young lady Govardhini who was so attentive. We found the rooms very airy and clean with great room service.something you should not miss here in the Sunday buffet lunch.it’s Huge .it must very popular with the locals. It’s a pity they don’t have much room to grow into a 5 star property.,but satisfaction Guaranteed at this boutique hotel. We Enjoyed in swimming pool, outdoor games, indoor games, and also play area.. And we most enjoyed champ fire at night.. And I want to share 1 more incident we lost our car key when we informed in reception they so helpful and started to search ***** with us finally we found the key.. Thanks to front office santhosh kumar & Ramesh from maintenance team so helpful to find the key ***** with us at 10pm.. BEST PLACE TO ENJOY WITH FAMILY & FRIENDS

The stay was very nice and rooms are beautifully done up with top of the line amenities in the room provided for the value of money charged. Indian meal, specially South India Cuisine are excellent. Total Veg Hotel, which is the best part. Coming to the service, House keeping staff very polite and kept our room very neat and clean. But the disappointment comes when we had invited a friend for Breakfast and the treatment given by the team was extremely rude, specially from JEEVAN, who felt we were outsiders and there is no entry beyond 1000hrs. We did enter the restaurant at about 0950 and we had guest who is extremely close to your Chairman and he spoken to the Chairman's office also on the same. It was a insult that we faced from the Restaurant manager, we are now closed and no orders will be taken beyond 1000hrs. It was rude and he mentioned the kitchen is closed. We did mention to him due to rain and traffic there was a delay for our guest reaching the hotel and also the parking problem faced. Second is the extreme rude behavior of your front office staff named DURGA and we been in hospitality industry, cannot except such behavior. Rest the hotel staff are good and to mention the lady inlobby area who maintains the cleanness of both the lobby and Toilet areas, always busy with her work and ever so smiling and obliging. We had the worst experience, there was some fabrication construction work going on and construction sound was very annoying and over night all the laborers were staying at such a small place. Didn't feel like staying at a hotel, i felt like staying with a bunch of labour. The breakfast tasted good, but the service needed lots of improvement. The entire place looks very clumsy. I wouldn't visit this place again.

La habitación estaba bien. No hay suficientes coches para estacionar tanto dentro como fuera del hotel. Tengo que llegar dos veces en 1 hora para sacar el coche para que otra persona pueda tomar el coche que está detrás. El calor no funcionaba. Good maintenance, good house keeping and the response for our request from the reception was extremely good. One suggestion is on the availablity of hot water for bathing, better to have heater individually rather than common one, as it takes more time to get hot water during rainy season.

Month December 11, 2021, We stayed in SPS Grand for a Night Stay. A warm welcome given by the Front Office Manager Mr Murugan and his team. Room No 305 and 315 are well furnished and decorated, neat and clean, friendly staff. Breakfast is delicious and more variety of South Indian cuisine and South Indian Chef and Chef are very friendly and fulfilled our requirements and we were much impressed with their services. Keep it up. The credit goes to the General Manager for his excellent team work. All the best and would like come and enjoy their hospitality in near future.

I had a pleasant stay and would choose this again if i travel alone. I chose this place because i was traveling alone, was only going to be in the room at night for sleeping and i needed a way to get to the railway station early in the morning. I took a single non ac room for 700rs /night. The room can only sleep one (strictly. I got the ground floor room. So despite not having ac i was able to bear the 34 degrees weekend with just a fan. The bed was hard but i won't complain at that price. The last thing to mention about this place - they have a very good (vegetarian) restaurant inside their compound. Unlike (most of the) other hotels in the area they don't have an attached bar making it safe for families too.
