This clean, large, light-filled, heart-of-historic Capitol Hill apartment comes with everything! A locked, gated courtyard leads to this fabulous, separate entrance apartment. Guests arrive to find a well-equipped kitchen (full-size, with granite counters) stocked with staples including coffee, tea, honey, spices and cooking oils, fresh linens on the beds and clean, plush towels in the bathroom. Cable, Wi-Fi, 32-inch flat-screen TV, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, independent heating and cooling system and free off-street parking are also included.
