Granja en oudtshoorn que bien podría ser un hotel de 5*. El lugar es precioso y tranquilo con unas vistas al little Karoo espectaculares sobre todo a la puesta de Sol . Las habitaciones son súper amplias y con infinidad de detalles. El cuarto de baño súper completo con bañera y ducha enorme ! El entorno lleno de avestruces bien parece sacado de una película . El desayuno tipo buffet súper completo y varirado con productos de primera calidad . Tiene restaurante excelente para comer o cenar. Recomendamos su plato de carne de avestruz poco hecho regado con vino tinto de la región conocido como Pinotage. Y respecto al personal sólo podemos darle las gracias a todos por su amabilidad y trato , especialmente a Melissa. Gracias por tu simpatía y trato, hiciste que nos sintiéramos como en casa . Una actividad que te ofrecen muy recomendable es la visita a la granja de avestruces , muy muy interesante . En definitiva si haces la ruta jardín y pasas por Oudtshoorn no lo dudes y quédate a dormir por lo menos dos noches en este alojamiento tan increíble . No te arrepentirás !

My wife and 3 children spent three nights at Mooiplaas and had a wonderful time. The accommodation is spacious, modern and very comfortable. The grounds are lovely, with ostriches on the farm along with a few other animals, the pool is great and offers breathtaking views across Oudtshoorn. The town is lively and there is plenty to do, with beautiful wine winestates and restaurants nearby. We actually ate dinner at Mooiplaas every night as it was easier witb the kids and the food was excellent. The breakfast buffet was really very good and highlighted the local produce perfectly. Our only issue witb the breakfast room is that it was a bit of a hotbox so some fans or air-conditioning maybe something to consider. Overall a perfect place for individuals, couples, friends and family

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Earthbound Guest House during our trip to Oudtshoorn. We chose this guest house primarily for its proximity to the meeting point for the Meerkat Adventure experience, which is just a short 10-minute drive away. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly Ayla, who provided us with all the essential information about our stay and helpful tips about Oudtshoorn. To our delight, we also received a complimentary room upgrade. The location of Earthbound Guest House is convenient, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby—perfect for grocery shopping or dining out. Breakfast was delicious, the room and bathroom were spacious, and the WiFi connection was reliable. The bed was also incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. As a lovely touch, we were served dessert wine upon arrival. Overall, it was a truly pleasant stay, made even more special by Ayla's warm hospitality. We highly recommend Earthbound Guest House to anyone visiting Oudtshoorn!
