We stayed here for 25 nights while we were sightseeing and doing some fundraising work for several orphanages. I love the location of the hotel, the fact that so many restaurants and shops are so close by. You can get all your souvenir shopping done within a couple of blocks of the hotel! My room wasn’t fancy but the room rate was incredibly reasonable and it had everything I needed. I had the most spectacular view over La Paz…. I never got tired of looking out the window! This hotel is family run and it didn’t take long to feel like very valued guests. Every member of staff we dealt with was friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was more than adequate and the coffee was good. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have bath mats in the bathrooms and maybe some signs to remind guests to try to be quiet late at night. (The behaviour of guests definitely is not the fault of the hotel but some people are inconsiderate!) Overall we were totally content with our stay and we will definitely be choosing to stay at Hotel Sagarnaga when we return to La Paz next year. We miss the hotel and staff already, and would definitely recommend this hotel to someone who wanted somewhere clean, safe and welcoming to stay!

El hotel no tenía su propio servicio de lavandería, pero había algunos en la zona. También pudimos añadir espontáneamente dos noches. La habitación era muy buena, pero un poco de desafío, así que teníamos mucho equipaje :) No había ventana al exterior, había olor de vez en cuando, pero para nosotros esto era una cuestión de menor importancia y no tan malo. My stay at Hotel MET was an exceptional experience. From the warm welcome in the elegant lobby to the tastefully furnished and spacious rooms, every detail exuded luxury and comfort. The culinary delights were a gastronomic pleasure, and the attentive staff ensured a memorable and pampering stay. The central location allowed easy access to the city's highlights, making it a perfect choice for any traveler seeking an unforgettable and exquisite hotel stay. I would wholeheartedly recommend Hotel MET and eagerly look forward to returning someday.

La primera noche estaba en una habitación de 4 camas y me despertaron a las 4:00 por el recepcionista y un guardia de seguridad. El hotel es un hotel de 3 estrellas, y el hotel es un hotel de 3 estrellas. Antes de esto, le daría fácilmente cinco estrellas, ya que es cómodo, seguro, limpio, pero la forma en que me trataron no era justa, me trataron como si hiciera algo malo, cuando en realidad fue su error. La habitación privada huele a cigarrillos en la noche, también me dije que la recepción no se hizo nada. Durante el control tuve que pedir el reembolso de la entrada de los 35bs clave que me cobraron, pero dijeron que no estaba registrado en el sistema (otro ”sistema” error), así que tuve que insistir que pagó, situación muy desagradable una vez más. Selina La Paz parece necesitar mejorar su gestión, y la situación entera me hará pensar dos veces en quedarme en otra Selina.
