And it's just couple of minutes walk (around 15-20mins) to Alabel PUV Terminal bound for General Santos City (KCC Mall Tranportation Terminal).

A nice green location isolated from the downtown mess but not far from it. A simple local style house with a terrace, a CR, a small kitchen, and a sleeping room with aircon. Sometimes it's noisy here when local company comes to eat out here like walk INS. The pricing is reasonable

Good hotel with a great location right in the heart of Parañaque, Manila. For this budget, it is definitely a good choice. Just keep in mind that you need to pay a ₱1,000 security deposit upon check-in.
