Reservamos para 2 adultos y 2 niños (de 16 y 14 años) a través de ***********. Al llegar, nos dieron una habitación para 3 personas. Le informé al propietario inmediatamente que la habitación estaba reservada para 4 personas y le mostré mi reserva. Revisó sus registros y me dijo que solo le habían informado que la reserva era para 3 personas. Me pidió 20 dólares adicionales, ya que me daría una habitación más grande para 4 personas. Le dije que no había sido mi error y que no me cobraran nada más, ya que mi reserva era correcta. De mala gana, aceptó darnos la habitación más grande. Era una bonita habitación de 2 dormitorios y, después de hablar con mi marido, acordamos volver a recepción y darle los 20 dólares adicionales, aunque mi reserva era definitivamente para 4 personas. Fui a recepción y le dije que no me importaba pagar los 20 dólares adicionales, ya que era una habitación muy bonita. Sin embargo, me sorprendió por completo y me dijo: ”Es lo mínimo que puedes hacer. Al reservar alojamiento, debes hacerlo para el número correcto de personas”. Me quedé atónito, ya que no fue un error nuestro en absoluto. Fue muy grosero y, a regañadientes, le di los 20 dólares extra. No volveremos a alojarnos aquí.

蒂阿瑙湖畔，14間房。 高級酒店公寓，更準確一些，乃高階版汽車旅館。源自美國加州，後隨公路旅行熱而普及，如美國Motel 、歐洲Hostel 或Inn 、英國B&B等。 新西蘭這邊，凡車位與房間相連皆屬此類。這家毗鄰湖畔步道，山水一色景緻絕佳，且新裝修設施完善，兩卧房型尤適三口之家。然較同價五星酒店，服務粗放。 小住兩日，首探汽車旅館，既非Edward Hopper 畫之疏離，亦非Wim Wenders 文之曖昧，更非*** Talese 影之陰晦。直觀而言，簡凈之寓所。綜合來看，在蒂阿瑙小鎮是下榻良所。 補充一點：酒店一層房間鄰停車場，私密性不夠理想，二層會好一些。但一二層是到店隨機分配的，即便在攜程上預訂了二層，入住時仍可能被安排在一層，此行就遇到這一問題。

Really fantastic view! No complaint at all. Room is equipped with mini kitchen so basic booking is ok. Parking is really convenient. And check-in checkout are both smooth

感恩遇到了這家酒店的老闆和店員，幫了我很大的忙！慶幸自己的選擇！ 首先前台在最後一排的通道右拐進去，有一位馬來西亞華人老大哥，聽到了熟悉的中文就感到很親切；後來第二天早上離開又返回尋求幫助，是一位女生，我把租的車的輪胎蹭壞了，她幫我聯繫車行報案、發郵件、幫我找哪裡有營業的輪胎店（那天週日）… 真的太感動了！非常感謝妳🙏 整個旅館很漂亮，乾淨，後院直通皇后公園，早晨去散步很舒服😌 房間內廚具應有盡有，竟然還有電磁爐，讓我此行終於吃上了一次自己煎的牛排，這是在其他旅店都沒有遇到有過的驚喜！

Super good view that facing Te Anau Lake, a big garden balcony where you can spend your time for sunrise / sunset, friendly staff & the washing machine is free to use (free detergent as well!), dryer with a fee (coin). Walking distance to RealNZ info center/restaurant/shops

Ein kleines Apartment mit Privatsphäre mit Parkplatz vor der Tür. Nicht mehr das allerneuste aber sehr gut ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche. Es gab verschiedene Kochutensilien und Kaffee, Tee und Heiße Schokolade. Es ist sehr großzügig gestaltet und man kann sich bequem an einen Tisch setzen oder auch arbeiten, weil das WIfi zuverlässig und stabil ist Man kann Wäsche waschen und trocknen. Das Motel liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße und deshalb ist es doch etwas lauter wenn viel Verkehr ist. Zudem ist es etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind jedoch fußläufig zu erreichen.

Excelente valor para el motel de dinero. Limpia y cómoda. Reservaría de nuevo.

The staff are generally friendly however the service is not up to expectation. We are suppose to checkin at 2/3pm, and had a confirmation called from the hotel in the morning. However, when I arrived at 4pm, I was told that it’s not ready and they need till 5:30pm to have the room ready. The place was under renovation and it’s messy and dusty, but the room is nice and clean. Overall it’s good with nice view.

Couldn t had been any better !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Our 2 rooms had everything we needed , very cosy and warm . Very easy check in and check out ; I had emergency business to attend to , an the Lady at reception was ever so helpful....great shower pressure. great beds .....Washing machines very easy to use and located . Thank you All was great .....

Very nice and clean place (plus beautiful succulents pots). The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need. Easy to access from main road. The staffs are nice. The next day after checking out, I literally travelled and made stops according to what the staff there suggested me. I will stay there again if I have chance to go back to Invercargill.
