The shared kitchen is a big advantage for families and adds to the overall travel experience. The self-service check-in is convenient, and detailed guidance on how to find the house was provided in advance. A small grocery store can be found within a 10-minute walk. I came across some negative comments about the hostel after booking and felt a bit worried. However, it turned out to be a nice place to stay — it's not a 5-star hotel, after all. Free Wi-Fi is available, and the passcode can be found on a noticeboard.

Well equipped room if you’re looking to be self catering. The welcome was anything but friendly - we sincerely wondered what it was we’d said or not said. Arrived at the wrong moment obviously. The evening meal was nothing to ring home about. Really was the only sad example of fast food - low class mutton dressed up as lamb - in the whole two weeks we spent in Wales, England and Scotland. Definitely would never eat there again. Lack of hospitality practice. Sad really because the site itself is gorgeous.

Brand new facility close to the old Inn. The kitchen is splendidly equipped with enough appliances and beverages. The ambiance is great and plenty of seating arrangements. Overall worthwhile for quiet classy stay. Value for money.

I had a great stay at BCC Loch Ness Hostel. The hostel was clean, comfortable, and located in a beautiful, peaceful area close to Loch Ness. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The rooms and shared facilities, including the kitchen and bathrooms, were well maintained and clean. It was excellent value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the Highlands. I would happily stay here again.

Nice place to spend time with friends or family, you will relax and enjoy the slow times in mountains.

The room is too small. Hard to open the suitcase. The location is nice since it's near the market and the train station.

Two bad experiences: a) The door for the room with 5 ladies including me lived inside was Very Difficult to open. I have to use ALL my effort / energy to open the door. One of their staff tried to solve it but failed. b) My nail cutter was stolen by one of other 4 ladies. END

La experiencia de registro esta vez fue muy pobre. El hotel está un poco lejos de William Paul y está relativamente escondido. No había camarero cuando llegué al hotel. Llamé a la puerta durante mucho tiempo y nadie respondió. Vi el letrero en la pared, y tuve que ir a otro grupo del hotel del castillo a 8 minutos de distancia. Cuando me di una ducha en el baño después del check-in, la luz del techo se apagó repentinamente, acompañada de la caída de la piedra, ¡que me lastimó la mano durante 3 días! No hay camarero en el hotel, así que nos llamé para solucionarlo en la mañana del segundo día.

Este alojamiento lilo es tan una joya. La ubicación es bastante y tranquila. Acomodaciones básicas pero no tenemos problemas en absoluto. Espacial y hermosa habitación. El bono es desayuno gratuito. Nos encantaría volver la próxima vez!

Muy bonito hotel, acaba de ser decorado, muy limpio, es insuficiente en Estados Unidos y China no hay agua caliente. La explicación del personal es que las instalaciones son antiguas y los huéspedes de la tienda no tienen suficiente agua caliente al mismo tiempo.
