The shared kitchen is a big advantage for families and adds to the overall travel experience. The self-service check-in is convenient, and detailed guidance on how to find the house was provided in advance. A small grocery store can be found within a 10-minute walk. I came across some negative comments about the hostel after booking and felt a bit worried. However, it turned out to be a nice place to stay — it's not a 5-star hotel, after all. Free Wi-Fi is available, and the passcode can be found on a noticeboard.

Excellent hostel! Great common self-catering facilities; there were two full kitchens with plenty of tables and seating so multiple parties could be cooking at a time. Staff were very helpful and let me leave my bag before check-in and after check-out to accommodate my bus times. The room (4-bunk female dorm) was very spacious so plenty of room for sorting through my bags. Bunk was large and included a USB plug and power outlet there. Room had large attached shower and toilet rooms.

I had a great stay at BCC Loch Ness Hostel. The hostel was clean, comfortable, and located in a beautiful, peaceful area close to Loch Ness. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The rooms and shared facilities, including the kitchen and bathrooms, were well maintained and clean. It was excellent value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the Highlands. I would happily stay here again.

Dos malas experiencias: a) La puerta para la habitación con 5 mujeres, incluidas las que vivía en el interior, fue muy difícil de abrir. Tengo que usar ALL mi esfuerzo / energía para abrir la puerta. Uno de sus empleados intentó resolverla pero falló. b) Mi cortador de uñas fue robado por una de las otras 4 mujeres. FIN

La experiencia de registro esta vez fue muy pobre. El hotel está un poco lejos de William Paul y está relativamente escondido. No había camarero cuando llegué al hotel. Llamé a la puerta durante mucho tiempo y nadie respondió. Vi el letrero en la pared, y tuve que ir a otro grupo del hotel del castillo a 8 minutos de distancia. Cuando me di una ducha en el baño después del check-in, la luz del techo se apagó repentinamente, acompañada de la caída de la piedra, ¡que me lastimó la mano durante 3 días! No hay camarero en el hotel, así que nos llamé para solucionarlo en la mañana del segundo día.

Este alojamiento lilo es tan una joya. La ubicación es bastante y tranquila. Acomodaciones básicas pero no tenemos problemas en absoluto. Espacial y hermosa habitación. El bono es desayuno gratuito. Nos encantaría volver la próxima vez!

Muy bonito hotel, acaba de ser decorado, muy limpio, es insuficiente en Estados Unidos y China no hay agua caliente. La explicación del personal es que las instalaciones son antiguas y los huéspedes de la tienda no tienen suficiente agua caliente al mismo tiempo. El desayuno tradicional es muy delicioso y es muy rico
