I stayed in an 8-bed dorm and overall had a comfortable stay. The bed, pillow, and blanket were good, and I slept well, although the mattress felt a bit like an air mattress. There are lockers available, but you need to bring your own lock. The reception staff were always helpful, whether it was arranging a taxi or answering questions. I also liked the small café at the hotel — it was cute and convenient. Bathrooms and toilets were close by, especially if you stay on the ground floor. The only downside was that another guest turned off the air conditioning during the night, which made the room uncomfortable, but that was more about the guest than the hotel itself. Overall, I felt safe, comfortable, and I liked staying here.

I stayed here for two nights in a dorm, lodge 1. I had a top bunk and there wasn’t a railing so I was pretty worried about falling out. Also there weren’t any plugs inside the room - only one outside in the washroom area. Apparently the other dorm lodges do have plugs and railings though. Food is only at set times but was pretty reasonably priced! I had the split pea soup for dinner one night (5/5!) and a veggie curry the following (3/5) and a veggie burger for lunch (4.5/5). Complimentary breakfast was pretty basic but good enough! They had soy and almond milk available. There is a cute ethical shop/cafe nearby which is so nice but other than that I don’t think there’s much else within walking distance in terms of shops. The resort had daily activities to get involved with which is a bonus!! The pool was also very nice and the beach is great for snorkelling! My favourite part of the beach house was the shower in the washroom area attached to the dorm/lodge. It was an outside area but secluded and the shower pressure was insane!! And nice warm water. However, the toilet itself smelt pretty bad and I didn’t dare go near it.

Nice place, the only hostel in the main island, a little far from the airport and the city if you don't have a car but doable. Cava, singing and music every night, no idealt for those that want to sleep a lot (around 6.00 the noise will wake you up) but a decent place to spend the night.

La ubicación es muy cómoda, el cuarto es un poco viejo, no sé si puedes reservar aquí el hotel para tomarme en el aeropuerto, me voy a mi auto al hotel, normal 15 fichies se puede, no puedo llegar por primera vez, el conductor quiere que me dé 20 fichies.

Recientemente visité el Hotel Smugglers y tuve una experiencia mixta que creo que la gestión debe tomar en serio la seguridad y el confort de sus huéspedes. Una de mis principales preocupaciones es la falta de una clara separación entre las zonas de fumar y las zonas no fumar, mientras que estaba sentado en la zona de comer al almuerzo, el humo de cigarrillos se desencadenó en el espacio, lo que desencadenó un ataque de asma. Esta era una situación inquietante y evitable. Recomiendo firmemente que el hotel designe una zona de fumar a al menos 10 metros de la comida y las zonas comunes o que garantice que las secciones de fumar son completamente separadas y bien ventiladas para evitar la exposición a los huéspedes no fumadores. Además, sería beneficioso que el personal recibiera formación básica de primer nivel, incluido el CPR. En situaciones como la mía, tener personal formado en el terreno podría hacer una diferencia significativa en la respuesta rápida y eficaz a las emergencias sanitarias. Espero que la gestión tome estas sugerencias en serio y aplique mejoras para crear un entorno más seguro y cómodo para todos los huéspedes.
