This is the only island-inspired backpacker hostel in Dadonghai area. The location is very strategic as it is just 6-8 minutes walk to the beach, surrounded by many restaurants and retail stores while still being tucked in a secluded area. You instantly feel like you are in a surfing beach hostel. All the staff are very very very friendly and helpful. On weekends, they have a morning DJ playing EDM music while guests are having breakfast and coffee which makes the vibe more exciting. If you are coming to Sanya on a budget but wanna be close to the beach, this place is truly the best choice for you. Very good value for money.

Everything was great, the room was clean and comfortable. Was exactly what I needed, and location was very close to the shuttle bus stop if you’re needing to be departing from T2. Only reason I give 9 stars and not 10 is that the lady who checked me in didn’t speak any English at all, not even one word. That made checking in take a bit longer but it was not really a problem. I would stay here again.

What an excellent hostel -- probably the cleanest I've ever stayed at, very helpful boss, great views of the city, in an interesting neighborhood close a bunch of restaurants and to both the train and bus station. Perfect for day trips around Haikou. 特别好的青年宿舍。地位很方便，老板挺有帮助的。可能最好的是，我住了的宿舍最干净之一的。肯定给其他人推荐。

¡Muy recomendable! El baño es enorme, incluso más grande que mi habitación en casa (¡mira la primera foto!). La ubicación es fácil de encontrar; la guía te lleva al aparcamiento subterráneo del complejo. A veces lleva directamente a la entrada trasera, pero sin excepción, la administración de la propiedad te deniega la entrada una vez que saben que es una casa de huéspedes. Te recomiendo contactar al propietario con antelación si planeas alojarte para obtener indicaciones; también recomiendan algunos bocadillos y lugares para visitar. El entorno también es fantástico; el balcón ofrece vistas al mar del Puente del Siglo. En general, está muy limpio, ¡y sin duda volveré la próxima vez! 😁

Very comfortable hostel. Staff always keep the room clean. There are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets near the hostel. If you enter the hostel, take a lift and go up to the 10th floor. Washing machines will cost 5 to 10 yuan.

Pasé un total de 9 días en Santa y en este hostal, y la verdad es que me gustó. En China, los hostales son más bien albergues juveniles privados, así que tienen bastantes normas. Las camas suelen ser duras. Un futón fino sobre una tabla, nada más. También puedes quedarte en el hostal por más tiempo. Lavé mi ropa a mano y la sequé en el balcón. No usé la cocina porque, al parecer, hay que pagar 10 yenes por cada sesión de cocina (si mi traductor de Google funciona bien, ver fotos). Personalmente, eché de menos la nevera, aunque parece que llevar bebidas propias está prohibido. Mi única queja es que la descripción del hostal en trip.com no menciona los costes adicionales. Sin embargo, tuve una estancia agradable en este hostal.

De joven, solía alojarme mucho en hostales y me encantaba el ambiente. Todavía los visito de vez en cuando, y es bastante agradable. No se puede juzgar a los hostales por los estándares de un hotel. En general, es bastante bueno.

I stayed here for 5 days in the off season. Booked a single room, price was decent. The bed was comfortable, it had a desk for me to work during the day. There's a gym on the ground level that honestly has all the equipment I needed, a rare thing in these parts. The owner is from dongbei and was super friendly, he treated us to baijiu and frozen pears (dongbei). This was a great spot to chill out for a while and relax. I should probably mention that my Mandarin is pretty good. I met another traveller that could speak English but other than that you might need to whip out the ol goog translate. I needed to move on otherwise I would've stayed here longer, great place!
