Safe enviroment for solo traveller..a little tired and needing an upgrade  but handy location in good area. Gardens and grounds need tidying. Always enjoy my stay here

Really welcoming and friendly staff who were eager to help wherever they could. We arrived here at the end of our trip from Melbourne along the Great Ocean Road to Adelaide, so the comfort was very much appreciated after spending nights sleeping and living in a campervan. The hostel itself is very clean and maintained. There are multiple TV rooms, a massive chill-out area, and bathrooms that feel more like a hotel than a hostel. We booked a private room with shared bathroom. The room was a good size, with a balcony, a desk, and 2 large, comfortable double bed. It was also air-conditioned. The kitchen is large and well equipped, with multiple fridges and stovetops, as well as a microwave, cleaning products, and recycling facilities. The only downside is that some guests could be tidier and put their things away after washing up / cooking. The location is excellent — right in the centre of the city. You can walk everywhere: the bus station, supermarkets, China/Asian town, restaurants, and Adelaide Central Market are all just minutes away. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily stay again.

Got very harshly send away when i wanted more than two tiny servings of dinner. Also on site it is claimed the dinner and breakfast are not included, they are voluntary treat from the hostel. One of the bathrooms was never restocked with toiletpaper, one had no lights. Kitchen plastered with warnings of fines.

1. Free parking. 2. Easy walk to CBD. Flat grounds. 3. Playground for young children across from the hotel. 4. Peaceful and quiet at night. Only heavy foot traffic heard from unit above on weekend night. 5. Room cleaned and towels changed daily. Special shout out to Anjana for handling a housekeeping issue.

El baño para mi primera estancia estaba entre el salón y el cuarto, y sólo la puerta en el lado del salón podía cerrar, lo que era muy incómodo. La habitación de la habitación es muy agradable, pero no hay ningún tipo de agua, pero no hay ningún tipo de agua en el baño. Si tienes un grupo de amigos con chicos y chicas, no recomendaría que te quedases aquí. Si tienes todos los chicos o chicas, todavía puedes experimentar este lugar.

Parte del baño necesita para repararlo  El tapón es un poco despejado el escudo y el agua caliente no fue caliente suficiente  Air conn. También es demasiado viejo y ruido a veces En general está bien Pero el tipo de servicio es amigable

We were pleasantly surprised how nice the room was, it has been renovated nicely. The room was clean, although under the beds not checked.  Great easy location and nice having a clean pool to cool down in. There were a few bits of rubbish around the area.

I highly recommend the Motel Poinsettia for families seeking a comfortable and stress-free stay. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel genuinely welcome. The layout is exceptionally convenient, especially the car park directly in front of the room, which made unloading luggage a breeze. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment that was perfectly suited for our family of two adults and three kids, providing plenty of space for everyone. Safety is clearly a priority here; the property is gated and felt very secure throughout our stay. The location is also a major plus, with a Foodland within easy walking distance for all our grocery needs. This is a fantastic, well-maintained choice for travellers, and we would definitely stay here again!
