Mi estancia en Resandau fue absolutamente magnífica. La habitación estaba impecablemente limpia, era cómoda y tenía un ambiente cálido y hogareño. También aprecié el aparcamiento seguro dentro de la propiedad, lo que me dio mucha tranquilidad. Por el precio, superó todas mis expectativas; no tuve ninguna queja. Sin duda, me alojaría aquí de nuevo y lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

What I like about the room is that the balcony are facing the Lost world of tambun park. At noght we manage to watch the fire show just feom th room balcony. Clear instructions on how to get and return the keys. Will definitely booked here again.

The owner required us to put in deposit of RM100. We manage to get to put our lugage in the unit before we get to check in. The door lock seem to have issues when we check in the door nob like spoil. The host does not provide additional key access unlike other unit we stayed before. And it is so inconvenient for us with family. Imagine if we only have 1 access card and if our family member went to swimming pool take the card we can't goes down to our carpark and we can't even goes to swimming pool,which mean we are stuck. Host just simply tell us to settle this problem ourself. When we get out the door was unable close and we have to force close it and ended up we can't open the door. Host end up getting locksmith to come open the door we were not able get in our unit for 5 hours. Luckily my kids have extra clothes to change after playing the pool. I can't imagine if my children were to stuck inside the unit can't get out. I hope the host will take a look seriously on the maintenance of the home especially the lock.

A big corner house with 9 rooms. Spacious hall living room with TV channels. Dining set with tablewares. No stove no utensil for cooking. A fridge, microwave and water dispenser with hot, warm and cold water. Downstairs has a shared toilet too. Clean and nice. Last minute 5pm on the spot booked this unit. Instant confirmation and easy self check in instantly. Fast response from the incharge person. I booked Family room for 5pax on the first floor. 2 bedrooms with a joint toilet. Room8 spacious 1king 1single. Room9 1queen. Very comfy thick beds. TV in the room cannot be used. Old mother need to go downstairs to watch TV at the living hall. Its fine quite convenient and comfy to sit in the living. Greeting many guests coming in and out haha. Very affordable price. Nearby restaurants and attractions. Great stay! Thanks!

La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, y la cama era cómoda. Como es un edificio nuevo, algunos pisos aún están en obras. Esta fue la primera vez que me quedé sin luz mientras me duchaba por la noche. Intenté contactar con la agencia, pero no había personal disponible, así que la única solución que me ofrecieron fue cambiar de habitación. Tuvimos que dedicar tiempo extra a trasladar todas nuestras pertenencias a otro piso. Una sugerencia sería considerar la posibilidad de eliminar el requisito del depósito, o que el agente se ponga en contacto con los huéspedes un día antes de la llegada para reconfirmar la reserva y el pago del depósito. Ya había abonado el depósito antes de llegar, pero es posible que la agencia no viera mi mensaje. Solo recibí el código QR de acceso después de que el guardia de seguridad me detuviera y me hiciera preguntas, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera estresante.

Gracias por la experiencia, es un buen paseo corto que tuve cuando yo soy Ipoh. No tuve la oportunidad de disfrutar de la piscina, la próxima ronda cuando vuelva optará definitivamente por la habitación con acceso a la piscina. Definitivamente me dio un breve momento de descanso y escapar de la vida de la ciudad. 👍

The exterior is pretty grand for first impression. Security Guard is super friendly and helpful. Do keep this up. We arrived after 10pm and we have to checked in with the help of a security guard as the receptionist closes at 10pm, but all good. Location wise, a drive/ grab is necessary for all foodies. The infinity pool was amazing, overlooking the polo ground. Suppose to have a cafe and kopitiam at the top floor, but since this condo project is still new, it is still not operating yet. Maybe my next visit. Interior of the room is spacious, there's NETFLIX, YOUTUBE and etc. Fridge, microwave and kitchen utilities, Hair dryer, iron. Floor not so clean though - rather dusty. we booked a unit with 2 rooms (1 room with 2 twin bed and 1 room with Q bed). No private bathroom in the bedroom though, only one bathroom. The Bathroom drain hole was clogged during our stay. Therefore, the draining was a bit slow, and it causes mini flood inside the bathroom. Things to improve (in my opinion, that is): 1. to add an extra latch at the entrance door for extra safety, I will not have a peaceful sleep if I am staying alone though. 2. Only have one bedside table. would be nice to have another bedside table so I don't have to place my things on the floor. 3. Dressing table inside the main room not to be placed facing the bed for feng shui purpose (just saying) Overall, I had a nice stay here and the bed is so comfortable. I had a good rest though.

La granja Rocky es muy única, se rodeó de una gran y alta roca, y tiene pocos pozos en la granja. La granja está lejos de la ciudad, se encuentra tranquila y puede oír a los pájaros y insectos que se mojan. El paisaje y la experiencia son buenos y relajantes, y el propietario es muy amable y útil.

A great stay for my family. The unit is clean and spacious enough for us. 1 parking slot is provided and it is near the lobby. Check in was easy too. Owner was quick to response to my questions and requests. The kettle was malfunctioned and they give us another the next day despite it’s a weekend. My boy had so much fun at the playground and swimming pool. Will come again if there’s a chance.

Checking in was a nightmare to us. We arrived hotel for checking in around 4pm and we found there was long queue for registration. No choice we have to join the queue. After 15mins queuing, we heard the hotel staff shout to everyone in the queue: ”All your room won't be ready soon! It might take more than two hours. We just want to ask for your patient!” No apologies, no explanation. Since the room couldn't be ready that time, we decided to come back later for checking in. We came back to the hotel for checking in around 7pm. Unfortunately still long queue. It took another 3 hours wait for successful checking in our room. Realized only one staff working at the counter and this was definitely hotel management arrangement issue. Think twice for choosing this hotel for your stay especially during peak season.
