Amazing Stay — Definitely Worth It! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a pleasant stay at this hotel and honestly, everything was better than I expected. From the moment I arrived, the whole experience felt comfortable, smooth and welcoming. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff were really friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is definitely one of the biggest highlights. It was very convenient to get around, and there were plenty of restaurants, shops and places to visit nearby. I didn’t have to spend too much time travelling around, which made the whole trip much easier, especially when I had a packed itinerary. As for the room, I was really impressed with how clean and comfortable it was. The room was spacious enough for me to move around comfortably, and everything was well arranged. The bed was also really comfortable, which was honestly important after a long day of travelling and walking around. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and I really appreciated how clean the bathroom and sleeping area were. I also have to mention the cleanliness because this was one of the things I noticed immediately. The room felt fresh and properly maintained when I arrived. Towels, bedsheets and the bathroom were all clean, and the overall environment felt very comfortable. It’s always nice when you can come back to your hotel after a tiring day and just relax without worrying about anything. The staff were another highlight of my stay. Everyone I interacted with was polite, friendly and helpful. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they were happy to help. The service felt professional but still warm, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was also really nice. It felt comfortable and relaxing without being too formal. Whether you’re travelling alone, with friends, as a couple or with family, I think this hotel would be a great choice. It’s the kind of place where you can actually look forward to coming back and resting after a long day outside. For the price, I honestly think the hotel offers great value for money. You get a comfortable room, good service, a convenient location and a pleasant overall experience. Of course, every hotel may have small things that could be improved, but personally, nothing during my stay affected my overall experience. Overall, I’m really happy with my stay here and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip. I would also recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean and convenient place to stay without spending too much. Definitely one of the hotels I’d happily come back to! 9/10 ⭐️

El lugar en sí era genial, la limpieza impecable y el servicio excelente. El único inconveniente fue que los vecinos de arriba hicieron mucho ruido durante nuestra estancia; sin embargo, hay que reconocer que la agencia nos respondió rápidamente cuando les comentamos el problema y avisó al propietario. Desafortunadamente, esto no solucionó el problema del ruido. El edificio es bonito, la piscina está limpia y bien mantenida, aunque tiene muchas normas que nos parecieron excesivas. Aparte de estos pequeños detalles, lo pasamos muy bien y el apartamento está en perfectas condiciones.

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable con mi familia 😊 Nos encantó el apartamento. El diseño de la casa es muy acogedor y confortable, y lo más importante, todo estaba impecablemente limpio. Antes de nuestra llegada, las instrucciones de entrada y salida fueron muy claras y fáciles de seguir, lo que hizo que el proceso de auto check-in fuera muy sencillo y cómodo. Las instalaciones también eran ideales para familias con bebés y niños. El anfitrión tuvo la amabilidad de dejar sábanas, almohadas y mantas adicionales en el armario. También había juegos de mesa, gafas de natación y flotadores. Los utensilios de cocina eran muy completos, e incluso prepararon utensilios especiales para huéspedes musulmanes, un detalle muy considerado. Otro detalle que apreciamos mucho fueron las alfombras en el suelo fuera de los baños, ya que nuestra familia no está acostumbrada a caminar con los pies mojados dentro de casa. A mi hija le encantó dormir en la sala de estar porque podía estar tumbada en la cama charlando con la familia. Incluso había una consola de videojuegos clásica para que los huéspedes jugaran, lo que nos trajo recuerdos nostálgicos 😊 El aire acondicionado enfriaba lo suficiente y el refrigerador permanecía encendido mientras estábamos afuera, así que no tuvimos que preocuparnos de que la comida se echara a perder. El baño también tenía una silla de ducha para personas mayores, lo cual fue muy conveniente para mi padre. La ubicación también era muy práctica. Por la mañana, había puestos de comida malaya justo enfrente del alojamiento. Caminando unos 5-10 minutos a la izquierda, también había opciones de comida china. En la planta baja, había una cafetería ZUS y un minibar, lo que facilitó aún más la estancia de las familias. Durante nuestra estancia, mi padre rompió accidentalmente el zapatero al sentarse para ponerse los zapatos, y también rompimos dos tazas al hacer hielo. El anfitrión fue muy comprensivo, no nos culpó y nos tranquilizó de inmediato. Agradecimos mucho su amabilidad y profesionalismo. La única pequeña sugerencia para mejorar sería añadir más enchufes, ya que las familias que viajan juntas suelen necesitar cargar muchos teléfonos y dispositivos. En general, tuvimos una estancia maravillosa y volveríamos encantados 😊

Tuve una estancia muy agradable en este hotel. Ofrecen muchos servicios y comodidades gratuitas, como desayuno, plancha, lavadoras, cepillo y pasta de dientes, secador de pelo, paraguas, alquiler gratuito de bicicletas e incluso una nevera compartida para los huéspedes. Además, ofrecen servicio de alquiler de motos, lo cual fue muy práctico. El desayuno gratuito estaba sorprendentemente delicioso, a pesar de ser gratuito. También ofrecían opciones picantes y no picantes, para que los huéspedes pudieran elegir según sus preferencias. En resumen, es un hotel muy agradable con una excelente atención al cliente e instalaciones. Sin duda le daría una puntuación de 100 y lo recomiendo ampliamente.

We decided on our overnight trip to Penang at the very last minute but still managed to secure this unit and check in on 29th Dec 2025, since it was impromptu, prices were not cheap. It was difficult to find good and reasonably priced accommodation just after Christmas before New Year. However, I must say this unit was a good find. Not cheap but reasonably priced due to high season but I must say that it was easy to book, check in and out, everything went smoothly. Communication via Whats App and Check in details were sufficient, did not have any difficulties in finding the place and parking was good. Location is excellent. This place is in Georgetown, we did do GRAB if we wanted to go to places which were difficult to find parking and the rest which were further we just drove to where we need to go. For dinner, the young adults walked back from Citadines Hotel area (happening place with hawker food round the corner and a shopping mall) and had a great time discovering new F & B outlets. The rest of the senior citizens of course, took a GRAB car and quickly got back to the unit to rest and had a nice cuppa tea before bedtime. The following morning, it was breakfast at Pulau Tikus market, nearby as well. Old hawkers are still around there, so food is good. There is a great Nyonya restaurant in that area as well though we could not go this time round as we ended up at Oceano Symphony. Another story to follow up if you are interested. Our family enjoyed our stay at the unit, decor was good and facilities were well-kept, clean and sufficient. The view is lovely (high floor) - do have a good seaview, stretches from Living room all the way to the Master Bedroom. Also you have 2 convenient shops downstairs in case you need to grab a sandwich or drinks.

This accommodation definitely deserves a 5-star review! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The design is modern, stylish, and unique. Everything is spotlessly clean and incredibly spacious! It has everything you need — and even things you wouldn’t expect to find! At first, when I saw the price, I honestly thought maybe it just looked nice in the photos. But the moment I arrived, I was blown away — it looks even more beautiful in real life! 😍 There’s also a gym room downstairs that guests can use for free. Upstairs, the common area has a washing machine and dryer, and even a fridge and kitchen where you can prepare your own food. This place is seriously AMAZING!!! ❤️ For this price, the value is absolutely incredible. I really hope they continue to do well and get more and more guests. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

La ubicación es excelente y el buzón está en la parte delantera, la tienda de café / café al lado. A 5 minutos a pie de la playa tranquila, a 10 minutos a pie de la mosquita flotante. 45 minutos en autobús de viaje a la ciudad 10 minutos en autobús de la playa principal con mercados nocturnos y entretenimiento. Buena piscina pequeña, gran habitación.

We had a pleasant experience and loved staying at the accommodation. It was well equipped with amenities (smart tv, air purifier) and well located with eateries and convenience store nearby .  The sea view from the apartment was amazing.  Additionally, the host (Yeoh) was extremely helpful in providing recommendations to go or eat within Penang and was prompt in answering queries related to the apartment.  In summary this is a hidden gem worth staying .
