No hay cerraduras de seguridad detrás de la habitación, todas con contraseñas. Si es una niña, ¿dónde se atreve a dormir? Sí, y las paredes no están cerradas, todas son cepillos, sólo se pueden cubrir con una tela de ventanas.

Overall the unit is clean and good only small issue with Air-conditioning. All air-conditioning units, are not in very good condition... there are not cool enough and 1 unit actually dripping water when the air-conditioning unit are in operation! Yeah, the ceiling fan also have noise that disturbing sleep and when the air-conditioning units doen't producce enough coolness, the fan needed to be turn on but it gave another problem that is actually quite annoying.

Really had a very pleasant stay here with my family 😊 We all loved the unit very much. The house design feels very cozy and comfortable, and most importantly, the whole place was very clean. Before our stay, the check-in and check-out instructions provided were also very clear and easy to follow, which made the whole self check-in process very smooth and convenient for us. The facilities were also very family-friendly for guests with babies and children. The host thoughtfully prepared extra bedsheets, pillows and blankets in the cabinet. There were also board games, swimming goggles and swimming floats prepared for guests. The kitchen utensils were very complete, and they even prepared separate utensils for Muslim guests, which was very thoughtful. Another thing we really appreciated was the floor mats outside the bathrooms because our family is not used to walking around indoors with wet feet. My daughter especially loved sleeping in the living room because she could lie on the bed while chatting together with the family. There was even an old-school game console for guests to play with, which brought back nostalgic memories 😊 The air-conditioning was cold enough, and the refrigerator remained powered on while we were outside, so we did not have to worry about our food getting spoiled. The bathroom also had a shower chair for elderly guests, which was very suitable for my father. The location was also very convenient. In the morning, there were Malay food stalls right across the accommodation. Walking about 5–10 minutes to the left side, there were also Chinese food options available. Downstairs, there was ZUS Coffee and a mini bar, which made everything even more convenient for families staying here. During our stay, my father accidentally broke the shoe rack while sitting down to wear his shoes, and we also accidentally cracked two mugs while making ice. The host was very understanding, did not blame us, and immediately reassured us not to worry. We truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism. The only small suggestion for improvement would be to have more power sockets, as families travelling together usually need to charge many phones and devices. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly come back again 😊

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. They offer many complimentary items and services such as free breakfast, iron, washing machines, toothbrush and toothpaste, hair dryer, umbrella, free bicycle rental, and even a shared chiller for guests to use. One extra bonus is that they also provide motorbike rental services, which was very convenient. The free breakfast was surprisingly delicious even though it was complimentary. They also offered both spicy and non-spicy options, so guests can choose according to their preference. Overall, this is a very nice hotel with excellent hospitality and facilities. I would definitely give this hotel 100 marks and highly recommend it to others.

We decided on our overnight trip to Penang at the very last minute but still managed to secure this unit and check in on 29th Dec 2025, since it was impromptu, prices were not cheap. It was difficult to find good and reasonably priced accommodation just after Christmas before New Year. However, I must say this unit was a good find. Not cheap but reasonably priced due to high season but I must say that it was easy to book, check in and out, everything went smoothly. Communication via Whats App and Check in details were sufficient, did not have any difficulties in finding the place and parking was good. Location is excellent. This place is in Georgetown, we did do GRAB if we wanted to go to places which were difficult to find parking and the rest which were further we just drove to where we need to go. For dinner, the young adults walked back from Citadines Hotel area (happening place with hawker food round the corner and a shopping mall) and had a great time discovering new F & B outlets. The rest of the senior citizens of course, took a GRAB car and quickly got back to the unit to rest and had a nice cuppa tea before bedtime. The following morning, it was breakfast at Pulau Tikus market, nearby as well. Old hawkers are still around there, so food is good. There is a great Nyonya restaurant in that area as well though we could not go this time round as we ended up at Oceano Symphony. Another story to follow up if you are interested. Our family enjoyed our stay at the unit, decor was good and facilities were well-kept, clean and sufficient. The view is lovely (high floor) - do have a good seaview, stretches from Living room all the way to the Master Bedroom. Also you have 2 convenient shops downstairs in case you need to grab a sandwich or drinks.

I was Extremely satisfied with the cleanliness and amenities provided. The staff are friendly too. Although the location is a bit remote, you will have a good rest. The common area was amazing, it provided all the necessities like microwave, induction cooker, cookware and even washing and dryer. The only downside was the toilet ventilation, it wasn't in good condition and caused odor in the toilet. I hope they will solve this if I pay my 2nd visit in the future.

Agradecimientos: 1) El servicio de atención al cliente por WhatsApp responde muy rápido y amablemente :). 2) Hay muchos restaurantes cerca. Busca ”restaurante Claypot” y comimos allí cuatro días seguidos, incluso después de mudarnos de hotel. 3) La piscina estaba limpia y bonita. 4) La decoración antigua del hotel es increíble. 5) El hotel tenía dos plazas de aparcamiento privadas; también hay plazas de aparcamiento fuera, pero no estoy seguro de si es legal. Tuvimos suerte de tener al menos una plaza en el hotel durante nuestra estancia. A mejorar: 1) El hotel no tiene recepción. Asegúrate de que los clientes reciban los datos de su check-in antes de llegar o al menos justo antes de las 15:00. 2) El wifi podría ser más rápido. Falló varias veces durante mi estancia de tres días y dos noches. Mi señora y yo ni siquiera pudimos cargar Google Maps. Fue bastante frustrante. Tuve que usar mis datos. 3) ¿Tal vez la insonorización? Teníamos una habitación que daba a la calle principal y en nuestra habitación había una puerta que antes se abría y daba al balcón, pero está bloqueada por un armario grande. Esto permitía que el sonido se filtrara por las rendijas de la puerta. 4) El inodoro podría estar más limpio; revisen los sifones del suelo y asegúrense de que estén limpios; el limpiador dejó una bola de pelo atrapada en ellos. 5) El suelo del inodoro podría tener tiras antideslizantes. Estaba muy resbaladizo. Tuve que prohibirle a mi hijo pequeño que usara el baño. 6) Había demasiados mosquitos en el hotel. Por suerte, no había en nuestra habitación.

We had a pleasant experience and loved staying at the accommodation. It was well equipped with amenities (smart tv, air purifier) and well located with eateries and convenience store nearby .  The sea view from the apartment was amazing.  Additionally, the host (Yeoh) was extremely helpful in providing recommendations to go or eat within Penang and was prompt in answering queries related to the apartment.  In summary this is a hidden gem worth staying .

El hotel está situado en el centro de Georgetown, en el centro de Georgetown. El check-in estaba limpio. La habitación estaba limpia. Recomiendo sin duda el caminar de ropa.
