La ubicación es muy buena, a siete minutos de la estación, a diez minutos del Museo de Uftzy, pero es difícil de encontrar porque no hay marca del hotel! ¡Incluso cuando estoy cerca de 10m, no sé venir a ir, cuando pregunté a los hoteles cercanos, me dijeron que era la puerta pequeña ”en ese lugar”. Pulse el teleférico, abralo y suba al tercer piso y terminaré con las formalidades de embarque. La habitación es adorable. Cuando dije que el desayuno era una mañana de salida, respondí flexibilmente: ”Puedo hacerlo en la tienda de desayunos y pedirle que entregue el día antes.” También ofrecen tostadora, nevera y agua de cama. Si sales de la habitación y subes, encontrarás una terraza, y puedes ver el paisaje del techo de la antigua ciudad compartida. Si el tratamiento de la estadía es bueno, sería un buen hotel.

We stayed at Agriturismo Podere l’Aione during our Tuscany road trip, and overall it was a pleasant stay with warm hospitality, but there is one important point future guests should know. First, the positives. The property itself is very charming and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful Tuscan countryside. The compound is spacious and relaxing, and the small cottage-style rooms feel cosy and private. The rooms appear fairly new (the property is only about four years old) and have modern amenities with a proper heating system, which made the stay comfortable. Parking inside the compound is also very convenient and safe. The hospitality was excellent. The owner’s daughter who welcomed us was very friendly, helpful and lovely. The lady attending breakfast was also incredibly warm and attentive, making the morning experience very pleasant. The people running the place truly make guests feel welcome. However, the main reason for our feedback is that the first photo shown in the listing does not appear to be this property. The image appears twice in the listing and shows a much larger estate with a very big swimming pool and a different compound layout. We booked the stay thinking it was that beautiful estate shown in the photos and were excited to experience that setting. When we arrived, we realised the accommodation is actually a smaller white cottage-style agriturismo, which is still beautiful, but quite different from the property shown in the first images. The one I uploaded the first two picture does not belong to this property. We were quite disappointed. Some more, it is the first image listed in this property, so we thought it is but if not. Because of this, it felt a little misleading at first as we kept wondering where that particular property in the photos was. In terms of pricing, similar agriturismo stays in this region with comparable cottage-style rooms can often be found for around SGD150 per night. However, we paid over SGD250+ which is roughly about 40% higher, because we believed we were booking the property shown in the main photo with the large swimming pool and grand compound. To be clear, the place itself is lovely, cosy, peaceful and well maintained, and the hospitality is wonderful. Our only suggestion would be for the management to update the listing photos so they accurately represent the actual property, which will help future guests have the right expectations. A small note for guests with mobility concerns: since the compound is quite spread out, you may need to walk a short distance and take a few steps to reach some of the cottages. Overall, it is still a charming countryside stay with very kind hosts, but the listing photos should better reflect the actual property

I was there with my wife for 7 days-6 nights. The location is great, we used it as a base for our daily trips by car. The Apartment was ok, the water in the bathroom sink couldnt go throught fast, which was not that nice. The reception in the night shaft was very kind and friendly. The reception in the day shaft was very uncomfortable, he discussed every single word you said and never try to solve your problems in an easy way. As we checked in, the night shaft told us after we have asked that we could get 1 time free cleaning cause we are staying for 7 days. I told the day reception one day before, and the day after we called and asked when they are comming? The answers were like you are asking a politician why he lost in his elections. Welllll we dont knoww, maybe 10, maybe 3pm, we said sir we want to go out, we dont want to do that before we close our door and be sure that no body is comming. Again he started to philosophize every single explanation. Alot of other examples. In general, the employee can be a problem solver, or making it more complicated. Te kind thing was that i asked him to print me two papers, he did (after telling me to go to the website and search for their email during he has a business card in his hands). The breakfast for extra 12 euro per person was not good, unhealthy, and very very simple and cheap. Not even a fresh juice (juice machine full with sugar instead). First day not any kind of egg, we asked why, they said it is sunday we didnt get egg! Only mini croissants, mini butter, jam, toast, bread, little of salad leaves, if you dont catch the first dish of fresh tomato, you will not see it again. I would not pay more than 5 euro for this breakfast. The place itself was very calm, green, big, and beautiful. It is on the top of the mountain, you have a wonderful restaurant nearby, nice area to walk throught. Good connected to the highway (8-10 minutes to the highway). The gym was very old and neglected. The pool was closed as we we were there.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and overall it was a great experience. One of the best things about it was the location. It was very convenient and made it easy to get around, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or finding places to eat. Everything I needed was close by, and the area felt lively and accessible, which made the trip much more enjoyable. Another thing that stood out was the cleanliness of the hotel. The room was very clean when I arrived, and it was clear that the hotel takes good care of its facilities. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the common areas were also well maintained. A clean and tidy environment always makes a big difference, and it definitely helped me feel comfortable and relaxed during my stay. The staff were also one of the highlights. Everyone I spoke to was polite, friendly, and very helpful. They were happy to answer questions, offer assistance, and make sure guests felt welcome. Their positive attitude created a warm atmosphere and added a personal touch to the whole experience. It is always nice to stay somewhere that values good service, and the staff here really helped make the visit smooth and enjoyable. I also appreciated the local recommendations provided by the staff. They suggested nearby restaurants, cafés, and places to visit, which helped me experience more of the area beyond the usual tourist spots. Their advice was useful and showed that they genuinely wanted guests to have a good time, not just at the hotel but in the surrounding neighborhood as well. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. With its excellent location, high standards of cleanliness, and kind, helpful staff, it offers a very positive experience. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

A Hidden Gem in Tuscany – Truly Special We absolutely loved our stay at I Parigi Corbinelli Residenze. This place is truly something special. The residence itself is a charming historic property that has been passed down through generations since the 1500s, and you can feel that beautiful sense of heritage the moment you arrive. The entire compound is incredibly gorgeous, peaceful, and full of character — it feels like a private Tuscan retreat. We arrived later than the official check-in time, but the owner was extremely kind and welcoming. He even called his son to come and help check us in despite the late hour. That level of hospitality really touched us. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The hot water was excellent, the heating system worked perfectly, and we had a beautiful terrace to enjoy the surroundings. Everything felt cozy yet elegant. One of the highlights is the garden and breakfast area. Breakfast is simple but perfect — everything you need for a wonderful start to the day, and enjoying it while looking out over the peaceful garden made the morning feel magical. Another big plus is the very safe parking inside the property, which gave us great peace of mind while traveling. Honestly, the value for money here is incredible. The price they charge is almost underrated for such a beautiful place — it truly deserves more recognition. We also loved that there is a resident dog who played with our dog, which made the stay even more special for us. If our itinerary hadn’t been so packed, we would absolutely have stayed another night. This place is the perfect Tuscan getaway, and we will definitely return next time we are in the area. We had a very good stay, the room was spacious and very comfortable. The only thing is that it’s not specify on trip.com that the room in not directly a part of the hotel but a room in a building at 4 minutes. The address for the checking is Via delle Ruote, 52, 50129 Firenze FI, Italy (Hotel royal). We could still enjoy all the services as breakfast, pool and luggage storage. I recommend

El personal fue muy amable y servicial. Conocí a la señora de hermoso cabello gris que se encarga del desayuno y la limpieza durante mi estancia. El gran problema es que no entiende inglés. Le di mi teléfono para que hablara con el traductor de Google. ¡No dijo nada! Un segundo después, empezó a hablar en italiano de nuevo. Esto ocurrió varias veces en los 3 minutos que la enfrenté. Negó haber hablado con el traductor de Google. Así que me di por vencido y me fui... dijo ”respecta”, supuse que significaba ”respeto”. Seguí enseñándole el traductor de Google en italiano: ”Lo que quieras decir, lo dices aquí, ya que no entiendo italiano”. Deberían informar/recordar a los huéspedes sobre las ”horas de silencio”. PERO se pone bastante ruidoso con los huéspedes... cuando alguien abre la puerta, todos lo oyen. Podía oír a mis vecinos charlando, estornudando, tosiendo y todo eso. Mi habitación da al patio trasero; anoche, algunos huéspedes de la planta baja estaban disfrutando del patio a las 23:00. ¡Había mucho ruido! La ducha era otro problema; el agua no parecía salir bien por el desagüe. La cama era doble, unida sin un cubrecolchón adecuado. Por lo tanto, las camas individuales se separaban por la noche si dormías en el medio. Esto es cuestión de sentido común: o el hotel pone el cubrecolchón o el huésped duerme en un lado de la cama. El wifi era fiable. El desayuno era bastante básico. Asegúrate de llevar tapones para los oídos de buena calidad.

The location and the view is nice, but the location is very remote. Without a car you don't move from there. Parking for a bigger car is okay, if it isn't to low as the access to the car parking is on the hill. Access to swimming pool was fine, but to cold wheater to use it:-( The garden is treated well. The room Camera Superior Montevettolini big an you have a table and kitchnet what it makes it to a superior. But the bathtowels are for this kind of B&B just funny. The bathrooms is new renovated and works everything fine. Not understandable is how a B&B Bed and Breakfast, sells me this room with a Breakfast rate and doesn't want to serve breakfast. They wanted to extra charge the breakfast with some real unrealistic dish prices.... So Trip.com confermed me with breakfast, the B&B told no breakfast. The solution was found by Trip.com with a refund. But that shouldn't be like that, my luck was that I was with my car there and could move anywhere to go and eat. A good coffee, a nice cornetto a little bit of cheese and ham, butter, yoghurt, fruit and cereals is a must for a B& Breakfast! The price range after I now without breakfast is far to high, for End of September and for sure I won't recommend to go there for others. It was my first and last time at this place.

The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need. The bed is comfortable, the room is spacious. The check-in instructions were clear. The noise from the street was disturbing. Even with the window closed, you can hear the sound of every passing tram. It is no coincidence that earplugs were prepared, although they cannot improve the vibration caused by the passing tram much. And a personal note. In my previous booking, at other accommodations, the host's communication - despite the fact that there is no personal meeting - usually includes some kindness and personal attention. This was not the case here, although it would have been nice.
