Before arrival I had first contact with trip email to the hotel possibility, and later also with Whatsapp. The contact was good and reactions were fast. A previous Trip review stated, that he had to pay again after paying on Trip. In my case he kindly asked if I had paid already, so there is improvement. The room was, as expected. I liked the poasibilty of opening a window and the nice balcony. I had a very good sleep. I could only see 2 minor possibilties of imlrovement. There was no toilet paper in the room. I had to go out in the night to find the guy. He somehow knew that I was coming, so it was solved quickly (contrary to my expectation in the description there was not a clear reception, which actually could be expected as it is a very small hotel. The second opportunity for improvement could be the door. It gave some issues with closing. I might therefore have prodhced some noise in the night, my excuses to the neighbour. When I arrived I told that I wanted to go to Tblisi, he said that the bus was the best way to do this and that he would bring me. In the morning he woke me up and brought me to the bus station, I arrived at a good time in Tblisi. I did take some pictures from the kitchen There was free coffee, creamer and tea.

That chinese dude's 2-star review is ridiculous. Good place for this price. The host is friendly and willing to share some tips about nearby places of interest. The house offers most of the amenities you might require - shower, washing machine, big bed and a small table. Take note that the house is up on the hill, so you'll have to take a small ”hike” to get back from the city. On the other hand, the place is quite and grocery store is nearby. Also, don't count on the wi-fi and the fridge - let's just say that these resources are limited.

¡Nos encanta este hotel! Sofia fue caliente y amable, y el desayuno fue abundante. Hay un swing en el balcón de tercer piso, donde se puede disfrutar de hermosas vistas nocturnas. El perro por la entrada es también hermoso. El hotel está situado en el centro de Kutaisi, muy conveniente para los huéspedes autopropulsados, y el estacionamiento está disponible justo a la puerta delantera.

It's a big bungalow house. Mike is super helpful and ever ready to serve. It's like staying in a rich friend's house. The location pinpoint in Google is not accurate and you need to have a car to stay here. Other than that, it's lovely to stay at Mike's place

Чудесный атмосферный отель в самом сердце Кутаиси. До фонтана и драмтеатра 100м. Новенькие чистые номера, есть все неоьходимое. Прекрасный завтрак в ресторанчике в цокольном этаже, вайфай быстрый. Отдельное спасибо Суле за заботу гостеприимство )
