The condo looked exactly like the pictures although it is a very small & tight space, so suitable for a maximum of two people traveling together as a couple. The ”living area” is basically a couch and a small table with chairs in the middle of a kitchen & the bathroom is also very small but still modern and functional. The location is very good if you want to explore the resort of Mont Tremblant by foot. The customer service, while not terrible, was rather surly at times. They have a virtual front desk who you can only contact via email or text. You must complete the check in process online so you could access the door key to enter the condo, the website wasn't working on my phone so when I contacted them, before helping me immediately they initially dismissed my request because ”no customer had the same problem that day”. I don't think that was necessary. Also once inside they were some things that weren't working and some items that were missing and when contacting them they were rather passive aggressive about it. It was also overpriced compared to similar properties in the area which could offer much more for the same price paid. So overall not a terrible place but keep in mind all of these caveats.

At the time of our visit, there were no frontdesk. We had to go to another motel to get the keys to the cabin. When ask questions, obviously they say they dont know anything. The guy sitting at the front desk seems to be uninterested to help. Once we got at our assigned cabin, i find the place to be very cute. Except, the front door was left open. Then we went inside, every single curtain missed pieces, privacy was so so. Then we realised that the back door (patio) cant be locked. So dont leave your belonging unsupervised. There were a lot...lot lots of bugs (spiders, mosquitos, other insects). Then, the tv does not work. We followed the instruction, but it showed on the tv that we have no access to this service. I guess they did not renew the subscription. Then the cherry on top, there is NO hot water. We took our shower in freezing water. Inside the cabine, there were some dishware, cooker, microwave, mini fridge, mini toaster, keurig coffee maker. I cant tell if it works because i didnt use any of it. The shower is very very small. If you are taller than 6ft your head will be over the shower, I am 5ft 100pounds and i barely had space to move in it. Oh well, the view on the Fleuve St-Laurent was nice.

Was a good stay and easy to access

Instalaciones: las instalaciones están básicamente completas, hay ventiladores de agua para lavar ropa, cafeteras de tazas de agua en zonas públicas, y el único rechazo es que no se ofrecen retrasos. Higiene: La higiene en las habitaciones, los corredores y las zonas públicas es excelente. El entorno: el entorno de la vivienda es excelente, el diseño de la habitación es cálido y cómodo, la casa está en el área residencial, el paisaje después de la nieve es muy bonito!! (ver gráfico 😄) El cuarto está cerca del metro, a unos dos minutos a pie puede entrar al metro y el transporte es muy conveniente. Un desventaja es que, debido a que los cuartos son madera, el aislamiento es muy malo, y el lado de la puerta y el piso están escuchando algo claro. Servicio: No se ha visto a los propietarios de la vivienda durante el viaje de la estancia y el viaje de la tienda, es una llave que se ha llevado en la ventana de código. No es muy apropiado al principio, y porque no se recibió la llave de la habitación necesitaba llamar a los propietarios para confirmar que si necesitaba consultar algo, era básicamente un contacto telefónico (no es muy amable para los amigos malos del inglés). Pero después de que se acostumbra a eso, se siente bien, no tiene que esperar ni tener que hacerlo socialmente (i Habitat 😄), lo que es un poco sabio.

The best B&B guesthouse I have ever been. The host is extremely hospitable, kind and friendly. He prepared the exquisite and healthy breakfast for us. As I do not have a car and intended to do some hiking, the host was so kind that he took us to the starting point and picked us up after I finished hiking. Most unexpectedly I have the privilege of having the farm to table experience during my three days’ stay in the guesthouse. As the host has an echo-farm around his guesthouse, he picked the tomatoes from farm and prepared delicious dinner for us. It was a wonderful and joyful moment when we learned to make pizzas and summer rolls for the dinner. I hope I would have chance to stay in the guesthouse again in future

An absolutely beautiful property! Book this hotel if you want a boutique type experience with excellent service from absolutely all the staff, the most comfortable bedding, delicious breakfast and coffee. The furnishings are all custom made by local artisans and many of the original woodwork and fireplaces are intact. Just gorgeous! And steps away from the Chateau Frontenac, dining, walks along the Plains of Abraham and everything Quebec City offers. Thank you Paule and Raphaelle!

This place has beautiful views, ask for the third floor. The balcony view is majestic in the morning. The shared bathrooms are not a problem during the week, I have not been there on the weekend but during the week I had no issues at all in fact, I was the only one in the bathroom every time I highly recommend this place for a soul reset. A beautiful walk close to the city and when you return to the hotel, beautiful views to soak in and enjoy creation.

We had a wonderful stay at Gite Crystal Inn. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. The breakfast was delicious, and the peaceful forest setting made our stay even more relaxing. We especially loved the spacious room, the separate private living area, and the large, comfortable bed. Highly recommended!

The hotel is nice and clean. Their swimming pool was under repair but the hotel refunded CAD20 as compensation. We travelled with a child aged 7 months and they also provided a baby crib and kettle for us. The food at the restaurant was good and the staff were very nice. We had a pleasant stay there. Thank you.

We had a great experience with check-in as we were able to do so well before the standard 4pm check-in time. Tammy was very accomodating and she was easy to contact when necessary. The only faults were that the tub was backed up a bit from hair and the bedrooms were noticeably humid.
