Me alojé en una habitación triple con mis padres. La cama era bastante cómoda. Me preocupaba que las instalaciones de la habitación fueran antiguas, pero en realidad estaban bien. La habitación también era lo suficientemente grande y no estaba abarrotada. El ruido de las motos que venían de la ventana de la habitación en el segundo piso era un poco molesto.

Stayed here for a few nights and had a great experience. The hotel is well designed, and staff were friendly, greeting you in the hallways when passing by. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. Also appreciated the good coffee in the room. Would stay again.

Si te quedas una noche, no te preocupes por comprar artículos de tocador. El gimnasio es gratuito. Si tienes que pagar por el spa, por cierto, el pan de ajo está delicioso. Si tienes un presupuesto limitado, es más recomendable. Justo al lado de Eastern Plaza puedes ir de compras, como Karoks y Tgk Wyg Kerrr. Por cierto, el vestíbulo tiene una tienda abierta las 24 horas.

This is our 3rd stay at Sky Hotel. We booked a 2-bedroom suite and checked in at night, but unfortunately the room was not clean. There was dust and powder on the sofa, the floor was sticky and dusty, some flooring was chipped, and there was an unpleasant smell. We called reception to request a room change but were told the hotel was full. Housekeeping came to check and confirmed the room condition. We took some photos and went down to the reception counter, after discussingabout 10 minutes, the reception offered us an upgrade to a bigger suite, which was clean and much better. Appreciate the staff for resolving the issue quickly, but the room cleanliness should be improved.

Excelente ubicación, justo al lado del agua. Tiene piscina e incluso una piscina infinita. Y lo que es más importante, las habitaciones están limpias, son modernas y tienen una cocina funcional (¡nevera grande, cocina y fregadero!). ¡Recomiendo encarecidamente los Citadines por sobre los hoteles de “marca”!

My first stay here and I think would be my last too. Was actually requested a quiet room but still giving the room which facing the contrustion site. Noise of the construction site was up to 10pm+ and 5am+ the prayer from the nearby mosque will make you jump! Impressive with the location but not the room. Furnitures in room quite old but still acceptable, but cleanliness and maintenance was terrible. 1) Water leaks out from shower room to walkway via the wall. 2) Old and dirty toilet with mold 3) Malfunctioning light bulb 4) Stains on the towel ( sticky like chocolate, like unwashed) 5) Ants on table & bed! 6) Loosen door lock 7) Dirty chair

Had a great stay at Hyatt Regency Kota Kinabalu. The hotel is located in a very convenient area with lots of restaurants, cafes, malls, and the waterfront all within walking distance. Perfect location for sightseeing and food hunting. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with a nice city/sea view. Staff were professional and friendly during check-in and throughout the stay. Breakfast selection was decent and the facilities were well maintained. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend for both couples and families visiting Kota Kinabalu.

This is a very good hotel choice if you have a family! It has a huge swimming pool and is full of other families and children. As a couple, it wasn't super relaxing for us because of all the noise, but for families, it would be perfect. The host was extremely responsive and helpful replying quickly on whatsapp to any questions we had. Easy to check in and out with the lock box. *Would of been nice to have a water filter for drinking water or at least a couple water bottles available to drink.* Actually very difficult to get to the mall from this location even though it is so close 🤷♀️!

En realidad no es un hotel, cuando reservamos pensamos viendo las fotos, que ibamos a un hotel... al intentar hacer el check in el personal de recepción nos comunicó que el gerente era otra pesona y nos facilitó su telf. Check in en un portal cercano con un mailbox para recoger la llave, tipo b&b... puedes usar la piscina, pero no las toallas del hotel, el precio del desayuno es distinto al de los huespedes de hotel... la limpieza... regular,... la mampara de la ducha sin limpiar, vasos del baño sin cambiar... por lo demás todo bien, ubicación, un par de almohadas por huesped...
