This well-known hotel that has chain worldwide could be one of the best choices to stay in Medan. Its has a rooftop pool that view the Medan city. However, the toilet need to be clean properly as the dirty on the wall. Since its rated as 4 star hotel, its should be take care of cleanliness of the toilet and also the room wall. To get local food such as Famous Bakso and Ucok Durian, tourist could get it by walking or grab. Recommended

Location are super strategic. Walking distance to many tourist attraction and malls. Safe for solo travellers to stay here. Room as per advertise. Great house keeping services. Feels being treated like a king here. All staffs very polite and always great you. Superb breakfast packages. The frontdesk services are well spoken English.

So lovely! I stayed in a king junior suite which was great value for money. My room was spotless, it was such a treat to use the free toiletries, wear the robe and slippers, use the coffee machine and variety of coffees, sleep in the huge comfy bed and watch my Netflix. The restaurant has huge windows perfect for watching the sunset and the variety and quality of food was brilliant. I also loved the pool with fresh towels on the sun beds and waterfall feature. The best thing about it though was the lovely staff who couldn’t be more helpful. Only downside is it’s such a busy location, I didn’t venture out much I preferred the peace of the hotel. It’s not far from the airport though and the receptionist booked my taxi for me. I am definitely staying here next time I visit :)

Así que, yo y mi marido fuimos a medan recientemente y decidieron quedarse en este hotel por 2 días. Diría que no era una agradable estancia. Había este olor de amargo en el corredor y en la habitación. El edificio no está siendo mantenido bien, podemos decir. La habitación tiene un cricket. *temorizado por el **** de mí*. Incluso desde el principio, el cond de aire w nt es frío y hay un ruido tan extraño si reducemos la temperatura, bt wr dijimos que ya en su máximo frío y el ruido se desvanecerá en un tiempo. Hahaha. El hotel está en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. Por favor, mantenga su hotel, chicos. 🙏 🙏 🙏

Hotel de gran escala en Dolok Sanggul, con una catering clara para turistas extranjeros. Es un lugar impresionante desde el exterior, con una zona de comedor/restaurante abierto y parcialmente acogedor, que utiliza plenamente el hermoso clima de la zona montañosa al sur del lago Toba. El desayuno se sirve a partir de las 7:00 y el restaurante parece estar abierto todo el día, aunque el servicio se detiene a las 10:00, excepto para las solicitudes de bebidas de servicio de habitaciones. Las opciones de comida son una mezcla de batak/Indonesia, china y occidental, la mayoría de las opciones occidentales fueron bistecs o pastas, y estaban fuera de la bistec. Desafortunadamente, acabo con la intoxicación alimentaria más tarde esa noche, pero no creo que sea justo engañarlos por eso. La habitación era muy cómoda. Un armario para colgar ropa así como otra colga. Toallas y pantalones de cuarto. La televisión tenía varios canales HBO así como más programación local, tal vez 12-15 estaciones totales para elegir. El baño está orientado a los turistas. Algunas toallas básicas como la toalla de tobillo/pasta dental. Toallas de estilo occidental con papel higiénico y el tradicional tubo de agua de basura. El baño de agua caliente se ha visto muy bien, pero no hay ningún sabón de la barra en el baño ni champú. No hay señales de que no beba el agua de la tapa, pero es Indonesia y nunca beba el agua de la tapa si es un turista. Definitivamente una gran opción si estás en la zona.

Great hotel to stay. Although abit old but it’s well maintained. The hotel is above a vacant shopping mall. Sitting at level 9 to 11 of the vacant mall. The breakfast have a lot of variety.

This is our first experience where we stayed at a hotel and we are not allowed to have an extra towels 🙈. We booked a family room, and it’s only had 4 towels while we ate a party of 6 included 2 little babies and 1 9 years old boy. So I called and asked if it’s possible to have 2 extra towels or at least 1 towels and the answer is a firm no with the explaining of the hotel SOP. I don’t even bother to argue cause I think it’s just senseless. I tried to explained that we are a party of 6 and we have only 4 towels inside the rooms. But that’s the hotel standard and nothing they can do 🤦🏻♀️ It was my mom’s birthday so we have a cake ready and would like to surprise her on the early morning, however we forgot to bring the lighter. So I rang the operator and asked if they have any hotels matches, I also explained our situation why we need the matches on that time. But they simply said no. And then, I asked him if it’s possible to borrow one from the HK staff whoever are on duty on that day just to light the candle and return it right away.. but the operator said the only person that he knows smoking and have a lighter is off that day.  What a service!!!! 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️😭😭😭

Muy buena opción para alojarse cerca del aeropuerto. Habitaciones limpias y cuidadas. Personal muy amable. Estuvimos dos noches, una a la llegada a Sumatra y otra la noche antes de partir. Buenas vistas desde la habitación.

Overall service standards were impressive especially f&b staff Ivana and her team at breakfast cafe. Buffet breakfast was fabulous and value for money. On my day of check out there were multiple power cuts and house keeping and other guest floor service staff and even guest never cease to slam room door on entry or exiting. Overall house keeping and other service staff efficiency commendable including concierge who were very willing in their service. I will surly stay there on my next trip. Ivana showed exemplary leadership qualities and very hands on type of a person.

This hotel is waaay tooo good for that cheap price. With only less than Rp.400.000 ( about USD 28) you can get this cozy bedroom with breakfast for 2 persons. Spacious and cozy. I booked the superior room and paid, but suddenly something wrong and the room sold. We call trip.com admin and she's really helpfull. Giving me an upgraded room without paying extra charge. Awesome! Thanks trip.com , thanks to the hotel staff.
