Numa has a superb and user-friendly app that makes check-in and check-out a breeze. You can also request a late check-out or add other services directly through the app, though these come with additional charges if you choose to use them. The room itself was brighter and spacious — we booked a larger version of the standard room. It even came with a washing machine, which we were really excited about since it was the only property during our trip that had one. Unfortunately, it didn’t have a dryer function (or perhaps we might have missed it), so drying our clothes after washing was a bit of a challenge. The distance from Oslo Train Station was manageable, but do take note that if you’re carrying big or heavy luggage like we were, the pavements leading to the property can be quite tricky to navigate. Overall, it was still a good and comfortable stay.

¡Nos encantó este hotel! El único problema fue que no recibí un correo electrónico de antemano para finalizar mi registro y poder tener el código de la puerta para ingresar, ya que no hay recepción. Afortunadamente pude enviarles un mensaje y el problema se resolvió rápidamente. La habitación era estupenda, grande, limpia, cálida y muy bien decorada. Nos proporcionaron todo lo que necesitábamos y más, ya que también tenían una bolsa de mano y botellas de agua reutilizables para la estadía. Estábamos muy contentos y tristes de tener que irnos.

Good location and good room for a few nights stay with a small kitchen, self check in was easy and luggage room was handy for after we checked out. However the curtains didn’t fit over the window so we got woken up by the light every morning and the shower curtain was too short so the whole bathroom got wet whenever we used the shower.

We chose an apt because we like to do our own cooking  The stove hob didn't work and they fobbed us of with electronic responses and broken promises for our total stay of 3 days. On the last night they asked us if we would consider changing apts if one became available. What a joke the place was empty You could shoot a cannon and not hit anyone. If they did not have maintenance available they could have offered the change on the first Night . Lots of food wasted because we had no cook top. No front desk means that there is no one to complaint to. Their Automated electronic responses to service requests  provides appalling customer service. Emails and emergency phone calls don't generate responses either. A disappointing stay.

Complicated Stay While location is good, near steen and stroms.  too many doors to open using the app. different codes for building entry and rooms. too much reliance on app to open doors (which often need more tries before it can work)  instead of having digital buttons to enter premises.  low ceilings for hallways so it seems like a container house. good supply room for bath towels.  laundry area can be improved. only two washing machines (small one) and one dryer.  old style elevator, small - have to use stairs in between. so if you have lots of luggages...this place is not recommended.

La habitación está muy limpia y tiene caldera de agua caliente. La ducha caliente es muy buena. Hay una máquina de auto check-in en la recepción. Mi habitación da a la calle y me parece ruidoso por el tren, pero me gusta escuchar música durante el sueño, no hay problema para mí.

Elegí este hotel por considerar que el segundo día de la gira fue en el Parque de las Esculturas, y estaba a solo diez minutos a pie. El autoservicio del hotel también es muy conveniente. Si tiene alguna pregunta, puede llamar para comunicarse con el hotel. El hotel está muy limpio y los alrededores son muy buenos.

Расположение рядом с вокзалом и в целом достаточно близко от основных достопримечательностей, но сам район достаточно мигрантский и в нем не всегда комфортно находится, к сожалению. Также большой минус, что нет системы кондиционирования, а только вентялция, в жаркий день апартаменты достаточно сильно нагреваются. Оперативная поддержка через WhatsApp, стиральная машинка непосредственно в аппартаментах, полностью сервированная кухня

Потрясающее месторасположение, тихий, очень красивый район, при этом все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности, есть магазины, где можно купить готовую еду, при желании. Очень удобный доступ в отель и апартаменты , в которых есть все необходимое: мини-кухня с духовкой и холодильником, диван, обеденный стол, прекрасный вид из окна, чисто, красиво
