Apartment Stella Paradise by Checkin is very conveniently located in Hersonissos - the main city beach is just 5 minutes walk around a corner, 10 minutes of pleasant walk to the city promenade with restaurants and bars, and no more than 20 minutes walk along the coastal line of hotels, restaurants and small pebble beaches to the best nearest sandy beach of Sarandari. The apartments themselves are quite budget style, but at the same time is very comfortable accommodation option for travelers who appreciate the optimal combination of price and quality. Our room consisted of a small bedroom, and a living room with a sofa bed and a small kitchen equipped with a stove, fridge and kettle. For those who prefer to cook while traveling, there is a necessary minimum of cooking equipment, but we have ordered breakfasts, which were covered by Stella herself the owner of the apartments. I would like to say a special thank to Stella for all her help during our stay - she recommended wonderful restaurants and beaches, ordered taxi and table in the restaurant, and solved all the minor issues we had, this made travel planning very easy and made our stay very comfortable. Despite the fact that this is not a hotel but a complex of apartments, the room was cleaning every day. And a big advantage was the presence of a terrace where it was convenient to dry bathing suits after the beach, and drink a glass of wine in the evening. I will definitely stay here if I come to Hersonissos again.

Had a fantastic stay. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to rest. I chose this hotel because it’s perfectly located between Heraklion city center and the airport. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the airport, ideal for a late-night or early-morning flight, and it’s right next to two bus stops with direct connections to the center. I booked this hotel last minute and had great communication with the staff beforehand about the possibility of a double bed. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and it turned out to be one of the best rooms I stayed in during my three-month trip! The room was split over two levels, with the bed upstairs and a clean bathroom, workspace, sofa, and even a small terrace downstairs where you can relax. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The service was also wonderful: the woman at reception was really kind, and even when I checked out in the middle of the night, the staff member on duty was friendly and welcoming too. Thank you!

Hoy he vuelto a casa después de pasar una semana increíble en este hotel familiar. Sin duda puedo decir que han sido unas de las mejores vacaciones que he tenido, llenas de gente agradable y un clima griego estupendo. El hotel está situado en un lugar muy conveniente, cerca hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes. Lidl está a solo 5-7 minutos a pie. Al lado del hotel hay una cafetería estupenda. ¡Sigue adelante! Al lado del hotel hay una parada de autobús que te llevará al centro de la ciudad de Chania para dar un agradable paseo y disfrutar de una deliciosa cena. El hotel en sí es de estilo apartamento con una piscina increíble que siempre estaba bien cuidada y limpia. Todos los días las chicas se aseguraban de que nuestra habitación estuviera limpia y tuviéramos toallas nuevas, y hacían composiciones impresionantes con flores y toallas. El director del hotel era muy amable y siempre se ocupaba de forma eficiente de todas nuestras peticiones. El desayuno estaba delicioso y, en general, nuestra estancia fue muy agradable. Definitivamente, visita este hotel para sentir la increíble hospitalidad griega.

Really enjoyed my stay at Porta suits. I have Booked it last minute in front of the airport at my arrival haha! Special thanks to the receptionist, what a friendly woman! Had lots of conversations and she was the best. The room was superb!! Really stylish, modern and warm. The jacuzzi top notch👌🏻. The bed is super comfortable and wow what a big kitchen with washingmachine, dishwasher and oven. Everything you need is here. The city center Minas cathedral spot is very near, less than 10 minute walk.if you don’t like walking, you can also take a bus. The bus stop is nearby and only costs 1,20 euros. It takes you to the big busstation at the port or you go out earlier.  Again, perfect stay! Will definitely come back with my family! Thank you again for the great service!

Buen día. Por el dinero que pagamos por el hotel-hotel digno! Bien, buena reparación. Todo funciona. Todo limpio. Hay todo lo que necesita en la cocina. La verdad está roto en el pan del plato. Pero también es una cuestión para los turistas! ¿Por qué destruye la propiedad del hotel? ? Después de que aún vienen!! Bueno, el hotel, podría haber cambiado esta mierda a un nuevo jarrón. También, llamado el hotel, sea amable de cumplir las normas. El número de toallas no es la norma. Sólo 2 por persona. En los primeros 5 días, estas toallas fueron marrón de playa, luego trajeron blanco. Además, no hay papel lleno. El limpiador dijo que no está colocado y comprar papel en la tienda en el propio hotel! También viola las normas de negocios del hotel! No hay instalaciones de baño. Incluso el jabón básico. De lo contrario se está demoliendo! Limpia bien, limpia en todas partes. La pregunta ahora está en otra: a la compañía de viajes por la que hemos reservado este hotel. ¡El recibo de la empresa indica comida (almuerzo, almuerzo y cena) En el hecho de que nos asentamos en el hotel, nos negaron comida! The apartment was a 15-minute walk from the main city centre, the Old Venetian Harbour, the mosque, the lighthouse, cafes, and restaurants. It was also a 7–10-minute walk from Chania Central Bus Station. The rooms were a good size, and the bed mattresses were comfortable. The open-plan kitchen and living room were spacious and well-equipped. What I really liked about the apartment was the washing machine, microwave, and clothes drying rack on the balcony. Anna was very kind and helpful. She assisted us during check-in and whenever we had any other issues. We also had a nice chat about tours. The only things missing were toothbrushes and slippers. The apartment was cleaned every three days. Overall, it was a clean and comfortable apartment.

Excellent. Nous y sommes restés une nuit pour pouvoir prendre le bateau au port d'Heraklion qui était à 8 min en taxi. Propreté sans reproche et un service au top. J ai pu échangé avec eux via whats app,ils sont super réactifs.

The front desk staff were very kind, friendly, and always helpful — they made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and assisted with everything we needed. The location is perfect, right in the centre of the city, with shops, restaurants, and attractions all within a 2–3 minute walk. The apartment was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Overall, a wonderful experience — great service, amazing location, and excellent hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Heraklion!
