I’m really not sure how to review this one night stay. The room itself once we finally got in, was decent. Good shower, very comfy bed, good location, good parking. However, we turned up just before 6pm and we got into our room around 8.15pm. During the middle part of this, we got very wet trying to get a reply from the ‘hotel’ buzzer, spent a lot of money on phone calls to the ‘owner/manager’ and thought a lot about where else we could stay overnight because we were clearly not going to get into the hotel we had booked. It was a complete mess. No response from the buzzer and no response from the 2 phone numbers we were given. Having made 20+ calls, we eventually got a call back with lots of (quite complex) instructions on how to get our key, where the room was located (different location) and - specifically because I asked how to get through the gate of the new location - an explanation as to how to actually get into the car park entrance to our room. This really isn’t what you want for a one night stay when you’ve driven 300 miles that day. Breakfast is not a buffet - as advertised when we booked - but a few random bits in your room. I have no idea if these are changed for the next guest. Trip.com couldn’t or wouldn’t help - I’m really not sure - and the owner was not contactable. I’ve had no apology since. The explanation we were given as we stood outside in the rain was that the person ‘had been in a meeting’. They may need to review their reception processes. The reason I’m not giving this a one-star review is because the person who finally rang us to tell us what to do, was lovely and the room was pretty good (air con needed, but otherwise a good room).

El hotel también ofrece consigna de equipaje y recepción 24 horas, lo que resulta muy práctico para los huéspedes que llegan temprano o se marchan tarde. Un agradecimiento especial a la recepción por su atenta ayuda, ¡que hizo que mi viaje fuera mucho más placentero! **🍳 Desayuno delicioso y abundante** El desayuno buffet ofrece una amplia variedad de opciones, desde croissants recién horneados, quesos locales y embutidos hasta frutas, yogur y platos calientes. El aromático café te dará la energía necesaria para afrontar el día, ya sea trabajando o explorando. **💼 Instalaciones de negocios completas** El hotel cuenta con salas de reuniones bien equipadas, ideales para pequeñas reuniones de negocios. El tranquilo y confortable vestíbulo es perfecto para trabajar o reunirse temporalmente. **🏆 Excelente relación calidad-precio** En comparación con otros hoteles de Lille de la misma categoría, el precio es muy razonable, sin que el servicio ni la calidad se vean comprometidos. ¡Es una opción ideal tanto para viajeros de negocios como de placer! Sin duda, me alojaré aquí de nuevo la próxima vez que visite Lille. ¡Muy recomendable para todos los viajeros que buscan comodidad y conveniencia!

Located in the centre of Lille, very close to the main sights and Tourist Information Centre and metro station.  The room was a good size, with a decent kitchenette and large fridge, and a nice sized shower cubicle in the bathroom.  There were plenty of cupboards, and little touches like lots of hanging space in the bathroom and fold out rack to dry small things.  We stayed for 3 nights and not having daily room service did not pose a problem, there was a hoover and iron in the room.  The reception staff were friendly, they have a little board with recommended eating places, local shops etc.  We didn't eat in the hotel as there were plenty of places nearby, and the supermarket is only a few minutes' walk from the hotel.  Altogether a comfy stay in a most convenient location at a very reasonable price.  

Parking was for free with plenty of space on the opposite side of the street right next to the park. The location was easy to find. Second door at the street. I love the convenience with the door codes via Mail. Made sure our check-in was quick, since we arrived after 12 am and we were really tired haha. The apartment is very clean and spacious, bed was clean and comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen but it made a solid impression. The bathroom was great too and it has a rain shower head. The only downside was that the WiFi code didn't work. This probably just affected our room but still was an inconvenience.

Overall a good experience except the guests living on top of us are quite noisy. But we don't hear anything from other neighbors. Thus, we don't think it's the soundproof issue, most probably is just the guests above is extremely inconsiderate of others. The room is as described, the bed is quite comfy. The neighborhood is quite nice and calm. Location a little bit far from the centre but can easy reach by tram nearby. If you enjoy walking, about 30 mins walk you could reach most places. To Euralille train station is about 15 mins walks. We recommend it.

We travelled as a group to attend seminars in the Lille Catholic University. However only one room available, we decided to give the room to our old German nun. When she checked out she left her Taïwanaise passport, granted by Taiwan Government for her contributions. Thanks to the hotel services, cooperation with the LC University, we finally get the passport back through express delivery. Amazing!

Good 3-star hotel with friendly staff. Stayed for 1 night. The room was quite clean, comfortable, with a large and bright bathroom, white clean towels. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. Good sound insulation and presence of sockets, good lighting. I liked the presence of a small kitchen, which is very convenient. The breakfast was hearty and varied. I liked everything.

Muy buena ubicación. La entrada tiene un pequeño pasillo, suficiente para guardar zapatos y maletas. El salón tiene una pequeña cocina. El pasillo huele un poco a cigarrillo, pero por lo demás todo bien.

Accueil correct sans plus ! Appartement très bien . Neuf mais deja des manques qui sont facturés si non signalés Le petit déj pas qualitatif au. Niveau des boissons et le réassort ne suit pas. J ai fait une demande et j ai eu droit un souffle comme quoi j'embêteais. De plus facturation en double. J attends le remboursement. Ils débutent mais pour le standing on s'attend à un niveau++ '+ Le personnel mal formé sans doute... Très peu de place de parking. A réserver avec anticipation et attention les places ne sont pas faites pour les voitures type suv

Très joli hôtel, très bien situé, proche de la cathédrale. Nous sommes arrivées tardivement et nous avons eu des instructions très précises sur les modalités d'arrivée. Réponse rapide aux mails envoyés. Très joli studio, propre et avec toutes commodités de base.
