Overall, my recent stay with Bob W was disappointing. I booked the 4-person penthouse room primarily for the use of the sauna on my last day of the trip. Firstly, pin code provided was only valid for door access to the stairs, not door to the elevator side at night. This became a significant inconvenience, especially for a female traveler like myself who arrived at night after a tiring flight. Having to carry a 20kg luggage and a 10kg carry-on up five flights of stairs was both physically demanding and frustrating. Clear arrangements on how to access the elevator at night should have been considered for guest. Secondly, check-in process was not clearly communicated, causing panic upon arrival. Unfortunately, I had to seek help from customer service on a third-party booking site and reach out via email to obtain a check-in link, which added unnecessary stress and confusion. Furthermore, instruction for turning on the sauna were unclear, and I was unable to enjoy it until the next morning at 8am, just few hours before my checkout time. I had specifically chosen the penthouse room with the sauna for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. due to the lack of clear instructions, and had to seek assistance to figure out how to operate it properly, which ate into the limited time I had available to enjoy the amenity. In conclusion, my stay with Bob W fell short of my expectations. The limited time to enjoy the amenities, issues during the check-in process and accessing the elevator, made for a less than satisfactory experience. I hope that Bob W seriously takes feedback into consideration and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more enjoyable stay for travelers in the future. Thank you

Estructura a pocos kilómetros de Helsinki, fácilmente accesible con los servicios Bolt, etc. Habitaciones bien equipadas y con buena limpieza. La única nota negativa es el servicio de chech-in, no se nos dio el código de entrada y fue difícil entrar en la estructura. Sólo gracias a la amableza y profesionalidad de Trip.com hemos conseguido resolver el problema, hablando con un chico en nuestra lengua y muy bueno

El hotel es muy bonito, el personal también es muy amigable y sonríe lleno de rostro. La limpieza de mi habitación no ha terminado, le dije que había cambiado de habitación. Una respuesta rápida y amable. Los limpiadores también están entusiasmados, y si tengo problemas, me llamarán. La estructura es muy bonita en sí misma! La sauna también es la mejor No hay instalaciones como la toalla. Además, una persona tiene una vivienda muy cara, por lo que se recomienda a 2 personas ~ vivienda (^^)

Very clean, clear instructions for everything and nothing to complain

Excellente propreté ! Je n'ai jamais vu un hotel aussi propre que celui-ci ! Chambre spacieuse, joliment décorée et avec beaucoup d'équipements. j'étais inquiète sur l'absence de réception, mais le système fonctionne en faite parfaitement ! On a même accès à un cours de gym ou a des tapis de Yoga et cours en ligne. Je recommande vivement cet hotel. Situé en bas d'un arret de tram : très pratique !

كل شيء جميل في الغرفة والموافق لكن باب الوصول للفندق يصعب الوصول له ولا يوجد اي شرح من الفندق لكيفية الوصول لمكان الاستقبال لكن شيء جيد الفطور ممتاز والنظافة ممتازه والموقع جيد

2024年11月に2泊しました。 部屋のタイプはシングルルームです。 全体的に綺麗なホテルです。 部屋にはテレビ、デスク、ベット、冷蔵庫、ハンガーラック、1人掛けのソファーなど必要な物は揃っています。 コンセントはデスク横とテレビ下にありました。 トイレ、浴室にはドライヤー、大小タオルがありました。コンディショナーはなかったです。 共用キッチンには電気ケトルや調理器具などがありました。（確かオーブンとかコーヒーマシンもあった気がします） 屋上に展望台みたいな所もあり眺めは良かったです。 サウナもあります。 立地的にはヘルシンキセンター駅からトラムに乗り、トラムの駅から徒歩3分で合わせて20分もあれば着くので立地も良いです。 手荷物の預かりをチェックイン前、チェックアウト後共にお願いしたら快く引き受けてくれました。（無料です） 事前にオンラインチェックインのメールが来て、それを入力すればホテルで記入する必要もないので、それも良かったです。 値段もリーズナブルで朝食も付きホテルの従業員も親切だったので次回もまた泊まりたいなと思いました！

I love this place! If i ever come back to Finland i will definitely stay here again. It’s right in the city centre and walking distance to the main city’s attractions . You can even walk to Senate Square!! The place itself is very clean, very complete with kitchen appliances which and also Muslim friendly as it got bidet… it is easy to check in with the code as well!!
