I love this place! If i ever come back to Finland i will definitely stay here again. It’s right in the city centre and walking distance to the main city’s attractions . You can even walk to Senate Square!! The place itself is very clean, very complete with kitchen appliances which and also Muslim friendly as it got bidet… it is easy to check in with the code as well!!

Overall, my recent stay with Bob W was disappointing. I booked the 4-person penthouse room primarily for the use of the sauna on my last day of the trip. Firstly, pin code provided was only valid for door access to the stairs, not door to the elevator side at night. This became a significant inconvenience, especially for a female traveler like myself who arrived at night after a tiring flight. Having to carry a 20kg luggage and a 10kg carry-on up five flights of stairs was both physically demanding and frustrating. Clear arrangements on how to access the elevator at night should have been considered for guest. Secondly, check-in process was not clearly communicated, causing panic upon arrival. Unfortunately, I had to seek help from customer service on a third-party booking site and reach out via email to obtain a check-in link, which added unnecessary stress and confusion. Furthermore, instruction for turning on the sauna were unclear, and I was unable to enjoy it until the next morning at 8am, just few hours before my checkout time. I had specifically chosen the penthouse room with the sauna for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. due to the lack of clear instructions, and had to seek assistance to figure out how to operate it properly, which ate into the limited time I had available to enjoy the amenity. In conclusion, my stay with Bob W fell short of my expectations. The limited time to enjoy the amenities, issues during the check-in process and accessing the elevator, made for a less than satisfactory experience. I hope that Bob W seriously takes feedback into consideration and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more enjoyable stay for travelers in the future. Thank you

Me and my mom needed an apartment to be able to visit family member who was in hospital. We needed a kitchen and a washing machine. The room had both and no problem with those. I suspected kitchen knife would be dull and it was, but I brought a knife sharpener and got it sharp. Otherwise everything in kitchen was okay but stove wasn't that powerful. The building's main door's lock wasn't functioning and we informed about it and it was fixed but only after about a week. Our apartment's lock worked all the time without problem. Also one lamp was broken. Mom said it was cold there and it wasn't exactly warm there, good enough for me and blankets were really thick. I complained about coldness and a serviceman came there to do something to radiators but it didn't really change anything. We were there in very early spring. It was 0C outside at night and 5-10C at daytime. There was some communication errors but nothing major and I was able to get hold of someone quickly and easily with the online chat. It was quite clean there except if you take bedclothes off you might enjoy the sight on pillow and blanket. All and all I was quite pleased of the room and stay.

2024年11月に2泊しました。 部屋のタイプはシングルルームです。 全体的に綺麗なホテルです。 部屋にはテレビ、デスク、ベット、冷蔵庫、ハンガーラック、1人掛けのソファーなど必要な物は揃っています。 コンセントはデスク横とテレビ下にありました。 トイレ、浴室にはドライヤー、大小タオルがありました。コンディショナーはなかったです。 共用キッチンには電気ケトルや調理器具などがありました。（確かオーブンとかコーヒーマシンもあった気がします） 屋上に展望台みたいな所もあり眺めは良かったです。 サウナもあります。 立地的にはヘルシンキセンター駅からトラムに乗り、トラムの駅から徒歩3分で合わせて20分もあれば着くので立地も良いです。 手荷物の預かりをチェックイン前、チェックアウト後共にお願いしたら快く引き受けてくれました。（無料です） 事前にオンラインチェックインのメールが来て、それを入力すればホテルで記入する必要もないので、それも良かったです。 値段もリーズナブルで朝食も付きホテルの従業員も親切だったので次回もまた泊まりたいなと思いました！

¡No reserves nunca esto en Trip! Si quieres alojarte aquí, resérvalo en su página web oficial, ya que no hay recepción y te darán un código para el check-in. Tuve que hacer una llamada internacional en roaming para obtener mi PIN porque Trip no me lo envió y me costó 16 €, sin mencionar la confusión y las molestias. La dirección también debería asumir la responsabilidad y asegurarse de que, si las reservas se hacen a través de aplicaciones de terceros, el cliente reciba la información necesaria correctamente. La habitación estaba muy limpia y ordenada, y la ubicación también era excelente. Hay un buen restaurante chino llamado Nanking y otras librerías interesantes, una cafetería para gatos, un bar con ambiente ***, etc., en el barrio.

El hotel es muy bonito, el personal también es muy amigable y sonríe lleno de rostro. La limpieza de mi habitación no ha terminado, le dije que había cambiado de habitación. Una respuesta rápida y amable. Los limpiadores también están entusiasmados, y si tengo problemas, me llamarán. La estructura es muy bonita en sí misma! La sauna también es la mejor No hay instalaciones como la toalla. Además, una persona tiene una vivienda muy cara, por lo que se recomienda a 2 personas ~ vivienda (^^)

Not good for the business meeting, but perfect for traveling Helsingki with plenty of time. With random possibility, the tram might be passing by near 8m to your bed, wish you luck on not getting tram-sided room. If you are sensitive about hearing, please put on ear-plugs while sleep. You will also get a nice free eco-bag with minimalism design, high quality Chocolate and Tea set. And wine shop and grocery store is connected right after your room.

Cuando hice la reserva, me gustó este hotel con una buena ubicación, justo al lado de la estación de tren tikkurila. Es muy conveniente alojarse ya sea desde el aeropuerto o en tren desde otra ciudad. Los hoteles finlandeses no son baratos y esta cadena tampoco está mal. Todavía hay algo de vajilla y hervidores en la habitación, puede tomar una comida ligera, pero la campana extractora realmente no lo entendió, no hay pipa y el humo proviene directamente de la parte superior. El humo todavía está en la habitación. El registro de autoservicio, la falta de recepción y la poca capacidad de supervivencia es un poco desafiante. El hotel tiene una lavadora compartida, lo cual es bueno.

La ubicación es buena y la comunicación con el propietario también fue buena.
