Me he alojado en muchos apartamentos de Somerset y siento que la administración del Xindi City Apartment en el que me alojé esta vez es muy buena y el personal de servicio tiene muy buena actitud. Llegué a la recepción solo a las 11 en punto. por la noche la actitud del personal de recepción fue estándar y entusiasta. La habitación estaba muy limpia y el tamaño era bueno. Es muy grande, tiene buenas instalaciones, está bien decorada y bien mantenida, lo que demuestra que la gestión de este apartamento ha sido buena. buenas capacidades de gestión. La calidad del desayuno también es buena. Es mejor que el desayuno en otros apartamentos de Somerset. Espero volver a alojarme aquí cuando venga a Xi'an. La ubicación de este apartamento es muy buena. Está muy cerca de Shaanxi Libo y del Museo Xi'an. Está rodeado por CapitaLand Plaza y hay muchos lugares para comer.

La habitación está limpia y ordenada, es cómoda y económica. Lo más importante es que la propietaria tiene muy buena personalidad y es muy agradable llevarse bien con ella. Hice otro pedido en la plataforma y con mucha paciencia me explicó la solución. Me gusta su personalidad.

I feel that this hotel had really good cp value for this price, but my friend was the one who stayed in the double room so submitting this review based on what he told me. Cutting down the rating for cleanliness because there was hair on the floor when we checked in (which was attended to quickly iirc) and further in to our stay he found a used comb on top of the mirror by the door. He also found the room to be old/ dark corner of the room (i think kitchen area of the double room) so it was kind of creepy. Also, the toilet was stuck during our stay but the staff attended to it pretty fast. Also like the family room, no mini fridge in the room (though all the rooms seems to have a kitchen area). In my opinion the stay was still of good value considering the price, so i would recommend it for budget travellers. Staff also provided great service i would say!

The hotel was a great location and the owner was so nice and friendly. The room was small but we only needed it as a base whilst exploring the city. Only issue was that it wasn’t overly clean and it smelt a lot of cigarette smoke.

Use entrance B and take the elevator to the 13th floor where you will find the hotel office. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room is spacious and clean. The facilities are good. The location is good, right on the road. It is easy to find food and travel.

Es un lugar agradable para alojarse en el campanario de Xi'an, a 1,5 km de distancia a pie de la mezquita de Xi'an, a 1,5 km, pero el lugar está lleno de restaurantes y tiendas, calles concurridas pero la habitación es muy tranquila, el propietario es muy amable y servicial.

Excellent value! The family owning and running the place is very kind and helpful The room is warm and comfortable, and the bathroom is kept very clean Great location: close to the city center, right next to the metro station, a lot of restaurants and supermarkets around, ... FYI the only con is that there is only one bathroom for 4 rooms and the family living there, so there could be some wait (nothing major though!)

1 habitación tiene buena luz, el aire acondicionado también, la cama es suave y dura, duerme hasta el amanecer. Los suministros de la zona de baño están completos, el suministro de agua caliente está estable, el diseño de separación de la sequía de la ropa de baño es muy práctico, la higiene es muy limpia.
