Valoraciones de Biwako Hotel

Ubicado a 5 minutos de la autopista, era un gran hotel entre los hoteles de los alrededores. Estaba muy limpio y el hotel fue amable y educado. Me quedé en el piso de lujo Lumina Twin, pero era muy grande y hermoso, y sobre todo, ¡el lago Biwa frente a mí era el mejor! También hay una piscina solo para huéspedes, y los niños están muy emocionados y fui con mis amigos, pero me gustaría usarla todos los años en este momento.

Spacious room, Good breakfast with nice lake view. Free parking, nearby mall. Good for family travel.

My partner and I thorougly enjoyed our stay at Biwako Hotel. All rooms face the beautiful Lake Biwako and the view was perfect. We even caught a snowfall on one of our mornings here. The staff was great and always friendly even when there was a slight language barrier. We tried their breakfast as well which was really good. Highly recommend renting their electric bikes and cycling around the lake during sunset. And also going for the Lake Biwako Cruise! The hotel onsen is wonderful as well, we will definitely be back

Nice hotel with awesome lake view and free shuttle bus. Room is very spacious. One thing to note is there is no amenities in the toilet which you need to pay for it

Nice lake view anywhere in hotel .Healthy dinner buffet .Breakfast is enough to start a day.No regards to stay here.

Good to stay for long time as well as it's atmosphere is good

We arrived in late evening and the staff recommended some restaurants near the hotel. We tried the oumi beef in the restaurant which was good.

Location and facilities are good. Substandard quality of service and staff. The first day upon arrival, the hotel staff lost my luggage until I returned at 8pm and found out my luggage hadn’t been sent to my room. Turned out they searched everywhere and found my luggage. I had booked 3 nights stay in two different apps. The hotel staff told me to check out after two nights and check in again for the third night.

Excellent service. staff are so helpful to provide information on the room thoroughly. Front desk manager even personally delivered luggages to our room. May be seeing us are aged persons. Scenery is good, facing a lake.

The hotel staffs were all very friendly and helpful. I give a thumbs up. Hotel room was spacious and facing the lake. The view was fantastic, esp when we saw the full moon in orange color rose up from the lake. The location has a slight distance to the local convenient stores or restaurants, but we drove a car and so this was not our concern. A good bonus is that we could park our car freely within the 2 nights we stayed. One thing to remind: you need to bring your own tooth brush as hotel doesn’t provide. However, we like this hotel very much and will definitely stay here again next time when we visit this area.
